    "<< Objectives >>The overall goal of the project is to create a school environment suitable for promoting inclusive education through art for children at risk of exclusion, with SEN and/or disabilities.Specific objectives include establishing a framework of tools for student inclusion, providing educators and teachers with knowledge, skills and competencies to facilitate inclusive education, testing the ""Thinking hands"" methodology in 3 different countries.<< Implementation >>The planned activities are:A1. Kick-off meetingA2. Elaboration of the ""Thinking hands"" bookletA3. Training of trainersA4. Pilot action (experimentation of the methodology)A5. Project eventsA6. Project management and communication<< Results >>The main results that are intended to be achieved through the project are:1) ""Thinking Hands"" booklet: dedicated to educators and teachers and will contain the principles, objectives, learning outcomes and possible activities to be implemented in the classroom to promote student inclusion through art.2) Training for teachers and educatorsReport of the pilot action containing the results of the experimentation of the methodology3) 3 events to promote the project in the 3 partner countries"

    << Objectives >>The main objectives are to collect the good practice of continuity in education after primary school related to inclusion so each of the participating countries can educate/inform the teachers and write suggestions to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia to ensure that in the future every child included has the possibility to continue their education after primary school in their country and in an environment which is suitable, supportive and aimed to personal growth.<< Implementation >>The seminars, workshops, and lectures will be held in each participating organization. In those activities teachers and school administration teams from participating organizations and other local schools will share their methods and examples of good practice related to the meaningful and effective transition process for pupils with SEN from the Primary to Secondary educational level.<< Results >>1. A strong partnership between participating schools that works to achieve the same goal.2. The teachers and school administration teams will learn new methods related to transition that they can effectively implement them in their daily work.3. Raised awareness of the project topic's importance to the wider public.4. Submitted suggestions to the Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia and they are available for use by all partner organizations as well as for the wider public.
