“How to be entrepreneurial without being an entrepreneur - soft skills in demand”The main objective of the project is entrepreneurial learning , however not only to understand how to run a company but also to understand importance of good attitude. We’d like to give participants opportunities to develop both, theoretical and practical skills from the point of view of the future employer.Specific objectives:• shaping entrepreneurial attitudes• to explain how to start a business, run a company or social enterprise • learning about self-presentation and public speaking • developing skills in using digital technologies, especially for creating marketing materialsThere’ll be 20 participants + two leaders. We prefer young people from rural areas, that are about to graduate and look for a job. Due to great distance from the city, young people have limited opportunities to improve their interests and gain experience in the preferred direction.Planned activities:1. RURAL ACADEMY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIPThe local entrepreneurs will be the teachers - people with the knowledge, experience and skills of its transmission. Classes will take form of lectures and workshops providing specific skills and competences that shape the entrepreneurial attitude.2. PATHWAYS TO PERSONAL GROWTHCareer counselor will be responsible for this task. This task will include: recognition of competencies, planning the next steps in gaining work experience, define the necessary support, creating a portfolio with documents like CV and cover letter, preparation for the job interview. 3. WORKSHOPS ABOUT SOCIAL ENTERPRISESLegal aspects, financial and organizational management of entrepreneurs, financial support for social enterprises, local partnership. 4. DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES WORKSHOPCreating marketing materials, electronic presentation, leaflets, interactive posters, business cards, banners, spots.5. WEBINAR – “How to make a good impression” - the art of public speaking.6. WEBINAR – “How to create a positive self image by means of social media?”7. BUSINESS SPEED DATING 1 (ITALY)Presentation of young people for employers to meet with prospective job seekers. Employers are choosing youngsters, who made the best impression justifying their choice.8. BUSINESS SPEED DATING 2 (POLAND)This time polish young people will present themselves in front of local entrepreneurs. Local schools, organizations and institutions will be invited. This event will end the project.Expected results:• growth of entrepreneurial attitudes among participants• increasing knowledge in the field of setting up and leading a business• mutual understanding of the expectations of entrepreneurs and youth• determining the proper path for personal development• improving public speaking skills• getting to know new possibilities of education at home – webinar • acquisition of skills in creating attractive digital marketing materialsThe long-term impact of the project:• knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship• preparation for a job search and for a job interview • digital marketing skills• ability of using the internet to expand knowledge• knowledge about the local labor market and expectations of potential employers

<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to gain experience and identify the best practices in preparing preschoolers for school readiness, with particular emphasis on children with social adaptation disorders, sensory integration disorders and autism. Though the implemented activities, we will also strive to improve the quality of provided support, especially to children with special needs who are at risk of social exclusion.<< Implementation >>Two 5-day long international project meetings are planned. The first in Portugal to prepare a scenario for the program of preparing preschoolers for school readiness, including children with social maladjustment and sensory disorders. The second in Poland, when the developed program will be first time implemented in a kindergarten led by the leader.The results of the project will be disseminated during three 8 hour long workshops for parents and teachers (60 participants in total).<< Results >>Development of competences of the leader's and partner's employees resulting from mutual observation of work and exchange of good practices. The program supporting preschoolers in preparation for school education, in particular children with sensory disorders and social maladjustment, will be created and implemented. This will increase the experience of the facility in the area of effective social and personal adaptation of the child and build th cooperation with parents in coherent upbringing
