<< Objectives >>The subject of the project is Flipped Learning - attractive and effective model of teaching. The project aims to use this innovative method in training of VET and new workers of companies. The project will develop materials for VET learners and teachers, moreover materials for parents who will be involved in the process.<< Implementation >>Development of four project results, six transnational meetings (including three physical meetings), transnational training event and piloting on local level, multplier event in each partner country and final conference. Development of promotional materials (project website, social media fanpage, newsletters, promotional video), conducting of activities related to evaluation and monitoring.<< Results >>Development of materials for learners, in-service training programme for teachers, training material for parents and e-Learning portal on which all educational materials developed will be uploaded. These results will be uploaded on project website - e-Learning portal with open access and maintained after the project is completed.
