Participants of this project will be18 young people from three countries - Latvia, Romania, and Great Britain, 18 - 30 years old. These young people will have a different kind of experience - youngsters with experience in creating podcasts and without it, with experience in international projects and without any experience, as well as the interests of young people will be different and the conversations will be unique. The project aims to allow the young people to create a platform - a podcast with several episodes, through which they would reach other young people, involve them in identifying topics that are important today, and finding real solutions. Through the creation of podcasts, the young people directly involved in it will take the initiative in creating new content, expressing their views, participating in local and European processes, forming talks, and taking a major project forward. As a result of the project, young people will have created 18 podcast series (6 in each country) to share on the social media of organizations and participants. During the meeting, young people will learn informally from each other to develop their skills in communication, voice and expression, conversation management, podcasting, and editing. Through group assignments and the application of practical knowledge, participants will exchange experiences, share their knowledge, and develop their competencies. Youth-created podcasts will be aimed at young people (including those who are young at heart). Project participants will be the main ones to share these podcasts through their social portals to reach the target audience of the project. The young people will have gained experience in a long-term and innovative project, which will give both them and the organizations they represent extensive experience in implementing such an international project for a whole year. During the project, young people will have developed digital competences, personal, social, and learning to learn competences, cultural awareness and expression competences, and entrepreneurial competences. The experience gained and the competencies developed will be important in the professional and private life of young people in the future. This project is a start for the participating organizations to work on a long-term podcast basis with young people. Through podcasts, young people will reach young people who will be involved in discussing important, interesting topics and will also be interested in the activities of the organizations and the activities offered. The organizations will gain experience in developing and implementing an international youth initiative, motivating participants, and organizing a joint international project. The experience gained in a whole year's project will give inspiration and learning from experience and the organization will be able to involve young people in the development of future projects."

The recognition of identities and cultural heritage enriches the lives of citizens and is fundamental for the construction of positive, respectful and tolerant relationships. This same recognition reinforces the idea and feeling of belonging, important aspects for the promotion of active and participatory citizenship. Each individual maintains his/her cultural identity, but at the same time is enriched by diversity. In a democratic state, it is important to educate citizens to be active agents, especially young people, in order for them to discover who they are and recognise and accept cultural diversity as an enriching element. Their active participation is essential and vital, both for society as well as their own development. Cultural and artistic interventions in public spaces can be one of the tools for young people to express their feelings, respect each other mutually, accept differences and similarities, coexist peacefully and be active citizens. For these reasons, organisations from four countries of the European Union (Italy, Romania, Cyprus and Spain) decided to apply for this project, which main objectives are:-To improve key competences of youth workers, using artistic and cultural interventions as tools for social transformation, peaceful coexistence, inclusion and active participation of young people;-To learn about actions, projects and activities that partner organizations carry out with the aim of recognizing and valuing the identity and cultural heritage of the territory;-To exchange good practices and experiences in which active and participatory citizenship of the population is promoted through cultural and artistic interventions in public spaces;-To create a network of European institutions which are aware of the importance of active participation from citizens, in order to build a Europe that is united in diversity, while respecting and valuing individual differences. The main activities carried out in the framework of the project are:-Coordination meeting in Romania (April 2019) to specify strategies, working methods and details of future activities.-Local Activities I (April – August 2019): analysis of the situation, mapping and meetings with stakeholders and identification of good practices.-Training Event in Spain (September 2019) on art, inclusion and cultural creation. 3 people participate for each partner organization (youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators, etc. with experience in cultural and artistic interventions and interested in adquiring new competences to develop a higher quality work), plus 3 trainers/facilitators. Sessions: presentation of participants, organizations and Local Activities I, conceptualization on the topic and management of public interventions, visit to Lagunillas neighbourhood, preparation and presentation of workshops for Local Activities II, Erasmus+ Programme, networking and future projects.-Local Activities II (September – December 2019): two local workshops and a visibility activity (intervention) in each country.-Final Meeting in Italy (January 2020): presentation of the project and its results, including main outputs (eBook and video), visibility activity with local population and evaluation of the project among partner organizations. This project had an important impact on both participants (new competences acquired and/or improved, personal and professional development, etc.), on organizations (use of new competences and tools, exchange of good practices, better quality of work, new priorities and approaches, new collaborations at local and international level, etc.), and on society in general (active participation of youth in public space, enhancement of cultural heritage, greater awareness of the situation of people at risk of exclusion and belonging to different minorities, appreciating their artistic and musical culture, etc.).Finally, it should be underlined that the implementation of this project confirmed to all organizations the importance of developing international projects that have an impact at local level and benefit local population, which should be the focus and guidance of all projects carried out in the framework of Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

Additionally to teaching about different grants, programmes and opportunities, we aim to teach the target groups quality project writing knowledge and skills and through that not only increase the quality of the applied projects, but also the quantity of quality projects. Our partners are already working with supporting youth organisations to learn about Erasmus+ and give the organisations possibilities to participate and learn through the experience. While we are recruiting new project members and supporting the youth or our volunteers to create projects we feel that to answer all the questions we need to go to an endless number of different sources and invent questions to help the writer to understand the essence of the question, or find good examples from the depth of the Internet. We thought, what if everything is already in the same place, what if all the common and not yet common questions for new project writers and for those who do not even know what is Erasmus+, are in one place, easily accessible for everyone? The answer is to make it happen, so our and every project writers’, either beginner or already experienced life would be easier. And therefore, we could focus on a strong content, objectives and results, rather than finding information and tools to understand what the application form is asking from us.ProjectMeOut is created to increase the knowledge of European project funds’ opportunities, concentrating on Erasmus+ KA105, among youth organisations and people working with young people, including young people directly. The project aims to increase the participation and the involvement of newcomer organisations in the program. The target needs were identified through a SWOT analysis and a survey among young people on the participating countries.<< Objectives >>Based on the results, we developed the activities of the project and we have set four objectives:1. Develop project writing skills in youth organisations, youth workers and young people2. Develop a support online platform for project writing 3. Develop learning materials and courses to support young people and organisations in project writing4. Create concrete occasions for practising project writing<< Implementation >>1. Project writing platform (PR1): the platform will support the young people and youth organisations, newcomers, on the Erasmus+ mobilities. It will contain innovative support materials, and it will be possible to ask assistance through a chatbot and a help centre. 2. Mobility for staff-trainers (C1): the mobility will gather the partners’ experts and develop the content of the platform and the scheme of the mobility activities. 3. Mobility for youth workers (C2): it targets youth workers and concentrates in developing the young people cv on writing projects for training mobilities4. Mobility for young people (C3): it targets young people, and it aims to teach them the basics of the Program and project writing for youth exchanges. 5. Realisation of 6 multiplier events per country: the aim is to involve more people at the local level. For this reason, the events will be held in different locations inside the partner countries. 6. Realisation of the handbook (PR2): it contains the activities developed during the training and multiplier events and the step by step guide on how to teach project writing.<< Results >>The results are: 1. Organisations deliver better quality projects2. Organisations develop their human capacity skills3. Young people learn the program guides and program frameworks4. Young people learn the basics of project writing 5. Young people can concretely experience the project writing6. Young people will be sensibilised to tackle local issues and act up7. One online platform is created to support people in project writing We aim to have a strong transferability potential to future ideas on how to have project writing be part of schools curriculum.

The increase of racist speech and extremist movements, added to processes of de-structuration of the EU has impacted the possibilities for real inclusion of migrant and refugee persons. All of this makes the results obtained after two-and-a-half years of hard work by the entities participating in the project ""TERRITORIAL LANGUAGES AS AN EMPLOYABILITY TOOL FOR ADULT PEOPLE"" even more important as a mechanism to build a richer, stronger, and more diverse EU. These materials began to be spread, as advised in the Mid-term Evaluation, in the first Multiplier Event held in November 2017 among multipliers, adult education centers, political authorities, and the beneficiary group itself, and started to yield good results, showing that they are an effective tool to achieve the inclusion of adult migrants. These migrant adults (from outside Europe, from other EU countries, or refugees fleeing from war in Africa and Asia) face multiple difficulties to access the labor market, among which is their limited knowledge of the languages of their foster region, which usually derives in severe barriers for their social integration and the creation of solidarity networks that make it easier to find a job. Thus, social and educational integration in their foster region has proven essential to increase the chances of finding a job. The knowledge of territorial languages can facilitate social integration, and is a curricular advantage that increases the employability of adult people. In order to achieve this, we have created during 30 months a high amount of results and materials that are reaching all the proposed objectives. The high quality Intellectual Output that has been one of the main points of the work done is highlighted among them: the MULTILINGUAL VIRTUAL E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR MINORITY LANGUAGES FOR INCLUSION AND EMPOYABILITY. This Intellectual Output is a virtual environment that proposes several digital tools for the inclusion and training of adult people through the learning of the minority languages of the participating regions, designed to increase the employability of adult persons.Along with this Intellectual Output, an exchange of experiences among the entities has also been carried out, plus multiple campaigns to promote the wealth and value of the cultural heritage of Europe and the regions it contains, and a guide of learning methods of minority languages for migrant persons (a guide that establishes educative methods using ICTs adapted to learning). In order to do this, we have held 4 Transnational Meetings that have allowed us to exchange good practices in innovative adult education, language education, the use of ICTs in the learning process, and their influence in the increase of employability. Virtual meetings to coordinate and distribute teamwork have also been held, as well as several national activities for the creation of results, diffusion activities, and three Multiplier Events to spread and increase the impact of the Intellectual Outputs of the project. All of this has been done through a collaborative methodology in which the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, and the exchange of the best innovative practices between the partners was done according to the principles of participation and equity, trying to benefit the most from the experience of each partner in all the areas of work. During all the time that the project has been active, but also after its end, a strong strategic partnership has been built, comprised by entities of very diverse sectors (companies, cultural associations, public institutions, educational entities…) that have improved their networking capabilities to implement an effective action for the training of adult persons that increases their employability and inclusion through the use of multilingualism, digital competences, and the benefits of ICTs. This is an effective work that will continue in the future, increasing the impact and developing new projects in diverse areas. We are achieving an important impact at the regional and European scale, especially thanks to the implication of ELEN (who represents 42 linguistic communities in 21 European states, and has a consultant status for the European Parliament, the European Council, the United Nations, UNESCO, and OSCE)."
