A mix & balanced work-based learning opportunity well aligned to evolving jobs & working methods due to Covid-19 digital, green and home work acceleration<< Results >>Our desired impact is to improve employability within the work-force in SME & Social Enterprises and give SMe and Social enterprise the improved ability to cope with changing business environments like COViD-19 behaviour changes, Eu Green Agenda &digital skills. To achieve this we will have to produce the following results:-course e-learning platform -local training-TPM and on-line train the trainer meetings and exchange of good practice-Eu network of SME/SE & VET Trainers
