"The Y2Y project, promoted by three Unions of Municipalities from three different EU countries and by an expert association in youth policies, has developed an operating model for strengthening youth entrepreneurship actions in rural and disadvantaged areas in Italy (Sicily), Bulgaria (Black Sea) and Spain (Andalusia). The project was aimed primarily at the youth population and more specifically at unemployed young people and outside the context of education and training (NEET), as well as youth workers of the Municipalities, or officials and operators of the Municipalities who are involved in various capacities from youth policies. The project created an operating model that follows the B2B model, inspired by the exchange and comparison between subjects operating on the same product. In this case, the exchange does not take place at the level of the Business, but at the level of the subjects concerned, or between young people, or young people and youth workers, in a constructive dialogue process based on the subject and personal variables, in this case the main life skills. The Y2Y model is a model that supports the individual resources of young people, especially creativity, resourcefulness, the capacity for self-realization, but also for ""self marketing"". If on the one hand it is true that young people are given the opportunity to highlight their ideas, on the other it is also true that what young people try to value is their ability to be in the European network and to propose and invent ideas .14 young Europeans were offered a blended training model based on humanistic coaching and life skills and 18 youth workers a training course based on humanistic coaching. Through a service platform young people have promoted their entrepreneurial ideas and youth workers have supported the models proposed by the boys by supporting their communication and promotional choices. The Y2Y model is made available through an interactive platform which, in addition to welcoming innovative ideas and promoting them in the European network, offers the opportunity to take advantage of the contents of the training (webinars and short lessons), and the toolkits developed for use by the final target and all those who want to know and share the strategies tested."

The Contect of the project: Occupational health and safety is one of the most important and discussed titles in social politics of European Union. Even though number of occupational accidents decreased by 1994, number of accidents is still high. Increase in number of accidents still rapidly continues in some member states and certain sectors. This case indicates that in member states actors of working life could not adopt and understand exactly the protectionist approach which is included in society directives related to occupational health and safety. Occupational health and safety has become one the basic title in European Union’s social politics by free movement of employees. This case made formation of common training content in training curriculums for occupational health and safety and increasing consciousness and awareness level mandatory. The objective of the project: Maintaining mutual information and experience exchange of lecturers who instruct in occupational health and safety program, reinforcing their professional competency, and formation of common teaching education curriculum within framework of EU criteria for this field are aimed in this program. Informational meetings which held by project partners at local level provided to take the attention of workforce market to occupational health and safety subjects and awareness created. In addition, one of the sub-objectives of the project was to create consciousness and involve awareness in occupational health and safety so in long term that asylum seekers and refugees can be prevented from being exposed to precarious working conditions.Target groups were the refugee and temporary asylum seekers, professional, academic, business actors, university students and occupational health and safety professionals. We had four transnational partners. UNM FHS from Slovenia is a higher education institution in the field of health care, they have primarily contributed to the project with our competencies in the field of research and occupational health knowledge. FEVEC from Spain carried out training actions in the construction sector and OHS sector, especially for active and unemployed workers. FEVEC as a construction expert, has contributed to the project providing its knowledge and expertise in this area. WSBINOZ from Poland as a higher education institution WSBiNoZ used its extensive contacts in the local labor market in order to obtain contacts with OHS specialists working on a daily basis in many different thematic areas. ARDA from German as private sector partner, they contributed to the IOs preparation like the other partners and disseminated the outputs to companies like Siemens, and also cooperated with specialists in this field from the universities. The Results and Outputs of the Project: * Curricular studies: Germany, Spain, Slovenia and Poland realization of occupational health and safety programs.* Need analysis report for OHS vocational definitions of each parners.* An applicable curriculum on Occupational Health and Safety for Occupational Health and Safety Professionals.* E-learning environment/Platform for OHS: Four OHS Videos of each partners (www.mepohs.com)* Mobile Application for OHS. (MEPOHS)* Dissemination of the project in the different social networks.* Dissemination of the mobile application for OHS.* 2 Multiplier events* By means of the web page, mobile applications, e-learning, social media accounts, etc., the knowledge of the refugee and temporary asylum seekers, students and trainees realized as 5000 beneficiaries with multiplier effect.* 5 Transnational Project Meetings* A Policy Recommendation Report for OHS policy makers* Approximately 1000 students who are trained in OHS field Earning* A protocol between Gaziantep University and The Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Services to increase cooperation under OHS.Impact and Sustainability: The aim of the faculty members in the occupational health and safety program is to exchange mutual knowledge and experience, to strengthen their professional competence and to create a common curriculum in the framework of EU criteria in this field. In this way, the professional competencies of the lecturers teaching occupational health and safety have been strengthened and the students with better quality knowledge and skills have been provided and will continue to be provided with a reduction in their workforce skills and occupational accidents. In the Member States, we have contributed to the improvement of the work carried out on occupational health and safety, which is the main title of the European Union's social policies. In addition, the protocols signed between the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services and our university strengthened the impact of the project. At the same time, it became sustainable with the trainings to be held within the scope of the protocols.

Fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), composites, are advanced materials combining different single materials that lets achieve stronger and more flexible characteristics. FRP have experimented a wide expansion in multiple industrial sectors as they produce high-quality, cost-effective, and durable products. Construction FRP market is driven by the rising product demand in the construction industry due to its long life and low maintenance cost. Some countries as Poland, Greece and Slovenia have wide opportunities of growth in their use. To promote the introduction of FRP in the construction the partnership has identified the need to focus in two different targets that are in the core of the value chain of the construction industry: architects – civil engineers and building construction workers. Architects – civil engineers design building construction works, while building construction workers are in charge of implementing construction works. Both targets are key in the introduction of FRP. According to a report from the Architects Council of Europe, the majority of them have not received any education in FRP. In addition to this, building construction workers with primary or secondary studies neither have knowledge on FRP. Furthermore, the partnership has detected a lack of IVET and CVET training to use FRP in the construction sector that limits FRP introduction . TAB4BUILDING project aims to develop a common training for both targets that let them to increase their skills in the knowledge and application of FRP in the construction sector. This main objective has been defined in several operative objectives. A short summary of them would be:- increasing the knowledge of target groups about FRP and its usability.- increasing the technical, quality control and management skills with these materials.- promoting the use of FRP in the architectural design. - transfering harmonize guidelines and tools to target groups, and to increase the collaboration and learning in FRP applied to construction. To achieve these objectives the project will develop a blended training with in person sessions combined with online sessions with a common training programme for both targets sharing some common subjects and dedicating some specific to each target. Along 24 months, 3 Intelectual Outputs will let develop the professional profile map (IO1), develop the methodology and the e-learning tool (IO2) and the training contents (IO3). In addition, 4 complementary activities: A4 management and coordination, A5 validation actions, A6 dissemination and communication activities and A7 sustainability and exploitation activities will help to achieve the expected results. The partnership is composed by 6 partners from 5 EU countries to assure the widest scope of representation. -Silesian University of Technology (SUT) from Poland will coordinate the project and help with its technical knowledge from their School of Civil Engineers.
