GIO' POMODORO TERRE ROVERESCHE,Zname na mira,4o Kindergarden of Artemida,Kelmes Kulverstuko lopselis-darzelisFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2019-1-BG01-KA229-062520Funder Contribution: 68,544 EUR"The idea of the project "" EMBRACE THE WORLD"" is to enhance the quality and effectiveness in early age education, as well as to establish equality, social bonding and active civil participation;Via the project, we will ensure the opportunity for every child participant to acquire the needed social knowledge and skills to fulfill their civil role, to be trained to exercise their rights and fulfill their responsibilities, to solve interpersonal, local, national and global problems showing constructive, pragmatical and critical thinking, freedom of thought and independence of will.The main goals are directed not only towards children growing up to be active members of society, ready to participate in its management, but towards forming a sense of compassion, belonging to societies bigger than tje family.The project will be realized in three stages during a 24 month period.We will create a parallel eTwinning project for sharing of pedagogical ideas, innovative forms, methods and techniques for development of emotional intelligence in children. An e-book about the partnership will be made, with a dictionary of greetings and expressions of friendship, respect, support and compassion in the partners' languages.In stage 1 - ""The world is big"", children will get to know the partners, study their history - geographical positioning, flag, traditional costumes, dances, songs;Stage 2- ""Be my friend""Sharing innovative methods and techniques for forming emotional intelligence in children. (The described techniques and methods will be uploaded to Twin Space by teachers)- / What is friendship, techniques of developing rules for relationships, psychocorrectional tales/Children will create symbols of friendship and will present them via different techniques - drawing, modeling, theatre, music.Stage 3 ""If all people around the world were friends...""Making a ""tree of friendship""Children will study a traditional dance of the partners and will present it in a skype conversation.Everybody studies the song ""If you are happy ..."" in the partnering languages.At the final, each partner organizes a concert - ""If all people around the world were friends..."" for presenting the project.This project will help children define feeling of themselves and the world around them. This may include racial or ethnic identity, but may also include identities connected to family values, beliefs or experiences..Teachers will adapt innovative forms, methods and techniques for educating children and to hold on to the newest methods and best practices in European education.During 2 years, we will exchange good practices in order become more adaptable, to internationalize our schools, to improve the quality, and the continuous training of teaching staff by organizing short term joint staff training events. pupils will ensure a better language competence and ICT competencies. They will gain socio-cultural knowledge of the partner countries. They will become more confident, self-esteem and self-reliance, their will enhanced their emotional and interpersonal intelligence."

Withthis idea wesystematicallystartedtocooperatewith 4 partnersthat can contributeourproject in nationalandinternationalandcreatedourproject.@Content andOurMotivation in CreatingOur Project:* Ourproject is based on minimizingnegativebehaviorssuch as leavingtheschoolduetopeerbullying, absenteeism problem, unwillingnesstogotoschool, desiretochangeschool, anorexia in themorning, continioustummyandheadache, naming, mocking, humiliation, osrtacismandphysicalharm.* TheEuropean 2020 strategy, whichdefinesthedevelopment of educationandhumanresources as theleadingforce in thedevelopment of the EU, drawsattentiontothepotentialcontribution of educationandtrainingtointelligent, sustainableandinclusivegrowth. Theoneswhoarefrequentlybulliedarelikelyto be absent at school 3-4 timesmorethantheothers. Participantswilldiscussthemethodsforadaptation of multiculturalstudentswhoare in differentsocio-economicsituation in Turkey. Collaborativeandpeerlearningmethodswill be tackledandwewill test how thesemethodsreducesbullyingbehavior. Participantswilllearncorrectcommunicationskillsaboutpeerbullying.* C2: STEM: Thismeetingwill be held in Romania. Participantswillstudy on Robotics, Codingand STEM in thehostcountryfor 5 days. Byintegratinginterdisciplinarylearningenvironmentsintotheirclassrooms, studentswilllearn 21st centuryskills.* C3: GAME-BASED LEARNING: Turkey is thehostcountry. Participantswillwork on gardengames, classroomgamesand online simulationgames in Turkeyforfivedays. Thecontribution of mentalintelligencegamestotheacademicsuccess of ourstudentswill be observed. Withthehelp of gamebasedlearning, ourinstitutionswillbecomethepreferredtrainingcenters.* C4: BIT: Itwill be held in Portugal. Participantswillwork on current internet trendsand web 2.0 tools in Portugalfor 5 days. Withthesestudies, ourinstitutionswillbecome a learningcenterwiththementorsintegratedintothechanginganddeveloping age.@ Monitoringand Evaluation Process:* Conducting LTT activities on createdcalendaranddeterminedmethods,* Efficientevaluationwill be created in allprocesses of theproject.* During LTT activitiesandaftereach LTT, instutionswillcarryoutcaseevaluationmeetings.* Ourproject is a process of 24 months.
