    African, Latin America and European societies are nowadays increasingly multicultural and an Intercultural Learning approach becomes more important every day to provide youngsters – in particular those with fewer opportunities - with relevant competences in order to be active in their communities, to be fulfilled in the labor market, satisfied as human being. This is why the aim of this project is to strengthen the intercultural & citizenship NFE skills and competences of youth-workers in order to generate development and improve youth employability.The specific objectives are:- To equip youth workers with key competences and practical skills on youth participation and education in the field of intercultural dialogue- Create intercultural & safe spaces where local cultural characteristics of each young person are valorized- Improving the quality of youth work and supporting young citizens through the creation of new intercultural networks- Introduce / reinforce NFE methodology in local youth work, TIC’s and e-learning in the field of youth work to exchange and share best practices- Promoting local development through the promotion of intercultural citizenship and inclusion of young peopleThe objectives are linked to the work of the partners and the policies of the EU. The project aim to “connect young people across the European Union and beyond to foster intercultural understanding” as said in the renewed EU Youth Strategy proposed by the European Commission for 2019-2027 and to improve the quality of youth work by enhancing synergies on interculturalism and citizenship through cooperation between European and non-European countries.Youth is a period in which an individual undergoes enormous physical and psychological changes; Socially, it consists in shifts from dependency to autonomy, social responses to physical maturity, the acquisition of skills and changes in peer groupings. A moment of turbulence where many has to face also problems such as poverty, social exclusion, school dropout, drug abuse, delinquency, unemployment, lack of job security: to all these challenges youth-workers and educators should be able to answer with a set of professional competences including intercultural citizenship and NFE methodology. The expected results are:- Youth workers will be equipped with quality competences to boost civic and intercultural participation by improving the integration of young people into the labour market and in the society.- Youth workers and young people will promote the necessary policies for the enhancement of the intercultural citizenship improving the quality of life of their communities.- promotion of transnational exchanges of practice in the field of Non Formal Education (NFE) with youth, considering the importance of NFE as a complementary tool in the life of young people.

    Introduction:Yo Se II. was a project that aims to establish a dynamic network of volunteering and job shadowing between 3 European and 3 Global partners, through which we transfered the concept of Social and Solidarity Economy from Non-EU to Europe. This network shared its best practices among itself, within the organizations and among the local communities. The short period EVS (2 months) and job shadowing (14 days) is intended to accommodate the needs of young people who are looking for jobs and also youth workers who are looking for experience in that approach to economy. European partners were contributed by their long experience in youth work and inclusion politics.Partner Countries:• From Global South: Bolivia, India and Uruguay.• From Europe: Hungary, Portugal and Spain.Aim: Developed a platform for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through the import and activation of the social and solidarity economy model, and fostering their mobility and employability within youth work in a sustainable way.Objectives:1. Develop the competences of youth workers to upscale their work with youth in matters related to social economy.2. Empower young people with fewer opportunities and support their mobility and employability.3. Sharing best practices learned throughout the project on organizational, local and transnational levels.4. Support youth vocational education and entrepreneurship learning.Activity Steps:1. Kick-off meeting.2. Sending 3 youth workers from Europe and 3 from Global South on 14-day job shadowing programs.3. Sending 24 volunteers from Europe and 6 from Latin America on 2-month EVS programs.4. International training organized by the youth workers in the aftermath of their job shadowing for making recommendations for creating inclusion practices.5. Developing 30 Vlogs made by volunteers 6. Developing a manual that tackles the crisis of youth unemployment through introducing social and solidarity economy.Desired Impact:We expected this project to positively influence the employability and mobility of youth with fewer opportunities and raise the caliber of youth workers, not only within the partner organizations, but in much wider networks after the dissemination of results, videos and recommendations, and open-sourcing the training manual.

    MY EARTH is a project that aims to establish a dynamic network of kick off meeting study visits, job shadowing, youth exchange, evaluation seminar between 3 European and 3 Latin American partners, promote entrepreneurship based on ecotourism and non-traditional sports, with emphasis on social entrepreneurship and circular economy, through quality training and technical coaching to youthworkers that improve youth opportunities to initiate or strengthen the capacities for work or self-employment. This network will share its best practices among itself, within the organizations and among the local communities. The short period Youth Exchanges (7 days) , study visits (5 days) and job shadowing (10 days) is intended to accommodate the needs of young people who are looking for jobs and also youth workers who are looking for experience in that approach to economy. European partners will be contributing by their long experience in youth work and solidaire toursim.Partner Countries:• From South America: Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.• From Europe: Hungary, Portugal and France.Aim: Developing a platform for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through the import and activation of the social and solidarity toursim model, and fostering their mobility and employability within youth work in a sustainable way.Objectives:1. Develop the competences of youth workers to upscale their work with youth in matters related to social tourism.2. Empower young people with fewer opportunities and support their mobility and employability.3. Sharing best practices learned throughout the project on organizational, local and transnational levels.4. Support youth vocational education and entrepreneurship learning.Activity Steps:1. Kick-off meeting in France2. Study visits in Portugal and in Hungary on 5-5 days programs3. Sending 9 youth workers from Europe and 9 from South America on 10-day job shadowing programs.4. Sending 12 young people from Europe and 12 from Latin America on 7 days youth exchange programs.5. Evaluation Seminar organized by the youth workers in the aftermath of their study visits, job shadowing , youth exchange for making recommendations for creating inclusion practices.6. Developing 4 newsletters after each main part of the project.7. Developing a training manual that tackles the crisis of youth unemployment through introducing social and solidarity tourism.Desired Impact:We expect this project to positively influence the employability and mobility of youth with fewer opportunities and raise the caliber of youth workers, not only within the partner organizations, but in much wider networks after the dissemination of results, videos and recommendations, and open-sourcing the training manual.

    The project 'Sustainabel Development Goals-inspiration for youth entrepreneurship' is planned for 11 months. It's main aim is tot promote youth entrepreneurship in the field of microenterprises with the application of Sustainable Development Goals in our target group through a quality training which improves youth workers professional development and therefore to transfer to youth workers innovative training methodologies so as to improve Entrepreneurial competences among young people and awareness of necessity of sustainable development in business and life training in EU and Latin America for youngsters.The project consists of several main actions: kick-off meeting, creating the online platform and e-learning course, training course for youth workers, job shadowing for youth workers, two youth exchanges for youth and final conference. During the whole project the dissemination activites will be carried on. Partners realizing the project come from NGO and businnes sector form Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Poland. Non-formal education is the tool used by SDGIYE project, not only to contribute to training and improve employability, but also to promote Sustainable Development Agenda, the ideas of social inclusion, tolerance, respect for diversity and non-discrimination.
