In Europe 15 million children are with special educational needs. We have observed the communication and the interaction between the disabled and SEN students and the non-disabled students and there is lack of sharing and very often the relationship can be characterized by indifference and ignoring. We have decided to write this project where we expect all the children, to socialize easier to each other, to overcome the negative feelings, to improve the motivation, behavior, attitudes and view of the world around them . In the project we include children with mild disabilities, ADHD, autism and other mild conditions. By reading the reports from the European Commission and the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020 we have learnt that this project's aim is in accordance which focuses on equal access to quality education and life long learning which enables disabled people to participate fully in society and improve their quality of life. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECTOur main objective is to enhance the skills of the disabled and SEN students important for their everyday life and the curriculum. To involve them in school and class activities by the help of teachers. ''INCLUDE ME IN '' is going to be a bridge between countries with different background (in the sense of economy, culture, religion, educational system) and exchange of experiences, lifestyle, and the way the disabled people are integrated in their societies. Continuously the project will provide better interaction between all the students, will encourage teamwork between disabled and non-disabled children, will foster peer teaching and learning. Teachers will apply new teaching strategies, methods and techniques. We plan to achieve this by organizing activities that enhance life skills for a better managing everyday life. The aims of the project will be accomplished by organizing workshops with disabled and non-disabled children where they will be trained to use digital tools for easier leaning at school, enhancing the life skills and increasing their self confidence and the increasing the feeling of importance though organizing sports activities. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS The project is addressed to students between 9 and 14 years of age, teachers, partner schools and indirectly to parents, and local community in which the school’s functions as well as to all other groups which aim to conduct educational activities in the field of communication and education who seek inspiration and are willing to share our experiences and use project results/products made available through various information channels. There will be 4 mobilities and on each mobility every country will include 2 disabled and 2 non disabled students accompanied by parents and teachers. The Romanian school will include on each mobility 4 disabled students accompanied by parents and teachers. Also the participant countries will include students with economic, educational, geographical and social obstacles. The total number of direct participants on mobilities will be 128. The number of indirect participants will be much greater because a large number of students and teacher will be included while the country hosts.DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESThe main activities in the project include workshops, using digital tools, power point presentations, sport activities, cooking activities, creation of new products like videos, photographs, photo book, school corner, greeting cards, brochure about methodologies, analysis of data gathered.METHODOLOGY In order to carry out the project the four partners set a plan. They will coordinate, cooperate and exchange ideas and practices during the 2 years of the project. The main coordinator will make sure of transparency of the whole process and its proper development. Video calls will be carried out periodically to discuss progress and problems. By means of transnational teams a methodology brochure will be created based on respect for the set benchmarks and a spirit of exchange of ideas and practices.RESULTS AND IMPACTThis project is going to result in raising the awareness for collaboration and responsibility.By creating an international website, videos, presentations, booklet with teaching methodologies, making of Christmas cards, questionnaires, and a photo book we are going to expect valuable impact in schools and communities.LONG TERM BENEFITSThe better structured and higher quality classes, the products , the creating of a yearly event to celebrate the 3rd December as an International Day for Disabled Persons, the shared results, the enhancement of the schools success and the gained values are the long term benefits.

Also, according to the research of European Comission, 2017, Europe faces important challenges today. In 2015, the Paris Declaration signed bu EU Education Ministers and the European Comission called for action at European, national, regional and local levels to reinforce the role of education in promoting citizenship and the common values of freedom, tolerance and non-discrimination. There is a strong relation between citizenship and democracy. If we want a democracy which functions well, we must have citizens with the necessary competences to think and act in a democratic way.Our objectives are; - effective ways of communication - to behave more responsibly- to be informed and to participate in democratic events actively- to contribute to the political process.- to enhance their media literacy- to respect and compare different beliefs and ideas they encounter- to be more creative and innovative- to be a good neighbour and volunteer to help the others- to be enthusiastic and ready to take responsibilities individually for themselves and for for their public.- to realise that they are an important part of community ranging from the local level to global level- to be more effective internet users- to be a part of digital society- to protect and to be protected digitaly- to be active and proactive digital citizens. In addition, another aim of our project is to target a school where is diversity in all contexts during school days. Thus, to provide all students with opportunities to participate in the context of knowledge development and social contexts. We are planning to have local activities and international LTTs in order to improve their understanding of the diversity of European cultures and languages and to help them acquire the necessary social, civic and intercultural competences for their personal development. The activities we have planned will help us achieve transnational and other related aims. our activities are;C-1 Democracy Workshop; C2- Clean Environment Clean Society; C-3 A Short Film (Shoot Your Film); C-4 Safe and Protected; C-5 e-Twinning and Media Literacy; The participants in the project will be students, teachers, other school staff, families, public and public authorities. Students will have an important role not only in the activities at schools but also attransnational meetings. The students who will take part in our project will be between 12-15 years old. They will be choosen from volunteers. By checking their personal files and by interviewing withthem, the ones who have leadership skills will have priorities to participate in the project. The students in the risk group (early school leaving, missing classes, academic failure, divorced, separated or having low income families) will also be given priority because they are very important for our project and they must be re-gained to school and a new and planned and healthy life should be offered to them. These students will be given opportunity to reach the level of education they desire. We will also arrange some contests like material designing and video contests for the implementation of our project. Every three months, they will take part in social meetings and share their experiences with families. The teachers who like volunteering in these kind of activities will also be encouraged to take part.Assessment will be done using questioannaires by the participants and project team. When there is a problem, the needed precautions will be taken. When the activities are completed, we will check what point we have reached and what more things to do to reach our goals. We will check this with the number of people visiting our website and have meetings to evaluate them whether we have reached the target group or not. We will also take into consideration the number of essays, about the project, press reports, interviews and bulletins. Frequency of visibility on social media will also be our other measurement. According to our plans for dissemination, first of all, we will raise awareness of public, encourage people to increase the number of involvement, define the exact participants, place and date of the events and prepare a budget for them. Students, teachers, parents, all the school staff, inspectors of national education, education authorities, local authorities, oragnizations and national agencies are the target groups of our project. We will use posters, blogs, brochures, press brifings, e-mails, online newspapers, videos about project. We will use e-Twinning website, town hall for the events including crowded people, exhibitions at partner schools, forum discussions, European Commission disseminination platform, presantations on completed LTTs, local media in partner countries, social networks, seminars hosted by the partners countries.

The incidents generated by the discriminatory behaviors represent an alarm signal, which signals the need to implement preventive measures that schools can implement.Due to this growing trend, schools must develop their own prevention plan to find solutions to problems such as bullying. Focusing on a fair and non-discriminatory treatment plan is necessary. Thus, schools are trying to develop preventive measures that they can implement, and students' opinions in this regard are taken into account.Five European schools have partnered up to share educational practices, experiences and analyse the ways of actions in our prevention plans, the collaboration with authorities in the process and further actions to assist schools dealing with such issues. Partner schools in the project are interested in investing time, knowledge and human resources to tackle and reduce violence, bullying, hate speech in their schools’ environment. “Sports is a Game, No Fight Let’s Play” will provide a series of opportunities to share educational practices, teaching experiences, cultural exchange and develop lifelong skills. Objectives:- Addressing the problems of violence, intimidation and discrimination at the institutional level by teachers;- Develop a common strategy for long-term violence prevention;- Promote a culture of equality, respect and tolerance;- Facilitating equal opportunities for the inclusion of disadvantaged students;- Improving the communication, social, interpersonal, intercultural competences of the participants;- Creating a significant international context for peer-to-peer learning;- Promote self-expression and creativity among participants.ParticipantsThe project will address two target groups:Teachers who will have learning experiences in an international context and exchange of best practices on addressing a sensitive issue. Their participation and involvement in this project will have benefits in terms of professional development, as well as reducing the negative behaviors of the students, improving their attitude. As for the students, the project aims to improve their sense of tolerance, to encourage cooperation between students from different categories, to promote inclusion and equal opportunities. Students will have the opportunity to interact with other students, develop their cultural knowledge, improve their communication, become more motivated and gain self-confidence.The five scheduled LTTAs will bring together an overall number of 80 students and 48 teachers from all partner countries. We estimate that at least 20 teachers and 100 students in each school will be beneficiaries of this project results.ActivitiesMain project topic will be divided into 5 sub-topics: C1 - Dealing with violence and discrimination issues in schools – comparative study (short-term joint staff training event) – 16 teachers;C2 - Stereotypical thinking (student exchange) - 20 students and 8 teachers;C3 - Strategies to deal with and prevent violence (student exchange) - 20 students and 8 teachers;C4 - (Re)act against bullying and hate speech (student exchange) - 20 students and 8 teachers;C5 - Promoting equality (student exchange) - 20 students and 8 teachers.Project concrete results will consist of: detailed guidebook on ways to address violence, discrimination, hate speech and bullying at school level. Student magazine, a calendar comprising the most important events in the project, project website which will contain all the activities implemented and general project information, students’ works during LTTAs, digital photo stories, pictures, videos.Expected project outcomes are: participants will boost awareness regarding the concept of equality, thus becoming more open to differences and sensitive towards other people’s needs. They will also increase their sense of respect and tolerance for their peers, practice and develop English communication skills, interpersonal competences and social skills as a result of working in multinational teams and spending quality time with host families. The project will increase participants’ intercultural awareness, reduce in the number of violent and discriminatory behaviour cases, positive collaborative working atmosphere. ImpactWe estimate thanks to this Erasmus+ project, the number of violent incidents among students will be reduced, as a result of the activities centred on the topic which are designed to raise their awareness, bring about positive emotional impact on them. Through dissemination sessions and events after exchanges, we target as many students as possible, so that to multiply the impact of the project on their behavior and attitudes, transferred to other students. Teachers are expected to approach more confidently and professionally these issues in their own institutions.
