"""Network for the Development of Social Enterprises"" (REDES), is a strategic partnership for innovation KA2 Youth Program, which involves 7 different European countries: Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Greece and Portugal. The Project was born as an initiative aimed at strengthening the knowledge of young entrepreneurs in the field of social entrepreneurship, becoming them into actors of change for the creation of a: business network for the development of social enterprise. The initiative is developed in a context in which the economic crisis of recent years has deepened the problems in Europe. Globalization, unemployment, inefficient social services, social inequalities, poverty, migration, etc. force to generate a new vision of development for the whole Union. The European Commission, as part of its policies to promote economic growth, considers social enterprises (SE) as a key element for the European social model and the Europe 2020 strategy sets the goal of making the EU a stable, sustainable and inclusive economy. The SE are inserted in this scenario, as main actors in the development of the European economy, stimulating growth and generating impact in societies through the job creation, social inclusion, use of sustainable energy and natural resources, environmental care, local development, etc. Many studies support these claims under the firm conviction that social enterprises (SE) can help to deal with the crisis and that the promotion of their development can impact on the improvement of society, economy and environment. Goals: - Promote innovation in the creation of SE networks in the countries involved. - Improve skills and knowledge in the field of social entrepreneurship. - Increase the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. - Create a tool for support, information and networking in social entrepreneurship. - Strengthen linguistic, digital and intercultural skills. - Develop strategic cooperation at the international level. The project aims to involve 35 young entrepreneurs from 25 to 30 years old, coming from the 7 countries of the partnership (5 per country), united to create a business network REDES as an innovation initiative. In this process, young people will interact by proposing actions for the development of SEs with a European vision. The ES Network will operate both in virtual and physical environments. REDES is carried out at a transnational level, because given its characteristics and form of development could not generate the same impact in a national context. The activities to be carried out, begins with national meetings with important business entities for the selection of social entrepreneurs. Subsequently, a cycle of 4 training activities begins, focused on training in SE. In addition, it is planned to hold 3 transnational meetings, for the project coordination and implementation according to the project Work Plan, including an intermediate evaluation and an impact assessment. Two outputs will be created: a Guideline document for SE development (O1) and a video with the Best Practices by country (O2). For the dissemination phase, two ""social change meetings"" have been planned as a strategy for development and change. Young entrepreneurs and stakeholders will be invited, generating a participatory debate about the project. There will be 2 Conferences: a press conference for the presentation and a Conference of Closing the project. The impact will be: PARTICIPANTS: - Improvement of their capacities in social entrepreneurship and put them into practice in their daily work. -Strengthening the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship with a social focus. - They will be ""social changemakers"" in the creation of the network REDES (physical and virtual). - Better communication in a foreign language. - Increasing the teamwork skills and multicultural setting. PARTNERS OF THE PROJECT: - The network of international relations created, will strengthen the cooperation between partners and public and private institutions interested in the social economy. - Strengthening the quality of work in the field of social enterprises. SE, STAKEHOLDERS: - The SE will have a support tool for their sector: REDES. - Social entrepreneurs will improve their entrepreneurial skills thanks to the services provided by REDES. - SE will have a helping hand to access funding. - It will generate a greater awareness of social entrepreneurship. - The visibility of SEs in each partner country will be improved. In general, the project will focus on promoting the development of SEs by strengthening synergies, links and entrepreneurial networks between individuals, organizations and institutions in the social economy sector, increasing the entrepreneurial culture and making more easy the research of funding. The project will also influence the job creation and economic development with social impact in the countries involved."

The BIG project aims to increase the digital, international, business and financial management skills of 80 workers of small companies in Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Greece and Poland functional to define a correct and sustainable planning of digital, international company projection. The project responds to the strongly felt need of small European companies to enter, develop and remain in international business. In fact, according to the DESI Report 2018, in 2017 10% of the EU workforce does not have adequate digital skills and does not use the internet (35% does not even have basic digital skills). It criticizes the situation in IT, SI, EL, PL; slightly higher than the EU average, the ES figure. Only around 10% of the European small business workforce has digital skills to monitor technological solutions and devices such as cross-border e-commerce, cloud services and automation. Against a growing number of EU consumers who habitually use e-commerce (equal to 68%) there is an inadequate implementation of these digital solutions mainly in EU small businesses with IT, PL, GR in the last positions. SI and ES are average. According to the results of a Google-Doxa survey, there is also a close correlation between the use of e-commerce and revenue generation. The percentage of small businesses that have relations with foreign countries (the analysis involved 5,000 European small businesses) - thanks to digital, is four times higher than the percentage of non-digitized companies. As the level of digital maturity grows, the percentage of companies that export also grows, going from 55% of non-digital to 67% of companies advanced from a digital point of view. Digital maturity and exports also have a direct impact on turnover: digitally advanced companies declare that 24% of export turnover is achieved through digital means, a sign of the web's potential as an incremental channel for export. In response to these critical issues the project intends to:• co-elaborate a European, blended training supply which is innovative and in line with the needs of workers and companies to improve their development opportunities in the globalized economy• test the learning path with at least 80 workers from European small businesses involved in the partnership, integrating the following 3 dimensions of learning:- cognitive, with the use of OER developed in the form of video tutorials and additional materials developed/sought by the partnership, contained in the learning environment as well as participation in face-to-face sessions during the e-learning course- operational, with the conduction of check-ups by the learners to guide their small businesses, in the implementation of efficiency procedures in international business development processes by exploiting digital solutions- behavioural with the scripting and recital of sketch-coms to stage relational dynamics typical of digital marketing conversational processes• align a group of partnership trainers, involved in an international mobility to acquire the methodological references of Movie Education and guide learners through action learning activities to create educational sketch-comsThe project deals with a theme of transnational relevance with a multi-stakeholder partnership cooperation strategy that involves actors of:a) the Chamber system• Camera Di Commercio delle Marche (IT) – Lead Partner• Camera Di Commercio Italiana di Salonicco (EL)• Polish Chamber of Commerce of Importers, Exporters and Cooperation (PL)b) Training and consultancy• CONFORM - Consulenza Formazione e Management S.C.A.R.L (IT) • FEI (ES)• AKMI Anonymous Educational Organization (EL)• GZS CPU (SI)c) The academic system• Università Politecnica delle Marche (IT)• Poznań University of Economics and Business (PL)d) Business associationsASECOM (ES)e) Local authorities BSC Kranj (SI)The expected impacts of the project can be summarized as follows:• Increased level of professional performance in the management of digital internationalization processes in partnership reference territorial contexts by virtue of the acquisition of an integrated set of target skills based on a systemic vision of a technological, organizational/managerial, commercial, relational and marketing nature• Adoption and implementation of a flexible, interactive and innovative European model of education inspired by the movie education logic, capable of evolving methods, tools, solutions and learning situations, to raise digital, international business management skills levels, through a lifelong learning process.

In relation to the Europe 2020 strategy, the project addresses the themes of social inclusion, employability, the active participation of young people in the civil society, training and youth work. In particular, in relation to the seven flagship initiatives for the European contribution to the Europe 2020 strategy that aims to stimulate progress in terms of growth and employment, our project is based on the second flagship initiative “youth on the move”. The target of our project is made up of young people who lack of basic competences due to social, economic and geographical barriers. Hence, the target may include young individuals involved in training or young Neets. Developing mobility paths abroad and improving basic and transversal competences is particularly difficult for this specific target. The project had multiple objectives. First of all the project tried to develop the 8 key competences in the emotional, cognitive and social field among young low-skilled Neets while ensuring an intellectual, inclusive and sustainable growth. Moreover, one of the main objectives was to promote the mobility of young people aboard in order to increase their employability, allow them to have the same possibilities as the other young people, reduce the social gap between the different groups, acquire the fundamental international and intercultural vision for the development of life skills and guarantee the validity and the quality of these people’s employability. The project involved 15 partners belonging to 6 different countries with expertise in the fields of education, social inclusion, youth employment and in the relations with local businesses and organizations. Under a quantitative point of view, more than the 882 originally planned participants were involved. The main activities that were implemented are: -the creation of a network: contact and research of training entities, companies at the national level and training agencies able to organize and support the various steps -the development of a platform in order to manage the network and create a link between young people, social entities and businesses. -the organization of 14 multiplier events in the 6 countries involved in order to present the 2 IOs.-in the framework of the second IO, 11 creative meetings took place with the participation of young people and training managers in order to understand how to organize the mobility for the project target; creation of the content of the guide-the organization of 5 days of training on the content of the guide dedicated to youth workers and to those responsible of the aspects related to the training. -the organization of the mobility of 16 young people in order to put the methodologies into practice. The initially planned results were achieved. Under a qualitative point of view, we have created a working group and we have established a dynamic of exchanges between social entities and economic organizations in order to organize and plan mobility projects dedicated to low-skilled young people, thanks to European and national funds. The young people who participated in the mobility developed their life skills and triggered a mechanism of innovation and qualification that is reflected in the territory of origin. Finally, there has been a professional development of those who work or are active in the fields of education, training and youth through the training period that took place on the basis of the guide established within the project. The feedback that we received through the analysis of the resource sheets provided by the guide was very positive. The impact generated was both short and long-term. In relation to the short-term impact, the most important effect was the one on young people and on youth workers who participated in the mobility and in the training. For the social entities, being able to get in touch with other European organizations and to get to know other businesses willing to welcome a young NEET was fundamental. As far as the long-term is concerned, the impact mainly concerned the creation of a mechanism of development and activities production that aims to promote social inclusion and the employability of low-skilled people. Another impact to be highlighted is the one on the project partners since it allowed us to acquire further competences, to develop new collaborations and design new project proposals in order to ensure a follow-up and sustain the ongoing actions. The project results reflect the EU strategy for youth by 2027 as well as its priorities. Thanks to the instruments designed within the project, we can promote a youth work that promotes quality, innovation and the recognition of youth work in order to support the young Neets in their journey towards inclusion.
