CONTEXT/BACKGROUNDEnvironmental pollution; microplastics, heavy metals and pesticides in drinking water; “water” as basic human right; European environmental standards, EU Water Framework Directive and many young people's strong interest in environmental and climate protection form the basis of the decision on this project. Today, these issues affect both our personal and professional lives. Especially in vocational training, environmental protection and resource-friendly production are crucial concerns related to production processes and therefore secure a company's existence. Rhineland-Palatinate has important waterways such as the Rhine (295 km in Rhineland-Palatinate), the Moselle (233 km), the Lahn (58 km), the Nahe (61 km) and the Ahr (68 km). All of these waters are major water suppliers for Rhineland-Palatinate. Our European partner/neighbor Poland has numerous water ways and coastal areas, too; several of them are shared and co-used by both countries and get environmentally burdened. Therefore, it makes sense to chose Poland as exemplary partner. No matter whether businesses and companies operate on a global, a European or a German level: they are particularly looking for qualified employees who are able to grasp the full complexity of issues and who are skilled in problem solving. GOALS/AIMSDeliberate handling of the resource “water”Knowledge of differences in the curricular training of professions related to chemistry and the environment as well as in the scholastic education of the participants in this project. "“Erasmus TV international” focuses on the triangle of education, culture and technology. We aim to empower our students so that not only they become responsible European citizens aware of their rights and duties online and offline while opening their minds to other cultures and countries in Europe, but also, they feel part of a European project where they will be creators of stories, reporters of their own communities, and members of an international educative community which will motivate them so that they give the best version of themselves in national and international groups of work where they will improve their social, communicative and digital competences. On the other hand, the importance of cultural heritage and intercultural dialogue is unquestionable in a globalised world. Students and teachers will take an active part in debating cultures, exchanging ideas, sharing and celebrating their cultural heritage and diversity through the videos which will be available at the Erasmus TV International website and will reflect each country’s culture and students' points of view on their own realities. We will be combining both culture and technology in a way students will enjoy while improving their audiovisual communication skills as well as their foreign language and social skills. We will also boost students' creativity as the emphasis will be on authentic videos and audiovisual communication, which is one of the core elements of innovative education. We will produce and share a wide range of open educational resources (OER) which will be available for the whole European educative community. The main objectives of Erasmus TV international are as follows: to support foreign language skills and communication; to improve ICT skills and digital competences; to raise cultural heritage awareness; to boost creativity and innovation; to promote social skills, interaction, tolerance and empathy in a united Europe; to encourage student participation in shared events (short-film making, video-making, workshops, competitions, project meetings, etc.); to make students aware of their online rights and responsibilities; to help students become safe web-wise users; to promote positive uses of new emerging technologies; to use digital technologies in creative, collaborative and efficient ways; to encourage intercultural dialogue and respect; to support the digital capacity of our schools; and to create open educational resources. There will be six Erasmus TV International clubs from schools in Turkey, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Italy and Spain withsecondary school students from 13 to 18 years old, and a group of motivated teachers in each partner school. We calculate that about 150 students will benefit directly from our project while over 3,000 students will benefit indirectly. One of our priorities consists on strenghtening the profile of teaching professions. While teenagers are often called ""digital natives"" (Prensky, 2001), teachers can be considered to be digital immigrants, who do not to use digital tools as confidently. Thus, teachers will be given support and guidance in using new ICT tools in their classrooms. In this way, a strong bridge will have been built between students and teachers which will boost their motivation and success. In order to achieve all our objectives, we will be working in close cooperation and share all our products in several platforms such as eTwinning, Instagram, Facebook, etc. We will be holding a first kick-off meeting in Turkey with seminars on digital safety and professional-like videos, and five Learning Teaching and Training Activities in Poland, Portugal, Romania, Italy and Spain where a 6-episode film will be created. Our participation will contribute to the developement of our schools in the long-term since we will improve the students' ability to use technology and encourage them to make use of the beneficial side of mobile technologies and the Internet; learn about different cultures, lifestyles and languages; facilitate intercultural dialogue and help overcome prejudice, e.g. the fact that families host foreign students will have a long-lasting impact not only on these families but also on their communities; enhance the communication competence and foreign language skills of not only the direct participants in the Erasmus TV International clubs, but also the rest of the educative community and neighbouring schools who will be invited to join some of our activities; have open educational resources about different cultures in Europe; improve teachers' professional competences with ICT and mobile technologies; and support the digital capacity of our schools. After the end of the project all these benefits for the educative community will stay, and we will have created reusable intercultural materials which will be shared openly with local, regional, national and European communities."

"There is a fact that rapid changes experienced in the business world make it necessary individuals' having the basic skills as much as special professional skills. This fact was the start point for us to write this project. We knew that these skills allow individuals to be successful in business life, increase efficiency in sector and provide their adaptation more rapidly to the changing world and living conditions. In this context, beside specialized professional skills of individuals, having new essential skills needed for business life, strengthening the relationship between the education system and working life is so important for our country and the development of the European Human Resources. The project ""Cooperative School Networks in Key Skills for a Sustainable and Qualified Career” aimed the establishment of a network of partner schools to help students, educators connect, collaborate, create and share, so to overcome the challenges of business life, provide sustainable qualified career. We intended to develop so called 21st century skills essential for work and life in continuously changing, unpredictable world. We wanted to equip students with very important key skills at increasing employability in national, international working environment. Collaboration was one of the core 21st century skills. And at the end of 2 years project process we can say that the project promoted, encouraged collaboration among students, teachers and became a bridge to the business world as we aimed before. We worked really efficiently and produced perfect results. Our project was based on the principle of ""learning by doing"" with the added value of sharing knowledge and competences with our international partners. The participating institutions were six: Turkey, Germany, Italy, Poland, Lithuania and France ( Reunion Island). All partners had various profiles focusing on technical, artistic or more general subjects but a specific interest in integrating technology in the curriculum, developing the international dimension of education in their institutions and promoting initatives aimed at the development of the 21st century skills of collaboration and creativity. As we planned in application form, We made use of mobile applications on smartphones, web 2.0 resources which offered collaboration tools so that the students could edit documents, presentations or spreadsheets together. In this process,we implemented the Flipped Classroom technique as a basis. All partners worked in teams and contributed to the final products. 3 final products were the great success of our project. The created project products were: ""Bussines Network App (Digital Teacher)"", ""Hybrid Augmented Coursebook with QR Codes"" and a common value ""Euro model ""with led lights to celebrate Europe. The methodology followed was that of project management with the steps of definition of teams, objectives, responsibilities, product and activity breakdown structure, identification of deliverables and scheduling of check dates and criteria. This challenging approach enhanced the quality of student learning, captured students' interest and improved motivation for low-performing ones by offering them a different perspective. Team work helped develop a collaborative culture for teachers and students to the benefit of the whole school community. The experience improved all participants' skills in project design and management by providing them an opportunity of training in this approach. The project produced greater intercultural awareness and appreciation of attitudes and cultures of other European countries , improvement of linguistic, communicative as well as digital skills, a greater understanding of ICT and how to use technology for collaboration."

"BEING HEALTHY MAKES YOU WEALTHY was a Strategic Partnership for school education developed for students aged between 12 and 18 years old. Our partnership was aimed directly at teenagers with low healthy life conditions and indirectly at their families, their teachers and their didactic training in health education and the school administration. Within this primary target group there is a focus group included formed by overweight students taken into account, counselled and periodically “monitored” with modern technology. The main objective of our project was to support the development of teenagers towards the realisation of a healthy way of life by promoting physical activity, healthy nutrition and emotional balance within the frame of a collaborative learning. All this and the awareness and removal of health-risk behaviours and addictions is leading consequently to the most important wealth of a human being: a healthy lifestyle. Results of our project are:DVD work out is fun, a DVD that gives instructions on different training methods and student sports for students. The curricular auxiliary BE HEALTHY! is a collection of materials to be found on the various topics of a healthy live style for teachers.Other results include the changed health awareness of the students who participated. The intercultural acceptance as well as the language skills of the students have increased. The participating colleagues got to know different approaches to health education in exchange and they have developed long-term partnerships. Two partners of our project work together in the new EU project ""My future life in a digital world"".We spread our acquired knowledge to new generations of students’, making the project live long-time after its ending by creating and funding an advanced Sport course with project funds from our project. The students learned how to use new technology in sports and education, such as the Polar Loop to create more movement and a healthier lifestyle and the students learned to tolerate each other as all students’, regardless their weight, will be valorised and encouraged to take part in partnership’s activities.Especially we boosted students’ self-esteem (especially of overweight ones), making them proud of who they are, not the slaves of their body image by showing how hard they can work, as long as they are motivated. Our target groups found in our activities inspiration, conviction and motivation to continue having an active, balanced and healthy life even after the ending of our projectThe Teachers will educate for health new generations of students’, who will spread the information to their families and friendsWe'll continue attracting students’ in extra-curricular activities meant to promote healthy lifestyles."
