EUROSUCCESS CONSULTING LIMITED,DAKOM,UDRUGA AGROTURIST VODNJANFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-FR01-KA202-047886Funder Contribution: 287,918 EURWINERA aimed to develop European resources to train winegrowers to train winegrowers in the transition to organic viticulture and biodynamics.. In a context of rapid development of organic viticulture in Europe, it did not exist any complete training resources, covering all the topics and issues related to organic certification in viticulture, and allowing independent learning.Supported by a consortium of 6 partners active in the fields of vocational training and agriculture (CDE Petra Patrimonia, France; DAKOM, Bulgaria; Agrotourist Vodnjan, Croatia; EUROSUCCESS, Cyprus; University of Salamanca, Spain; GAL Molise verso il 2000, Italy), the project took place over 30 months between December 2018 and April 2021.WinEra is primarily aimed at:- To new wine entrepreneurs, who are graduating and wish to embark on the creation or conversion of an organic domain,- To wine growers already established who wish to engage in organic certification but lack technical references and supports,- Training and technical support organizations for winegrowers who wish to support organic certification for their target audiences. At the end of the project, we offer these target groups a series of complementary and innovative training and technical support tools, available in 6 languages (English, Bulgarian, Croatian, Spanish, French, Italian) and free to use. 1. A multidisciplinary training catalog on the specificities of organic and biodynamic viticulture, covering almost all of the issues and key themes for winegrowers: vineyard management, wine production techniques, economic, commercial and marketing aspects, relationships to the environment, challenges of organic viticulture in the face of climate change, enhancement of heritage and wine tourism. Each topic is exposed in a 10 to 20 page module depending on the topic, accompanied by case studies, activity proposals, technical and practical references and a selective bibliography.2. The WINERA training platform allows independent online learning, but also gives the possibility of working under the supervision of a mentor, with whom to interact, to whom to submit activities, questions… This platform is available in 6 languages, and gives access to all the courses by simple registration, free of charge and without limit of use. The training content, which remains classic (illustrated pdf searchable online or by download) are supplemented by a large number of additional, more interactive resources, designed specifically for the project or collected from European and international references in the field. Interviews with winegrowers were filmed in the different countries to enrich each language version with feedback in the national language, Quizzes are offered for each module, slide shows, articles, etc. are also downloadable or viewable online.3. The trainers manual helps organize the role of the trainer in a blended learning process, in addition to autonomous self-learning through the platform. He explains how to intervene via the platform and helps him build his intervention in addition to the courses available online. The development of the manual has also helped to clarify the process for the certification of learners, which will be issued by the University of Salamanca.4. These training tools are completed by a series of technical supports aimed at supporting the conversion process: a technical guide to support certification, which details the regulations in force and specifies the stages of organic certification; a collection of good practices which presents feedback from organic winegrowers across Europe and highlights the cultural and heritage dimensions of viticulture; a synthetic presentation document of the WINERA training. The WINERA productions are accessible from the project website (winera-project.eu).Several communication tools were developped to promote the process and the results since the begining of the project: website, Facebook page, flyers, kakemono, final synthetic brochure. The project directly affected:- 70 European winegrowers and trainers during the testing activities of the training content and the platform at the end of 2020-beginning of 2021- Around 200 students, winegrowers, trainers or technical experts during the dissemination events held during the month of April 2021.- At least 2000 technical organizations in viticulture, organic or biodynamic agriculture, viticultural training organizations directly affected by results dissemination activities, Newsletters, flyers, etc.

Indeed, to date, only two universities offer training in the wine tourism sector namely, Universidade Lusófona in Portugal and Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. It is in this context that six European organizations from research and trade sectors worked together for 31 months (September 2016 - March 2019) in order to create the ""BACCHUS SME"" vocational training in tourism. Thus, the partnership included a cooperative that supports and promotes sustainable rural development, economic, social, professional and employment (FR); three SMEs (PT, AT, BG) active in the fields of vocational training, adult training and human resources consultancy; a university (ES) covering scientific fields and know-how related to tourism and organizational development and having interdisciplinary research experience; and a local development agency (IT) that supports and promotes sustainable rural, economic, social, vocational and employment development, and operates in particular in the areas of rural tourism, environmental education, rural development and tourism. innovation, technology transfer and vocational training.BACCHUS SME project was divided into four phases: analysis of the organizational development of SMEs (O1); analysis of the wine tourism sector (O2); development of the learning program and the diagnostic tool (O3) and creation of the BACCHUS SME platform (O4).Thus, the partners first conducted two studies (O1 and O2) on their territory in order to identify the specific needs of small and medium-sized winegrowers for their organizational development and for a diversification of their wine tourism offer. To do this, the partners have worked with both wine entrepreneurs, wine tourists but also public bodies, local development associations, experts in wine tourism, etc. to which they submitted questionnaires. Focus groups and literature searches complemented the field studies. In total, nearly 500 people contributed to the work.Based on the results of their studies, the partners created an innovative learning program (O3) including a diagnostic tool and blended-learning training modules (combination of online training sequences and face-to-face training). Thus, in view of the identified needs, the partners of BACCHUS project developed the following modules: (1) wine tourism as an opportunity for the wine industry; (2) good practices for innovation and entrepreneurship strategy in wine tourism; (3) analysis of local and global tourism attractions; (4) English language in the wine tourism sector; (5) communication and cooperation techniques; (6) marketing in the wine tourism sector; (7) ICTs applied to wine tourism and digital marketing; (8) wine and heritage and (9) food and wine pairings. All content is embedded in the online platform BACCHUS SME (O4) developed specifically for the project needs. In addition to the communication actions carried out on digital tools and in the press, the intellectual outputs of BACCHUS SME project were presented during multiplier events (E3-E10) organized as part of the project. The latter brought together nearly 300 people from the six territories of the partnership (AT, BG, ES, FR, IT and PT) who had he opportunity to share their opinion and even test the developed content and tools. For more information on the project and its results, please consult free available BACCHUS SME tools and content from the project website: www.bacchus-sme.eu."

GESMBHFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2016-1-FR01-KA202-023886Funder Contribution: 287,092 EUR"The EU relies heavily on its programs to achieve the goals envisioned for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth under the Europe 2020 strategy. This raises the question of the extent to which European project managers are well prepared to frame, design, implement and close such projects effectively and efficiently. At the time of writing the Erasmus+ project ""EMVOI"" - strategic partnership for vocational education and training, there was no tool available on the market for the evaluation, training or even certification of EUropean project managers (EUPM).This is now over since the EMVOI project (2016 - 2018) saw the creation of an online tool enabling self-evaluation, training (self-directed learning) and support for ISO 17024 certification (instructions). The overall objective of EMVOI project is to contribute to the recognition, validation and reinforcement of EUPMs’ key competences while at the same time strengthening cooperation between the world of training and the world of work by applying a global approach to evaluation, training and certification. The specific objectives of the project were to:+ develop an approach to recognize competences acquired by European project managers;+ develop a competence chart for EUPMs that can contribute to the development of high-level core and cross-curricular competences in a lifelong learning perspective;+ create a web tool for the assessment of transversal competences;+ develop training courses based on ICT - Information and Communication Technologies - using open educational resources and integrating modern digital solutions into the VET process - Education and Vocational Training;+ develop cross-curricular competences of the EUPM through an innovative approach, focusing on competences, learning and results;+ frame a certification system according to the ISO 17024 standard that can be considered as a system for recognizing and validating EUPMs’ competences ;+ promote learning of the English language and linguistic diversity through the EMVOI multilingual web platform. To do so, consulting and training organizations from 6 European countries worked for 28 months (Sept.2016 - Dec.2018) to carry out the work: Coopérative Sud Concept (FR), Instituto de Soldadura and Qualidade ( PT), ISCN (AT), EuroSuccess Consulting (CY), EVBB (DE) and DAKOM (BG).Thus, on the basis of their experience and expertise but also those of 91 other European managers who took part in the work, especially during the development and testing of the Curriculum, the objectives were achieved and the following activities were carried out:+ development of a competence chart based on scientific articles and other relevant documents. The chart is divided into hard and soft skills;+ development of a multilingual online platform (BG, DE, EL, EN, FR, PT);+ creation of a self-evaluation tool directly linked to the competence chart. It is autonomous and immediately displays the evaluation results once it is complete. It advocates the way forward for learners to develop their competence chart.+ content writing for 3 training modules:• basic knowledge of any European project manager;• competence chart to develop and / or improve in the management of European projects;• national specificities of certain programs such as operational programs, structural funds, the various national financing mechanisms (administrative procedures, political context, etc.).+ a manual including advice and a summary of the important points of the training;+ a framework for certification according to ISO 17024.To conclude, EMVOI project presents a global approach since it allows the identification of the competency and its evaluation, proposes improvement tracks (training contents) and a certification process. The project is largely involved in ""Improving relevant and high-level cross-curricular and relevant competences in the perspective of lifelong learning"" and promoting ""Transparency and recognition of competences and qualifications to facilitate learning, employability and mobility of the workforce "".For more information on the project and its results, please consult free of charge the developed tools from the project website: http://www.emvoi.eu."

The EU chestnuts market has been experiencing a strong growth in demand and production for organic chestnut products for the last 10 years. Due to the development of the consumers demand, the European chestnuts market is unsatisfied in volume, so it has to rely on non-EU imports to be satisfied (Turkey, China, Korea). Thus, it is important that industry professionals (producers & farmers) have the key skills & competences to match & keep up to these challenges. It is a question of considering organic chestnut production not only from a technical point of view, but also in all aspects of the producer's relationship with its customers & its territory. All partners have executed various EU projects on agriculture and have partnered with many farmers and agricultural producers. During their joint activities, all partners have come to the finding that a lot of the farmers & producers recognize the great demand for organic products. Their managers shared that they have significant interest to enter this market segment, but they lack information about the specific steps they should undertake. They have informed the partners that some courses in organic farming exists on the educational market, there is absolutely nothing (not even a single course within a broader VET course or university programme) for organic chestnuts farming & production. Based on all these needs, the partners have decided to develop EcoChestnut – a designated training course following b-learning, multidisciplinary & comprehensive approach to meet the specific needs for a course in organic chestnuts & chestnut products (OCCP) directly targeted towards the farmers & producers. Therefore, the project target groups shall be:- chestnut growers & chestnut-products companies wishing to converse to organic farming but lacking comprehensive & integrated training materials. - new chestnut entrepreneurs who do not come from the agricultural world. - multi-skilled farmers who can make an interesting supplementary production to allow the reuse of the traditional chestnut groves. The aim of the project is to enhance the competitiveness of the EU chestnuts farmers and producers through development of their potential for production and promotion of OCCP.The main objectives shall be:- to enhance the development opportunities and boost the growth potential of EU chestnut farmers & chestnut products producers by entering a market of OCCP;- to develop specific knowledge and competences in the EU chestnut farmers & chestnut products producers to produce and promote OCCPs;- to provide transversal, multidisciplinary and tailor-made training on OCCP production and promotion in response to the specific needs of the chestnut farmers & chestnut products producers;- to remind & develop awareness that the chestnuts & chestnut groves are part of the cultural, historical and landscape heritage of the country;- to increase the support provided to the chestnut farmers & chestnut products producers to enter the market of OCCP;- to encourage the application of organic farming and production approaches among new & existing chestnut farmers & chestnut products producers;- to promote use of sustainable agricultural farming and OCCP production methods among EU farmers & producers;- to promote wider use of organic chestnuts and chestnuts products among EU customers.EcoChestnut project shall envisage the development of:- EcoChestnut Learning Model- Thorough & interactive course in OCCP production & marketing- Manual for trainers- Platform with interactive repository section- Guide on certification of organic chestnuts- Handbook “Utilize the potential of the chestnut groves”.The expected impact on national & EU levels are:- cover the needs for new, multidisciplinary, experience-oriented and user-friendly approaches for development of professional competences of farmers, agronomists and chestnuts producers in production of chestnuts & chestnut products;- development an integral pack of training course, Manual for trainers & Guide on certification of organic chestnuts that is applicable on EU level and to all interested in this topic;- improvement of the competitiveness of the chestnut producers on the common European market through production of qualitative chestnuts and chestnuts products;- raised awareness of the plantation managers on the possibility to explore a new niche for their business by applying traditional & eco-friendly methods for growing of the chestnuts & production of organic chestnut products and promoting them as part of the intangible legacy of their country.
