"Migrants successful integration may enrich and contribute toward the development of the mainstream society. In those efforts, informal education and ""peer to peer"" learning may play a significant role. Successful migrant path to integration may become a model for their peer group. Development of skills, including language proficiency, social and soft skills competencies may be supported by the creativity and art. INTEGRART is a project aimed at enhancing the quality of informal education of adult migrants. They are co-designers and co-creators of the integration supporting material including material and information in social media and short featured films presenting songs and melodies assisting them in gaining language social integration. To achieve that goals the Community of Practice and Art will be build and sustained supporting integration efforts The main goal of the project is to improve and support migrant integration by creativity and art delivering high-quality, authentic material which creates curiosity and positive attitude toward integration of migrants.INTEGRART will involve migrants in helping their peer group boost creativity, integrate knowledge and skills, connecting their expectations and needs to the real world, and their interests and personal goals. Specifically, they will help them connect and improve their abilities to influence others as pathfinders of better integration within hosting society. Project partners invite migrants as co-designers and co-creators to explore the best ways for better integration through focused music driven artistic projects The participants - migrants - will work in different environments - online, on the meetings and workshops - to design, create, select, filter and test music based visual, text and multimedia resources supporting effective integration efforts.The approach of the INTEGRART project is to jointly develop and engage migrants into successful integration using digital education tools. INTEGRART project build innovative system for supporting training for a new generation of competent and creative migrants. Digital apprenticeships focused on migrant needs will facilitate their integration efforts using digital tools and methods and consequently path the way to access to social integration in their host country. The focus of the project will be development of the comprehensive system and tools supporting integration of migrant civic leaders using digital tools supporting their creativity through ART. Most of their training will be based on the individually crafted support building digital skills and competencies. Special focus in the INTEGRART project will be given to support of the migrant women and girls. The base of the training will be 2018 Horizon Europe seal of excellence award winning platform SMRT.BIO which measure strengths and passion psychometric tests which will help migrants to build individual digital competencies integration development plans. It will be done while working for creation of the migrant focused ad hoc project groups who helps the migrant leaders to learn their digital skills in exchange for their continued engagement for joint creative projects for an agreed period 3-4 months during which they will achieve significant measurable digital competencies. The planned duration of the project is 24 months. The INTEGRART project partnership includes Foundation of support of local ties - Linking Foundation (PL) SMRT.BIO Holding (NL) The European Centre for Women and Technology. (NO) The project will include development of the 3 intellectual outputs.1) Development of the methodology for gathering digital skill need analysis among migrant community with the special emphasis of women and girls 2) Development of the benchmarking analysis for the integrating of the migrant communities using new digital tools and competencies 3) Creation of the experimental group of migrant Community of Practice and Art in european cooperation including Poland, Netherlands and Norway based on the SMRT.BIO methodology."
