As we know Europe is facing with a huge emigrant problem. A lot of people are migrating from warzones in Middle East, but also from other of the World where the fleeing from poverty. Most of this people come from different cultures and religion. Unfortunately because of this, there is a lot of tension in most European countries. Racism, xenophobia and intolerance are rising among the European people. In our opinion it is lack of education, experience on personal level, space, where those groups could meet together. Formal education system often fails to provide diverse religious education for the issues relevant to young people, where the youth organisations, which are using non- formal education in their activities, can fill in this gap. Therefore for youth workers and youth leaders there is need to have a training course, where participants could have chance to learn from each other about different religions and belief systems, share their opinions, learn not only how to argue in a discussion of religious diversity, but also how to construct methods on the topic, which they can implement afterwards in their work with young people or in projects under Erasmus+ program. Why inter – religious dialogue is necessary? Why we need to engage in it? And how to do it? Europe is a multi – cultural place (we can find many nationalities, ethnicities, languages, cultures and religions there) and it is also engaging in different corporations with countries outside Europe. The usage of Inter-religious dialogue can encourage unity and peace, help to improve the knowledge and skills of participants, and lead to mutual understanding. We do believe, that one thing is to read about it in literature, but totally other – try out in practice, learn from each other and then implement the outcomes of the training course in future projects under Erasmus + program and daily work. The objectives of the project will work for the long-term aim, which is conducting change in the European societies by strengthening the capacities of NGO from partner countries (though preparation of youth leaders/workers) to increasing the capacity of young people regarding the youth activities in the field of inter-religious dialogue issues and promote dialogue among young people with different religious belongings. The main aim of the project is:- to foster the effectiveness and quality of youth work through the development of youth workers, youth leaders and NGO representatives’ competencies in the field of interfaith dialogue.- to prepare youth leaders/workers how to deal with religious issues in youth work and promote dialogue among young people with different religions and believe belongings in international youth work.

“As cutting is a social norm, it ends with the entire community declaring that they will end it,” – this is the main motivation why we are doing capacity building of youth organization of this topic of female genital mutilation. More than 140 million girls worldwide are subjected to FGM, which involves the partial or total removal of external female genitalia. Although many think that this is a practice localised to areas of Africa, it’s actually performed in countries across the Middle East, and Asia, as well as parts of Europe and America. The type of cutting varies in different communities. It ranges from cliterodectomy (removal of the clitoris) to infibulation – which can include complete removal of a girls’ external genitals and sewing together to seal the wound that remains, with a small hole left for menstruation and urination. This obviously leads to lifelong consequences for the girl. One of the most immediate risks of this more severe form of cutting, also known as Type III, is death.“Standing up 2 FGM” is an inclusive and participatory project that aims in strengthening the capacities of Tunisian youth workers and NGOs in work with FGM. For reaching the foreseen project goals we have proposed methodology for execution of all planned activities. The activities planned are planned to include non-formal leading methodology, learning by doing, job shadowing’s, creation of workshop, training of training and coordination meetings. The project will build strong relationship between organizations in Europe and Tunisia. It will create a network of organizations from Europe and Arabic countries in area of fighting FGM.Our project will work on concrete development objectives for Tunisian organizations:- Capacities in work with FGM- Work with cultural activities in reaching learger audience and local communities- Work with ICT and social medias- Development of modular trainings and materials- Sharing skills and knowledge on practical work in Germany on support of woman right’s - Development of guide, videos, data base of trainers, training modules and web page- Create a strong centre for work with FGM in Arabic countries - Training and educating youth leaders/workers that will be skilled to carry out work with FGM - Improving youth support systems which will promote youth participation, especially in international context and in work with FGMOur project will have a long lasting impact and sustainability. “(i)Migration + action = global reaction” project played a strong role in supporting organizations in development of their capacities in work with (i)migrants. All world is affected by migration, and especially young people, who are one of the most mobile groups and the ones who determine how the future world will look like. For this it’s important that youth workers would be aware of the causes, opportunities and consequences of (i)migration and could support both – young emigrants by creating opportunities and providing support for their empowerment and employability. Youth unemployment forces young people to move out of their country, and in new country they often face problems in getting jobs as they are (i)mmigrants. They lack support in their country of origin and country of destination. The project will developed the capacities of youth workers of participating organizations from Kenya, Dominican Republic and Indonesia and as well in European partners. We trained organizations so they are able to continue their mission in training other organization and developing the work with migrants. This work must be with a double focus. There are different triggers and causes, push and pull factors for migration which affects everyday life on incoming and outgoing immigrants which is important to be realized and dialed with. We focused on 2 main issues – the immigration related issues in connection to refugee crisis, trigger factors, legislative for migrants, sharing know how on work with migrants and second – emigration and youth unemployment, training participating organizations in developing possibilities for employability. The project offered a strong know-how of the main problems, possible solutions, and best practices around Europe. The development of intellectual outputs such as guide and mobile application “MigrantsHelpDesk” offered not only support to organizations working with migration, but also the beneficiary will be (i)migrants. https://migrationhelpdesk.com Mobile application is also active and very much used and it can be download on: on google play store, under name Migration Help Desk. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.extfox.migration&hl=en From other site, Europe is facing migration for a long period and have mechanisms for support. Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Estonia, Indonesia, Kenya and Dominican Republic are partners in this project. Participants are managers, trainers, facilitators, youth workers, youth organizations and etc. The project had a teaching methodology with a mixture of theoretical content and practical exercises and e-component a mobile application. Learning was based on experience, reflection and group work. The tools participants will share with others, giving and receiving information and laying the foundations for transferability and development. We developed a guides on each of the languages that are useful tool and train a people to used them. We have created also an social media https://www.facebook.com/CBYmigrationactionglobalreaction and we are regularly publishing information about our project. The project activities have been based on a combination of social non-Formal education and the language used was English.

“European response in migration and integration” was an inclusive and participatory project that aimed in strengthening the capacities of Georgian youth workers and NGOs in work and integration of migrants. The project builded strong relationship between organizations in Europe and Georgia. It enhanced cooperation and exchange of good practices and developed skills and competences in the field of policy development. This was done with good balance of activities in area of capacity building and mobility activities that had aim to foster non-formal learning of participants like trainings, study visits and job shadowing’s. Today there is no European state that is not affected by migration. Georgia is not excluded as there is an increase of immigration to Georgia from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Iran, China, Egypt etc. As Georgia is economically enhancing, the number of immigrants is growing for more than 300%. Organizations and institutions in Georgia do not have knowledge and skills to work with immigration and this is why this project was important to develop the capacities of the Georgian organization. We have trained the youth workers from Georgia on the causes, opportunities and consequences of migration and providing support for their empowerment, business startup, educational and work inclusion in the country and raising their employability in general. Youth workers from Georgia have been involve on a training for ICL as part of the work with migrants and a guide on this topic was developed with best examples in state and private run institutions and their work with integration of migrants in the German society. The trainees from partner organizations got detailed information about start up, e-business and other possibilities offered for inclusion of migrants in business and economy and as well their integration in education. After the trainings and workshops, we had a job-shadowing of Georgian youth workers. They have been 4 job shadowing's. - Sofia on usage of ICT tools in youth work. - Skopje in project management and policy development. - Madrid on Certification of migrant workers and certification of modular courses for economic integration of migrants. - Narva on inclusion of non-native speakers in education in Estonia. We had 3 events in Georgia in which we talked about policy development and we shared knowledge on the topic and discus possible national challenges and changes. Having different European organization from other site with experience in work with migrants, and Georgians who are building their capacities , showed as very important in the process of exchange of experiences and best practices. In area of methodology used, we had a teaching methodology with a mixture of theoretical content and practical exercises with mobility activities. Learning have been based on experience, reflection and group work.

"All world is affected by migration, and especially young people, who are one of the most mobile groups and the ones who determine how the future world will look like. For this it’s important that youth workers that are working with young people would be aware of the causes, opportunities and consequences of (i)migration and could support both – young emigrants and immigrants by creating opportunities, fighting discrimination and providing support these young people need. Youth unemployment forces young people to move out of their country, and in new country they often face social exclusion and discrimination as immigrants. They lack support in their country of origin from youth workers (who could advise them on different opportunities about mobility) and they lack support in their country of destination where youth organizations should be able to include them. We focus on 2 main issues – the immigration related issues in connection to refugee crisis and discrimination towards immigrants and second – emigration of young people in connection to youth unemployment. This is situation of emigration countries, but also attention should be drawn to immigration countries and inclusion of immigrants (especially refugees). Indonesia is one of the biggest countries of the world and the immigration is very big problem. Nearly 30,000 Rohingya and Bangladeshi migrants have made it to shore in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia in last year. Working with migrants is new for organizations in Indonesia. Europe is facing migration for a long period and have mechanisms for support. In Indonesia the situation is very difficult. Even the UN high commissioners for refugees and human rights, the UN chief's special representative for international migration and development, and the head of the International Organization for Migration issued a joint plea. ""We strongly urge the leaders of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand to protect migrants and refugees stranded on vessels in the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea, to facilitate safe disembarkation, and to give priority to saving lives, protecting rights, and respecting human dignity,"" On other site the Indonesia is a country with big number of people that are immigrating to other countries. Poverty in nations like Indonesia drives people to seek work in Malaysia, while unscrupulous agencies exacerbate the problem by exploiting the desperation of the poor with unrealistic assurances of good-paying jobs. With this project we will develop the capacities of youth workers of Indonesian organizations. We will create intellectual outputs and we will train youth workers so they are able to continue their mission in training other organization and developing the work with migrants. This work must be with a double focus. There are different triggers and causes, push and pull factors for migration which affects everyday life on incoming and outgoing immigrants which is important to be realized and dialed with."
