<< Objectives >>If students are to be prepared for the future, traditional education models should no longer be relied upon. More than ever, schools need to prepare students for a rapidly changing world, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic, for jobs yet to be created, technologies to be invented, and problems that have yet to be solved. Developing teachers' entrepreneurship and STEM skills will be effective in the development of students' creativity in preparing them for the future.<< Implementation >>The project will start with the meeting hosted by Italy and the establishment of commissions. Then, entrepreneurship (promoting creativity and innovation) education in education in Greece, business and sustainability activities from schools to the job market in Italy, STEM education in Serbia, and project-based training activities in Turkey will be implemented. Finally, a meeting will be held in Greece to evaluate the phases of the project.<< Results >>Teachers need to be empowered with tools and knowledge so that their students can develop their entrepreneurial skills in the classroom and better prepare them for the future. Teachers participating in this project will increase their skills in entrepreneurship and STEM. Those who are inexperienced among the partners participating in the project will have the opportunity to benefit from the experience of others. Students who are disadvantaged in rural areas will also benefit.
