However, much remains to be done in EU and in the world to create common ground of equal society. This project is socio-educational, focused on increasing the capacities of organizations working in the area of gender equality and awareness of gender equality. Its main objectives are the capacity building of NGOs in area of usage of social media and open educational resources. The causes for a need of strengthening capacities of our partner organization, is women discrimination causing their death worldwide, according to the World Health Organization offered by the Development Fund UN Women; Human Rights Committee (HRC); Gender gap is present on different levels depending on the country. In Dominican Republic, domestic violence is a problem that affects women, families and communities, and it increases rapidly. The majority of women victims belong to disadvantaged social classes, with lower standard of education and come from rural areas. However, domestic violence is not confined to these social groups but regards the whole society regardless of the level of education or economic status. Capo de Verde is considered the most democratic national in Africa but again the numbers are very high when it comes to violence against women and limited access to education, employment, decision-making positions and access to healthcare. Situation in Indonesia is very similar. Indonesia from the report from Multi-Country Study on Women's Health and Domestic Violence Against Women, it is noted that 41% of women in Indonesia suffered physical or sexual violence at some point in their lives, mostly from their husbands. In Thailand faces socio-economic inequalities, widening income gaps, uneven development between urban and rural areas, and unequal access to resources and social services. For our project, the main idea of creation of open educational resources is even more valuable as we consider that very important part is the Team gathering from South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. An experience team of organizations working for long time in this area. This means that the team will be able to share experience, learn and develop, network and exchange good practices. Possibility of expositor of results – world level. Networking opportunities Webinar, Videos and podcast on training materials that are free for use and easy accessible Social Media’s usage and follow up activitiesDissemination of results after the end of the projectThe activities planned are planned to include non-formal leading methodology, learning by doing, job shadowing’s, creation of workshop, training of trainers, study visit and coordination meeting. The project will build strong relationship between organizations in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia and its having potential to become worldwide viral due to the developed free educational resources.

Still, a wide percentage of adults still lack the skills and attitudes to use digital technology and therefore to exploit the opportunities that these provide. ICT skills are regarded as crucial as they gradually dominate all aspects of life. This means that the inability to use technologies can result in a marginalization not only in the labor market, but also in the civic society as a whole. This is a digital era where people highly depend on technology and level of skills developed in order to sustain in society. It is even a bigger challenge for adults to follow all these innovations because technology is an enormous novelty that they should fast adapt to. In order to meet their needs, we prepared a project on Computer literacy and IT skills that will be developed so that new possibilities and challenges are open. We will carry out the project with a main aim to teach adults the basic/intermediate computer skills with further tendencies of them being more adaptable (acceptable) on the labor market. Thus, our project is a big step forward not only in theoretically introducing, but also putting into practice the competences required for a (quality and competent) potential employee. It is clear the fact that most business depend on employees with strong computer skills, so, employers sometimes find it difficult to choose the right candidate due to the lack of computer literacy and IT skills which complicates the process if the one has all the other characteristics. Therefore, our project came with the idea of preparing a person with a ‘complete’ resume, who can perform their duties efficiently together with what matches their responsibilities regarding using of computer and IT. Adults were taught on skills like Microsoft Word for word processing, Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, Power point for presentations, etc. to enable them use computer and related technology efficiently covering different levels of usage (from elementary use to more advanced ones). Participants that took part in the same were adults that are in need of improving their skills and competences for entering the labor market and increase opportunities for employment, wanting to expand and update their resume with the experiences and abilities gained. The development of the complete project was carried out with a previously well prepared strategy by the project coordinators (and managing groups/contact persons appointed by the organizational staff for each participating country), with the applicant country as a leader of the process and partner countries (Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Bulgaria) taking a considerable part in the same. The division of responsibilities was agreed on at the first transnational meeting in Macedonia, where all the documents and administration was prepared and distributed. Contracts on cooperation, communication and certain logistics were also on the agenda and talked through among partners so that we set a specific and organized program for a good dynamic and good flow of the project. The development of the project was managed at different sectors, management preparation, management and monitoring of project implementation, time management and budget management, selection of participants, management of administration, documentation and records, logistics management etc. all throughout the preparatory, implementation and dissemination phase, and in accordance with all NA regulations. Regarding Meetings and outputs, 5 Transnational Meetings were held, all followed by researches and preparation of intellectual outputs. The researching process was as follows: all partner countries were involved in the research (researches are conducted in their respective country) which were further developed and presented at the Transnational meeting- meeting at which every participant is assigned a certain subject (or a few subjects) to research. Every participant and participating country were actively involved in the analysis of the previously carried out research, stepping in with comparisons of data, presentations and further development of the issue. The final intellectual output is an App that is consisted of the best practices of all the previously conducted researches and analysis. The overall project increased adults’ awareness of computer literacy importance and the benefits of upgrading the same continually. It was also broaden their views on active EU citizenship and the opportunities for employment available. Apart from that, it fostered creative thinking, motivated and encourage them to take steps into their personal and professional development. The project dynamic flow is maintained by constant and effective communication among partners and previously well-structured organization.

More than 140 million girls worldwide are subjected to FGM, which involves the partial or total removal of external female genitalia. Although many think that this is a practice localised to areas of Africa, it’s actually performed in countries across the Middle East, and Asia, as well as parts of Europe and America. The type of cutting varies in different communities. It ranges from cliterodectomy (removal of the clitoris) to infibulation – which can include complete removal of a girls’ external genitals and sewing together to seal the wound that remains, with a small hole left for menstruation and urination. This obviously leads to lifelong consequences for the girl. One of the most immediate risks of this more severe form of cutting, also known as Type III, is death.“Standing up 2 FGM” is an inclusive and participatory project that aims in strengthening the capacities of Tunisian youth workers and NGOs in work with FGM. For reaching the foreseen project goals we have proposed methodology for execution of all planned activities. The activities planned are planned to include non-formal leading methodology, learning by doing, job shadowing’s, creation of workshop, training of training and coordination meetings. The project will build strong relationship between organizations in Europe and Tunisia. It will create a network of organizations from Europe and Arabic countries in area of fighting FGM.Our project will work on concrete development objectives for Tunisian organizations:- Capacities in work with FGM- Work with cultural activities in reaching learger audience and local communities- Work with ICT and social medias- Development of modular trainings and materials- Sharing skills and knowledge on practical work in Germany on support of woman right’s - Development of guide, videos, data base of trainers, training modules and web page- Create a strong centre for work with FGM in Arabic countries - Training and educating youth leaders/workers that will be skilled to carry out work with FGM - Improving youth support systems which will promote youth participation, especially in international context and in work with FGMOur project will have a long lasting impact and sustainability. The main reason for this are:Created materials: training modules; guide; web page; you tube videos; pull of trainers; Developed human resources of organizations: training of trainers; job shadowing and training of youth workers on different aspects of youth work; and Networking of organizations, development of strong networking of organizations that will continue to work on this topic.

All countries included in the project have great potential to make wine and cheese tourism attractions .Unfortunately there is a lack of structured tourist exploitation of such potential offer in most of those countries. On the other hand there are also countries like Macedonia with not much advanced technologies, heavy industry and therefore the benefit from such actions in the field of tourism can significantly contribute to the economic development of the country. Also Portugal, Spain to be discovered as countries who can offer excellent wines and cheese products , and not only as countries with long beaches and mass tourism , is the challenge and added value of this project. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT The main goal of of the project Wine and Cheese is to promote the importance of rural tourism (and appropriate education models) with main focus on authenticity of the wine and cheese culture on each level of the society in the participating countries. Focus will be given to cheese and wine as tourism products with huge potential for the tourism industry and its benefits (more satisfied tourists, more overnights, more local business, more employment opportunities for the local population etc.) Specific objectives of the project are: SO1: To develop structured curriculum and training materials for 40 low skilled candidates in the field of wine and cheese sommelierie. SO2:To train 40 low skilled candidates in the field of wine and cheese sommelerie through structured trainings using modular approach SO3: To develop Digital Learning Platform for networking of wine and cheese sommeliers who are in the learning process SO4:To create mobile application for tourists interested in wine and cheese in the country; SO5:To develop Guidebook for Social Partners and Policy makers for creation of concept of themed tourism streets (wine and cheese streets) Target Groups: -80 low skilled professionals who would gain new qualifications of wine and cheese sommeliers -Hotel, restaurants, wineries, cheese makers companies who are in search for skilled stuff - Institutions responsible for tourism education who can extent the tourism education offer in the country; - institutions responsible for tourism policy who can put strategic framework of the concept to be functional in the country. The project has huge potential to make changes in the well being of the members of the local communities. The participants of the project (young people with lower skills) will come from most rural areas of the country and will be trained in a professional manner getting certain qualification and possibility for employment-due to specific qualifications they will gain on those trainings. Furthermore, the concept of Wine and Cheese Streets has a huge impact of the touristic exploitation of such regions by rule. We are witnessing that nowadays, such concepts attract more domestic and foreign visitors, extent the length of stay of visitors, and that can bring lot of economic benefit for the community/region. This concept create new jobs and new perspectives for the regional development. The product placement of wineries, cheese makers could be increased as well as the occupancy rate of the hotels, restaurants from those regions. Recently, sustainable tourism (when done correctly) has been increasingly seen as a strategy for regional development. This has been the case for several reasons: tourism often involves the transfer of wealth from a developed nation to a developing one, tourism has a supply chain that impacts many industries directly and indirectly in the country of the tourist activity, and, according to the UNWTO, is very labor-intensive and provides relatively direct access to foreign markets for people facing poverty. Developed outputs in this project like curricula, new web based models of transfer of know how will be valuable contribution to the educational policy especially in VET. Active participation of companies in the education and training of skilled workers is a big plus for each society, since in creation of most effective VET models, only labor market relevance counts. Both topics encompass fundamental rights that we as youth workers shall embrace and promote further. This project idea came out in one of our recently implemented activities under Erasmus+. The youth workers and youngsters attending the training course crystalized the main idea represented in this application as an important aspect when we discuss the gender roles in our society and attach media influence to it. Media was introduced ad key concept that leads the society today and can be guarded as both with its strong power of change, as much as with the enforcement of negative and false gender stereotypes in various cases (ie. Considering here that mostly women are portrayed as care givers, housewife’s, and also more likely are shown as a sexualized attire, while man are shown through media as the stronger dominant sex, they dominate the film industry both as main leading roles as well as in acting, directing etc). The project partnership is developed in a organic way. - Skills, expertise and capacities they bring in this project, - The past successful cooperation with them - Possibility to work with new partners and share experiences- Commitment to support all steps of project implementation - Special interest shown for the topics proposed- develop open educational resources as guides that will be used by organizations world wide What this project seeks to foster and encourage is to advocate for gender equality by the use of media and by training youth workers on how they can better report, show case and promote gender equality through the biggest mediums and communication channels they use for their everyday job. Our project addresses gender as an equality issue, with positive approach to diminish the negative stereotypes and discrimination related to sex and/or gender. Bringing together in a consortium various NGO’s across EU and WB, the project is the best spot for the youth workers to not only discuss the problematic and come up with suggestions for a better portray of gender issues, but also as a practical example that shall encourage each participants, partner association, collaborator and other beneficiaries to take the gender issues in consideration when drafting their communication strategies and while reporting their youth activities and/or any other project to the media.Learning by doing and learner centred approaches will be the bases of the project implementation, with regards and consideration of the various and different learning needs and styles of individuals to be participating in each activity. Among the practical and actual resources to be used we can mention here: Gender Matters revised manual; Getting the Right Balance -Gender Equality in Journalism by UNESCO, , FEMNET Training manual on gender based violence, Manual for gender mainstreaming, employment etc
