<< Objectives >>The main project objectives are related on improving the skills and competences of social assistants, opera-tors and intercultural mediators for a better delivering of their assistance toward UFMs (Unaccompanied Foreign Minors) to foster their social and labour inclusion. The final aim is to transfer knowledge and competences, including higher digital skills, to the target groups to allow them to ensure autonomy of UFMs through their effective civil, social and labour inclusion.<< Implementation >>The project provides the implementation of the follow activities:Action 1: Project Management and Coordination Action 2: Final users’ awareness consultation Action 3: Training program Design and eLearning toolkit development Action 4: Piloting Training and Validation The project will implement all the activities aimed to ensure the project outcomes fit the expected results, with a wider involvement/engagement of final users (UFMs), by the consultation events.<< Results >>• Effective training programs that correspond both to the needs of the target groups (social operators, intercultural mediators and UFMs) for their social inclusion•Updating skills and competences of Intercultural mediators/social operators according to the real needs of UFMs for their social inclusion•Raining awareness among policy makers and stakeholders on the relevance of UFMs social inclusion •Providing groundwork for enhanced sustainability of future UFMs social inclusion
