<< Objectives >>Students of vocational institutions acquire green skills to apply in their daily, learning and professional life (practice or workplace). As future employees, young people will acquire green skills and sustainable thinking through training, as well as through individual research, analysis, experimentation and independent search for solutions to problems. Teachers in vocational education institutions will be trained in green skills to implement this practice in the teaching process.<< Implementation >>There will be a student competition for green ideas, addressing around 2,000 young people in different European countries. The authors of the 36 best ideas will take part in an international green skills conference in Italy, where they will have training, find groups of interests, form teams and continue to develop ideas. In addition, green skills training material in vocational education specializing in 12 different professions will be created.<< Results >>Paradigm shift - graduates of vocational education institutions, starting their careers, are not only good performers in the specific specialty, but are knowledgeable promoters of Green Course ideas in companies and organizations. It is a way to contribute to the goals of the European Green Course, starting with knowledge and skills at individual level, which are passed on to organizations and companies.
