    24 months‘ strategic partnership project of three organizations form the Czech Republic, UK and Turkey was testing implementation of good practice in the Youth field, supporting new approaches leading to higher competitiveness and employment.The key concept of this project was to use martial art and/or performing art to communicate, teach and impart the fundamentals and practical knowledge of social enterprise and entrepreneurship. The martial and performing art was not the main topic, but the tool for communicating both social and business competences. Additionally participants were supported and motivated in starting own business or skilled their competences becoming much more employable.Sport is gentle, non-violent way, how to handle winnings and failure, teach discipline, ability to cooperate and also healthy competiveness. All these skills are stored as a certain program in the brain and are activated when needed.OBJECTIVESo To get Young People with fewer opportunities active through learning martial and performing artso To up skill Young People with fewer opportunities in the concept and practicalities of wealth creation through Entrepreneurship & Enterprise training o To support Young People to start their own activities leading to better employabilityThe project was based on partnership of three organizations: TheDojo.Org.UK shared to the project the knowledge, experience and track record of education and training in both, formal and non formal learning methods, as well as Martial training YOUTHART brought to the project the knowledge and an experience of media productions in international environment , as well as skills related to publicity and dissemination.International, International Educational Center GEMS as a main coordinator contributed with project management experience, also experience from working in international environment, experience with entrepreneurship training and experience with career guidance.3 trainings were developed during the project: 1. Martial art, performing art, 2. Employability and Entrepreneurship, video CV, 3. Starting Social enterprise or business ExcepParticipants were selected from different parts of countries involved (CZ, UK, TR), mainly those who faced any geographical, economical or social difficulties, also those who were at risk of early school leavers and those who were unemployed after finishing high school or University. 35 participants, 15 girls and 20 boys were supported directly during international trainings and local activities, 53% of participants attended all 3 trainnigs. Except t of those direct participants there were at least 25 Stakeholders' institutions involvedved and informed about the project. The survey was designed to Measure Soft Outcomes in the following ‘Core’ soft outcomes areas: key work skills, attitudinal skill, personal skills, and practical skills, which was selected as key indicators to be used to track the overriding objectives for all 3 trainings. Except of the survey, according participants feedback, the participants appreciated Martial art activities, enjoyed working in multicultural environment, some feel more confident when it comes comes about job, CV and business issues. They have learned, how to act professionaly in difficult situations.     """Raising entrepreneurial capacity of youth for rural development“ (RECORD)"" project was initiated and led by the Youth Cooperation Centre of Dilijan NGO (YCCD, Armenia) in partnership with Civic Initiative (Georgia), Leonardo Consorzio di Cooperative Sociali Società Cooperativa Sociale ONLUS (Italy) and International Educational Centre GEMS (Czech Republic). The 24-months project aimed to develop capacities of rural youth organisations of the Eastern Partnership region in entrepreneurship education (EE) using the local potentials of handicrafts and ecotourism. The project was built around 4 Key Activities that were interlinked and build on each other, namely: Key Activity 1/ Competence development program on entrepreneurship education for rural youth workers: one international training course on Entrepreneurship Education, one study visit to Italy, one Training of Trainers on Entrepreneurship Education and the publication of a toolbox on simulation games to foster entrepreneurial competences Key Activity 2/ International Youth Entrepreneurship School made of local outreach events in 10 communities in Armenia and Georgia, two international training courses, an e-learning course, SEED grants for EaP young entrepreneurs and a tailored mentorship programKey Activity 3/ Multi-stakeholder dialogue for entrepreneurship education in EaP rural regions : stakeholders meetings in 10 rural communities in Armenia and Georgia, 10 local workshops on Entrepreneurship Education for professionals of formal, vocational and non-formal education sectors, one international seminar for cross-sectoral partnership-building on Entrepreneurship Education and two large-scale Regional Entrepreneurship Fairs in Dilijan (Armenia) and Tsnori (Georgia)Key Activity 4/ Management and visibility activities to assure quality RECORD proposes an innovative approach to rural community development by promoting entrepreneurship education as a tool to foster youth employability anchored to the local assets of the target EaP regions, that is cultural and natural heritage, while building cross-sectorial partnerships of stakeholders in education, youth, training, labour and public sectors.The ""Raising entrepreneurial capacity of youth for rural development“ (RECORD)"" project reached following specific objectives: 1.     This project is developed by FYCA and its European partners. The project aimed to ameliorate the recognition of youth work and non-formal education through the development of certified “International youth studies” curricula and open educational materials for European Higher Education Institutions. The specific objectives were: • Stimulating and strengthening the integration of non-formal education and formal education at universities through the establishment of a certified course on International youth studies.• Creating bridges between formal and non-formal education, youth policy and practice in order to release innovation potential to raise the quality of educational and social service to Europe’s young people, to promote career flexibility and mobility, and to assert the value and utility of evidence-based policy and practice.• Strengthening human potential in the youth field by building a critical mass of qualified youth workers.• Promoting international recognition of the youth work and non-formal education through developing and adopting award criteria that are in line with the formal educational system.Through developed curricula and open educational materials, the project targeted at enhancing the quality of the human resources involved in youth work. It contributes also to the modernization of higher education by designing an integrated course for those involved or willing to involve in youth work.The project consisted of 5 international activities (2 capacity building + 3 mobility).

    “My Education - My Future” - maximizing inclusion of disabled people into university experience was a 15-month innovative project. The main objective of the project was to enlighten the challenges that youth with disabilities encounter while they study at universities. 6 partner organizations from 6 countries (3 EU and 3 EaP) came together to discuss problems about educational possibilities of disabled youngsters at universities and some obstacles preventing the execution of their study rights. Meanwhile, the framework of this project was engineered to share and exchange some national experiences of different countries on educational status of youngsters with disabilities. The project involved following major activities:1.Coordination and Management Meetings2.“Future Leader” (Job Shadowing Programme)3.Local Training of Trainers4.“Equal Opportunity” Public Awareness and Advocacy CampaignsThe main objective of the project was to empower participants who had the capacity to discuss and find ways for successful integration of disabled youngsters at universities, develop strategies and abilities to cope with problems at university life among the young people from EU and EaP countries and to develop the competence of youth groups to incorporate the abilities and knowledge of disabled students in their activities.ObjectivesTo look for better ways for inclusion of disabled university students.To gather information and experience from different countries. To form a data bank or a network that was a reference for student facing discrimination because of their disability so that they can more clearly express their needs.To discuss and gather practical methods for inclusion of disabled people in higher education and other fields of life.To inform young people and youth organisations about the possibilities introduced by “Erasmus+” projects.To empower disabled students in their activities towards better inclusion in higher education and stimulate their civil rights.To disseminate the project and the topic among university students and communities by active campaign and organizations exhibition.To analyse official legislation for disabled people in each EaP country on practical and political level.“My Education - My Future” definitely had a niche among the projects aiming to maximize disabled people’s inclusion at universities, as well as in accentuating the problems that they encounter and offered solutions to them. One of the many positive results that was achieved by the Project were international and domestic projects within the Erasmus+ Program framework, in particular youth exchanges, training courses, study visits, seminars, job shadowing scheme on the topic of disability. Project also created an accumulative effect since participants are going to use the knowledge and experience that they gained during the campaign. Dissemination also plays an important role in positioning the project as quite practical and useful for all universities and governmental agencies in EaP countries. Participants that represented various universities spread the results and ideas on the local level among their students and university communities. Within the conceptual model of job shadowing activity offered by the project three youth workers from each partner organization representing the countries such as Azerbaijan, Belarus and Ukraine took part in ten days job shadowing in another partner organisation in UK, Spain and Czech Republic. During the job shadowing activity participants got to know various types of activities provided for disabled people, intercultural aspect of work with disabled people, project management on this topic in another culture. They improved their skills and shared their own experience not only with hosting organisation's team but also with people who had experience to work with disabled people.
