<< Objectives >>By realizing practical classes in agriculture and food processing, students strengthen their competencies in grape processing and wine production, juice production and making apple chips, as well as hydroponic strawberry production in controlled conditions. Motivated students will apply and disseminate knowledge among their peers, on their own farms or as a professionally competent workforce in the European labour market.
