Contemporary art is influenced by the rapid development in digital technology and by the progression in the introduction of new, more attractive and tougher materials that artists can work with. New forms such as net art, digital installation art, and virtual reality, swiftly had risen and became recognized artistic practices. Therefore the artists have to manage and work with these enormous variety of techniques, and they need to hone their skills and understand these techniques well in order to maximize the capabilities they offer. While film, television, music, museum and gaming sectors have been fundamentally altered by the penetration of digital technology, there is a lack of expertise among artists related to the use of digital technologies and of understanding of how to apply it innovatively to support and sustain their activities. The fact that over 70% of European citizens engage in communication in a digital context can no longer be overlooked by the artists in order to reache their audiences. The audience turn to digital platforms to search for information, communicate, share, contribute to joint projects, shop or enjoy entertainment activities. So artists need to consider how to expand their action- sphere, sustain their work to achieve greater impact and audience by using digital technologies and the digital media, to disseminate and share the artworks with the community. Artists also as being entrepreneurs need to know who their audience is and where to get the resources – money, knowledge, partnership to generate sustainable revenues. E-commerce, fundraising, advertising, sponsoring, and branding are explored as potential revenue models. To be able to benefit from those models and sustain their work, artists need knowledge about the conception and structuring of the online presence, digital customer approach, and social media marketing channels. Modern creative industries of entertainment and advertising make large use of digital technologies, especially in the field of visual effects. Digital art includes new art experiences when it comes to exhibitions, plays, ballet and opera; virtual reality has become the main tool used to shape those experiences. Website that helps to publish and share 3D and virtual reality (VR) content online, computer graphic techniques have become mediums that are now enabling artists to revolutionize traditional art forms. It is, essentially, a new tool that will serve a variety of artistic needs to push the barriers of creation and imagination. We, consortium partners want to exchange experience and practice how digital technology is affecting the art world, artists, circuses, varieté/vaudeville, theaters; discuss about tools of digital technology and their usage, neccessary settig ups and pathways to upskill artists= acrobats, dancers, painters, set designers, musical artists, mime artists, players…We initiate a working group activity and adopt the indentified themes to partners`organsiation /local/national art scene and create a practice-based itinarary. We discuss and explore the different perspectives as digital technology beeing a tool -for the creative work -also for sustain and revenue models for financing and sustainibility for artists` business models; -and which ""new"" skills are neccessary to understand the techniques well in order to maximize the capabilities of artists. At the end a summary and conclusions will be presented. A short term learning activity will be a tangible experience for „how to use VR, options to integrate VR“, to learn through (own) exploration. Project meetings, workshops in Vilnius, Athens, Dublin and Berlin, website, social media postings will help for information, awarenes raising about project and its partners and activities.Impact 1)Awareness raising and animating a discussion about the project topic by involving relevant stakeholders 2)Getting sound information and possible practices about -digital technology affecting artists - digital formats audiences using- VR as being a tool for artists for their performances , entertainment and advertisment; neccessary investments, knowledge for using VR - revenue models for financing like fundraising, crowd funding, digital branding, partnerships as well as instruments for the conception and structuring of the online presence, digital customer approach, social media marketing channels -identifying skills and competencies artist needs to cope with digital technology3) Shaping new partnerships, collaborations, synergies4) Diagnosing challenges, opportunities, limitations"

Nevertheless, in most areas of life there is still a prevailing stereotype to associate creativity exclusively with the arts, which hinders creativity taking appropriate place in organisations and businesses. As situation analysis in partner countries revealed, creativity development is not included in formal adult education programmes apart from those related to arts; creativity training is mainly offered as small-scale component within corporate training, but not as consistent courses. At the management level, there is a noticeable lack of understanding that creativity can benefit every function of an organization and therefore requires systematic management. In response to the identified needs of individuals and organisations, the project partners came up with the idea of ACDC 4 You – a European transnational partnership project promoting the development of adults’ creativity using creative processes of participatory music and raising awareness in relation to creativity as a crucial and the most coveted skill for the future economies across Europe and the globe. The project brings the capacity of 5 different organisations – two adult education providers, a professional theatre and film company, a non-profit cooperative and an SME specialised in marketing and communication from Lithuania, Romania, Ireland, Spain and Bulgaria. In ACDC 4 You, we focus on the context as an integral part of any creative process and a factor which can be positively influenced even by the results of a single project. We choose participatory music as a context for its power to unleash individual creativity by making us happy, relaxed and less stressed, thus encouraging divergent thinking. With this project, we consolidate the competencies of adult educators and musicians, thus introducing a new type of trainers prepared to teach adults creativity. The Aim of the Project is to equip adult educators, musicians and other cultural workers - as individuals the most vulnerable to economic shocks, such as those created by the COVID-19 crisis - with the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful facilitators of music-based creativity & innovation training for adults and at the same time gain creative confidence and develop ‘creativity literacy’ themselves. For achieving the aim the partnership will develop the following 4 intellectual outputs:1. Best Practice Collection in creativity training with the specific focus on participatory music2. ACDC: Artistic Creativity Development Curriculum – a 25-hour Train the Trainers Programme for Musicians and Adult Educators as Creativity Trainers3. Creativity Labs – a set of participatory-music based experiential training workshops with videos to develop ideation, creative thinking, problem-solving, collaboration skills in teams 4. Creativity Workbook - an interactive publication consisting of up to 50 practical exercises for individual ‘creativity literacy’ training. 10-15 participants per partner country (50-75 in total) will be involved in piloting of ACDC. All resources and materials will be done in English, with translation in all partner languages and will be available on the partners‘ websites, social media, EPALE and Erasmus+ Project Results platforms. The project will be widely disseminated in partner countries through different channels and activities, organisation of 5 local multiplier events and one International Conference ‘ACDC for Ceative Adults’ an open-air concert, demonstration of the project outputs and practicing participatory music in Lithuania. The innovativeness of the project first of all lays in the approach to creativity as a vital workforce skill which has to be mastered and cultivated on individual and systematically managed on a corporate level. Secondly, the developed outputs represent innovative resources introducing a new type of trainers prepared to teach adults creativity. Thirdly, musicians and other cultural workers are offered an opportunity to start an alternative activity as facilitators of music-based creativity training. The expected impact is: -developed competencies of musicians and adult educators necessary to respond to the ever-growing need to improve adult creativity skills and to become effective creativity trainers-promoted adult education as an alternative field for musicians’ self-expression providing them with more flexibility and resilience in the face of COVID-19 crisis-adult learners as final beneficiaries provided access to a new attractive form of professional development, which will help them to enhance their creativity and improve their position in the labour market. In the long term perspective, the project will contribute to the promotion of a positive attitude toward creativity & innovation in society and encourage the use of project outputs in a wide range of applications.

Tens of thousands of desperate people from Africa, the Middle East, and Asia are seeking refuge in Europe, striving for a better life for themselves and their families. At the same time, EU countries encounter the challenge of population aging, with the number of elderly people growing steadily in relation to the working-age population. However, many of the retired Europeans still have potential if not to stay in the workforce, then to contribute to the society in many other ways, such as active citizenship and volunteering, bringing with them their personal qualities of patience, wisdom and understanding, as well as a wealth of life and professional experience. To tackle these critical challenges the project will address two main target groups – elderly people and migrants/ refugees. Representatives of both groups tend to suffer from social isolation and are at a greater risk of social exclusion. With this project we aim to contribute to the successful integration of migrants / refugees into the host societies with the help of seniors and to tackle the social exclusion of older people through volunteering services to migrants. To accomplish the above aim the partnership will undertake the following objectives:-strengthening senior volunteers’ active citizenship and volunteering skills through the piloting training based on the training programme developed by the partnership-enhancing host country language learning and orientation process of migrants/ refugees through the provision of the developed social and civic integration tool–guide for migrants (App) as well as offering teaching/ mentoring support by the trained senior volunteers-raising public awareness on the issues related to migration and aging society using the film developed by the project reflecting on the unique experiences of the project participants - senior volunteers and migrants/refugees.The following participants will be directly involved in the project activities: senior volunteers - 15-20 per partner country, migrants/ refugees - 25 per partner country.During the project the following activities will be implemented / outputs will be produced:-training methodology and training programme for senior volunteers providing support for migrant/ refugee integration developed and tested by trainers in partner counties;-training material for teaching senior volunteers in a user-friendly downloadable format developed and piloting trainings organised in each partner country;-social and civic integration tool-a guide for migrants and refugees (App) developed and tested by migrants/ refugees during the exploitation-contact seminars;-exploitation-contact seminars in all partner countries involving senior volunteers and migrants/ refugees organised in all partner countries; the events will be aimed to present the developed social and civic integration tool and to establish contacts between senior volunteers and migrants/ refugees, as well as representatives of organisations providing services for migrants;-short awareness raising film reflecting on the unique experiences of project participants-senior volunteers and migrants/ refugees and aimed at reducing existing misconceptions, combating stereotypes on migration and aging society issues created;- international dissemination and awareness raising conference in Lithuania organised. The project will have an overall impact on various participating target groups, institutions and organisations, local communities through fostering the development of social, civic, intercultural, volunteering competences by providing representatives of both target groups with unique opportunities to integrate and reintegrate into the society, and at the same time providing mutual support to each other and to the society. The project will also have a siginficant and positive impact on the participating organisations and their staff, including trainers participating in the testing and piloting trainings by improving their personal and professional competencies and thereby enhancing the organisations. The project will create a lasting value for the community and society by raising public awareness about the specific issues of aging society as well as migrant / refugee integration in Europe.

Migrant integration takes place at multiple levels, and one of the most sensitive fields is that of school education. There are many interventions focusing on teacher competence, the concept of intercultural education, and diversity management in the classroom. However, another important factor affecting the integration process is parental engagement and attitude. Both parents from the host societies and migrant/refugee parents have direct influence on the attitude, behavior and performance of their children, and consequently the integration process as a whole. Positive parental engagement is of paramount importance for the social inclusion of ECM children. The overall objective of the Parents4all project was to raise awareness, empower, and develop the intercultural competences among parents of the host society and migrant/refugee parents alike in order to enable them to contribute effectively to the social inclusion of ECM school-age children. The specific objectives of the project were to:- Actively involve parents in the design of effective interventions for migrant social inclusion- Create tailor-made training material for parents from the host societies in order to effectively deal with diversity and support school activities for social inclusion- Create empowering training material for migrant/refugee parents in order to be able to better support their children in the integration process and effectively collaborate with school staff- Create an effective self-assessment methodology for parents regarding intercultural skills and migrant/refugee pupil inclusion- Raise awareness among parents of both target groups through the production of inspiring audiovisual material- Make recommendations to stakeholders of education and social inclusion for a sustainable intervention methodology addressing parents- Promote the notion that parental engagement for social inclusion is a collaborative, reciprocal, and mutually rewarding process6 organizations from Greece, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Spain and the UK participated. Olympic Training, a VET center from Greece, coordinated the project. BEMIS, Scotland, is the national umbrella organization for the Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector and the communities that this sector represents; ifa Akademie, Germany, is the training and education center of the Institute for Foreign Relations; Soros International House, Lithuania, is a language school involved in integration projects; Programma Integra, Italy, is a social cooperative active in migrant integration; the University of Huelva, Spain, was the academic partner of the consortium. The project involved directly all target groups (parents and stakeholders) in output production. The consortium directly involved over 355 individuals from the main target groups in the project activities, at least 60 of which were persons with cultural differences and/or refugees. Products were tested in a piloting phase. Through the dissemination activities carried out by the consortium and the associated partners, more than 30,000 persons were reached. The activities implemented were:- Development of a methodology for training parents on intercultural competences and active support of ECM pupil integration- Creation of training material tailored to the needs of a) parents from the host societies, and b) ECM parents- Creation of a toolkit for self-assessment on intercultural competences and the need for training in integration issues- Production of a video and a short film designed to raise awareness among parents, promote understanding between the two parent groups and motivate to positive action- Creation of a guide providing recommendations to stakeholders for the exploitation of project products at national level- Extensive dissemination activities, including an international conferenceParents4all raised awareness among parents and stakeholders on ECM children integration issues and the necessity of parental training and engagement. Parents are provided with tested tools to improve their intercultural competences and responsiveness to social, ethnic and cultural diversity and to be empowered in participating more actively in issues related to education and inclusion. The project also provided stakeholders and policy makers with tools for a more holistic social and educational policy. In the long term, improved competences and increased awareness on behalf of parents are expected to have a positive effect on the interaction of pupils of different origins, cooperation with school, and social integration in general.

To do this, we aim to overcome classic evaluation methodologies in favour of the implementation of a tool based on an innovative solution that aims at conversation and sharing stories with end users in order to enhance participation and involvement. The methodology and related technology is that of conversational storytelling.<< Implementation >>The implementation activities of the project include research on educational contexts in partner countries. From the results of the analysis, three conversational stories will be conceived and developed, adaptable to the reference contexts, which will then be translated into the languages of the partners and into English and French for a subsequent experimentation and validation action.<< Results >>The final result is an open and multilingual platform for evaluating the effectiveness of AED pathways through 3 stories that can be used by educational organizations. The project aims to increase the use and awareness of the use of innovative digital solutions of this type, with the prospect of growth and adoption of the solution and a dematerialization of survey tools among users.
