Our activities will focus on the combination of the influence of diet, physical activity, physiotherapy and psychology on the health.<< Implementation >>We want to introduce superfoods, the slow food and zero waste concepts into the diet. We will show the ways of taking care of mental health and improving posture. We will promote active living. In each partner school there will be 24 students and 6-8 teachers participating in all study visits. Implementation will affect the entire community of four involved schools. We will involve students with special educational needs, coming from rural/suburban areas and with difficult economic situations.<< Results >>The participants will increase the immunity, take up physical activity and care for the mental and physical health. They will develop key, social, civic competences. They will improve language and cultural skills. They will gain new knowledge and experience. They will make eco-friendly choices.
