    << Objectives >>Project AID4EVE aims to facilitate digital transformation in VET by creating a DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM (DTP) for developing Universal Skills of VET students, which will contribute towards enhancing employability of VET trainees by developing key competences aligned to job market needs. Simultaneously the digital training content will contribute towards digital transformation in VET by further developing digital competence and didactical readiness of VET trainers in contemporary digital era.<< Implementation >>Project AID4EVE is scheduled for 12 months with the following activities:- design and creation of a DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM for developing Universal Skills through a collection of 30 LEARNING APPs for training in English, German and Turkish.- Transnational meetings for action planning, interim quality review and sustainability- Dissemination conference- Project management reports/documentations<< Results >>ASPIRE (DE) and META4 (AT), VET centres working closely with private sector, and YMTAL (TR) a turkish secondary T-VET school – will improve their project management competence. All partners will enhance their awareness of European dimension of APPs based competence development.The project will develop the following 2 results:1. an Online Digital Training Platform for APPs based learning of universal soft-skills (30 APPs in English, German and Turkish)2. project management reports

    << Objectives >>DigiTales objectives are a) development of the competences of adult education trainers and other personnel who support adult learners in diverse sectors and activities, based on European Commission Digital Competencies Framework and Digital Storytelling methods, b) promotion of innovative pedagogies and methods for teaching, learning and assessment that support educators and learners to use digital technologies in creative, collaborative and efficient ways.<< Implementation >>DigiTales proposes the design and development of an inclusive, interactive and user-friendly digital training programme that will comprise of digital storytelling modules as an innovative adult learning pedagogy. The project activities are (1) Interactive Training Curriculum (Activity 1) the Online Platform (Activity 2) and Establishing the DigiTales Network (Activity 3). Dissemination activities will promote the uptake of digital storytelling in contemporary European adult learning settings.<< Results >>In the short-term, the project is expected to improve the structure and culture of adult training using Digital storytelling as an innovative pedagogy and digital resource. In the medium-term, DigiTales is expected to enhance adult education professionals knowledge and awareness around the deployment of digital storytelling. In the long-term, the project will bridge the gap between adult training and digital competencies and enhance the use of digital storytelling in other fields of education.

    << Objectives >>O1: Upskill and/or reskill NEETs and women with green sector skills development providing new career paths that are in high demand both now and in the future O2: Provide connections with green sector companies to help NEETs and women jumpstart their green sector jobsO3: Increase cross sectoral and transnational cooperation to promote inclusion of disadvantaged NEETs O4: Adopt participatory action research and co-creation methodologies for the design and development of the project activities<< Implementation >>a)Development of training on key green sector areas (Forest-based care, Waste Reduction, Social agriculture, Energy supply, Urban green care, Eco-tourism, Green Entrepreneurship b)Capacity building of 72 youth practitioners and training workshops with 180 NEETs and women.c) virtual transnational roundtables with 40 relevant stakeholders, for co-creation of Policy and Practice Recommendations Guided) Dissemination including social media campaign, local events, short videos and final conference<< Results >>The project is expected to advance NEETs and women’s capacities as it will provide new training resources on green entrepreneurship learning and development of technical, behavioural, and experiential skills to thrive in green sector jobs. Additionally, it will enhance the capacities of youth practitioners and strengthen transnational and cross-sectoral collaborations in the field of green skills for entrepreneurship and employability of NEETs and women.
