    Shape Your Mind is an Erasmus+ school exchange partnership.Our project starts 01.09.2019 and it will last 24 months.We are Spain,Poland,Portugal,Turkey and Lithuania.In this project we will study digital competence and digital citizenship.The background of the project is that we donot have planned education and activities on digital citizenship and digital skills.In our education systems students do not have enough chance to practice,experience digital citizenship activities and skills.We will try to improve the participants’ digital skills(managing information,digital communication,transaction, problem solving) and digital citizenship skills (digital rights/responsibilities,digital security, digital crimes, digital commerce).With the planned activities,events we will also try to improve the participants creative,innovative and critical thinking skills.All these skills will help to build a healthy society and to make the participants ready for future digital society,digital economy and responsible digital citizens.In the project we will help students to decide their future professions.They will realize the future realities.They will understand what qualities they will need in the future, and future labour market.The activites will help them to learn/respect other cultures,values,life styles, beliefs, and thinking way.So these participants will be self-confident,courages and willing to set up their future job in any EU countries. With the help of their skills, they will overcome the troubles and problems in their life.The e-twining projects will also help us to reach our aims and objectives.In this project we have local activities and international activities.All partners will try to take as many students as to these activities.The surveys will be applied at least 50 % of the school students .the seminars will be given to the all students in the school.The seminars will be given on different days in a week.Nearly 1500 students will have seminars and surveys in total.Also we will have e-twining project and and at least 10 students from each school will join the project too.We have 5 LTTs and each LTT 25 participants will join.The participants will be choosen by the project team according to the criteria.And each partner will choose 1 student who has social/ economic obstacle or academic difficulty.Local media,social media and website will reach at least 10000 people in the project.All partners will prepare reports after the activities using surveys and different evaluation methods.They will share them with other partners, school administration and their local authorities.This will help them to plan the future activities and take these subject into teaching process.The teachers will plan/organize activities that they will try to take most students in.They will take care of equality of gender in these activities.In our activities we will invite families,so the volunteer families can take part in them.These methods will strengthen the relationship between students and parents. They will be aware of the importance of spending and sharing time together.The activities involve teamwork and speaking,discussing,sharing and listening each other.So they can learn/respect other participants’ view,thoughts,values,cultures and life styles.These skills will also reveal their leadership skills,taking responsibilities and making desicions.The discussions will help them to see the possible risks and find solutions.All these skills are necessary for their future professions and in labour market.They will learn by doing and it means the education is permanent and they can not forget easily. The project will raise a positive awareness on thesociety.Thye will learn importance of EU projects.They will see / live the importance of learning language,digital skills and education. The cooperation among students, teachers and families make/feel the participants more important for the society and teacher. In the project we will have guides,booklets,brochures,e-books for dissemination.These will be used by all target groups after the project ends.We can use these activities to produce ,organize new activities related to these subjects.Our project website will be used too. . Project outputs will be open source on both Project websites and school websites .In school websites the visitors will see the link of project website.they can use the project ,activities and objectives in their life.

    "The current COVID-19 crisis has caused very important social and pedagogical changes. Currently, face-to-face training cannot be conducted worldwide, due to the pandemic. Therefore, Millions of people started to receive education through open and distance education but in UNICEF (2020), it states that the risk of dropping out of school in the future increases especially for vulnerable and disadvantaged students, as the effects of the pandemic will last longer. To this end, measures should be taken to prevent interruption of education and continuous and flexible remote monitoring for all children in the home, including those without internet access or those living with disabilities. Therefore, we have decided to make this partnership because we want students to be educated without any restrictions and beyond the concepts of time and place. This partnership aims to promote innovative practices in a digital era and reinforce the development of key competences.PARTICIPANTS The target groups of our project are the students between14 and 19 and teachers as main actors/actresses of education and training. The students come form different environments, with financial and social problems, the risk of school drop out, low marks, special needs and of different religions.Our GENERAL OBJECTIVE is to reinforce the ability of education and training institutions to provide high quality, inclusive digital education and develop digital pedagogical competences of educators (minimum 60% of the target group).Our SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES are;- improving our teachers' digital competencies by at least 50% at the end of 2 years - motivating students to take lessons in distance education and increasing their active participation- enabling students and parents to participate in education and training even when they are away from school- reducing the risks of social exclusionACTIVITIES;There will be 3 TPMs (1 online and 2 physical), 5 LTTs, 2 outputs and 1 multiplier event.TPM 1 will be in Spain and official opening and task sharing will be issues will be handled.TPM 2 will be online and general evaluation of the project activities will be done.TPM 3 will be in Spain and Final of the project and the Multiplier Event will be organised.C1 (Spain)- ""Don't Take the Bait"" is the meeting about digital ethics and security and preparing digital educational materials and using them in distance education.C2 (Lithuania)- ""How to Be Social or How to Do Social"" is about measurement and evaluation in distance education and digital rights and reponsibilities.C3 (Spain)- ""Clickable Intelligence Amplifiers"" is about including Web 2.0 and other similar digital tools in distance education and solving environmental problem using WEB 2.0 tools.C4 (Romania)- ""Beyond the Source of Information"" is about digital educational games on students' personal development and digital competencies for digital citizenship.C5 (Turkey)- ""Use Social Media Water for Social Media Fire"" is about a workshop on media literacy and critical thinking, effective communicationhow to inquire and produce information from a critical perspective.O1- ""e-Learning Facilitator"" is a mobile application as a kind of support desk and consists of 4 parts; Educational, Social, Administrative and Technical support.O2- ""www.onlineallinone.com"" is a web page that will be created for the needs of teachers in distance education, for providing them suitable digital materials for their branches and helping them create theirs.RESULTS AND IMPACT;Teachers will be able to use and prepare appropriate distance learning materials for their own lessons. On the other hand, the students will develop their digital competencies, increase their self-confidence, and willingly participate in collaboration and teamwork and families will learn what they need to do in this period.Project partners will develop their digital competencies and implement other partners' good practices in their own schools. In this way, a common practice will create a common school culture. They will try different education and training methods. The project will ensure the dissemination and sharing of good practices at international level.Thanks to the project, we will establish a closer cooperation between different educational institutions. We will continue cooperation among schools, Guidance and Research centers and the universities and use this for the benefit of students to build their future careers.LONG TERM BENEFITS;The outputs of the project will be free for the use of public so that many people can benefit from them. Good practices gained in mobilities will be shared at regional level and many teachers will be able to apply the new approaches of distant teaching and many students will be able to overcome their problems due to it.All the outcomes and the outputs of the project will be permanently developed and used at partners' and other schools"

    We have made an analysis about our needs and present situation with our partners about the project. We have decided to make our activities in order to find solutions to our needs. We have understood the importance of education and employment which is related in a part of the Declaration of Paris, 2015 and we have arranged the activities according to it. The life conditions didn't let us achieve our goals in education completely. So with this project our teachers have had the chance to see their students as real European citizens. The activities which had been hold in our school and during the transnational meetings have changed the teachers' negative aspects into positive ones concerning education and have increased their personal motivation at teaching. In the project, we led our teachers to be more willing about making their careers more creative and more professional, more attractive and innovative in their teaching methods. With the project activities and international project meetings, our teachers have enhanced their professional development. With the help of this project, we have supported them in dealing with diversity in the classroom. When the teachers used to meet in different countries, it has been very easy to adopt collaborative and innovative practises. This helped the teachers to determine their role in the school as leaders, and strenghtened their leadership. The project let teachers express themselves and their new approaches freely. They have discussed new approaches on thier lectures, also how to adopt them to their lectures. We were five partners in this project and we had common issues which joined us up. All participants had nearly the same school level and similar problems about the project topic.In the activities part, the dates and the subjects we have studied have been done in detail. We had 5 Ltts and 5 TPMs during the project. The teachers had been aware of the importance of improving themselves in their careers. And they have met different cultures abroad. Our students have realised their innovative and creative aspects and they have also had the opportunity of meeting foreign students from different countries by travelling abroad. So, the participants and the people they met will unfold their horizons while their interaction which started2 years ago it is still going on. We planned our project for 24 months. All of the activities were prepared in a way that participant schools would have integrated all of them. The partner schools' roles in the project have been equally important. The project activities have been done regularly according to their importance and some activities were repeated so that they could become lifestyles. One of the most important part of our project was sustaining equality in education among the students. Our priorities in our project were; exchanging students in short-term, LTTs helped them in developing group work skills, sharing, learning cultures, respecting the others, using technology in daily life.Gathering students and teachers from different cultures, has improved their perspectives about life finding solutions to different problems in their life.

    P.A.G.E is an Erasmus+ school Exchange partnership, and support to exchange of good practices.The project starts on 01.09.2019 and lasts 24 months. We are 5 partners from Romania,Turkey,Italy,Bulgaria and Macedonia.The background of our Project is the insufficient education/activities on social gender equality and digital citizenship.There is a widening gap between educational curriculum and social gender education.This gap is one of the causes of problems in the society. Unless we understand each other ,decrease the discriminatory approach in education,labormarket ,politics and administration,we will not have a healthy society.Also we can not improve our citizenship skills and adopt ourselves to developing world and society. Because these subjects ,social gender equality and digital citizenship, are related to each other ,So in this project our aims are developing digital citizenship skills,reducing the inequalities in gender/ labour market ,supporting social gender education.When we reach our objectives and aims, our students will be ready for digital economy and digital society,and every body will live in a healthy society.They will learn /respect other cultures,values ,beliefs and life styles.They will understand that being human being is more important than being a male or female.In the healthy society they will use their rights respecting others , and realize the problems around them , find innovative solutions to them .And the teacher will strengthen their teaching skills.In this project and e-twining project at least 300 students from each partner school will join the activities. Also 24 participants from each partner school will join the LTTs. For LTTs each partner will choose 1 students who has some obstacles. Nearly 1500 students’ partners and nearly 2000 students and teachers from other local schools will learn the project activities and follow the partner schools. With the help of local media,local radio programmes we will reach at least 5000 people in local regions.In our project we have local and international activites. All these activities are related to improve their digital citizenship skills, And these activities help to foster gender equality and gender balance in every field of life.The methodology of our activities ; we will be careful on equality in every activity.The activities will help to improve their collaboration skills,creativity,innovative ,critical thinking skills. They learn listening to each other, respecting each other and sharing.Teamwork activities help them to improve their leadership skills which they need in their whole life.The LTT activities will help them to learn/respect other cultures, values, lifestyles .They learn by doing and living, and never forget .The activities will help to change the knowledge to behaviour. So, the project will help them to be happy digital citizen in the future.At the end of the project the guides, e-books will be used by all target groups. The Project website will be open and shared in school websites. The partner schools will use outputs,dissemination materials in further workshops and presentations. Project outputs will be open source on both Project websites and school websites .The project activities,outputs,dissemination materials will be free and open resource,so people who wants to study on these subjects can get benefit from them.The project will be good practice for them.If they want they can contact us too.The participants in the project will be a model in their area,and help to build a healthy society. They will be more careful about social gender equality in education, labour market ,politics and administration , and help to decrease the discriminatory approach. Their small steps in the society will be a model for others.They will be respectful to other cultures, moral values ,life styles and beliefs.This will teach the importance of their own culture,moral values and beliefs too.They will help to build a rich EU culture and values.They will improve listening each other ,sharing and team work skills .These skills will help them to see /realize the current problems and future problems .So they can find innovative solutions to the problems.This project will help our students,teachers and other skateholders not only to be ready for future digital economy and society but also to be a good example for others around them.

    << Background >>The covid-19 pandemic process has affected all parts of our life ;social life ,education life,economic life,law ,collaboration,business life ,family life etc.We are sure that our life will never be like as we had in the past. It has changed our priorities too.The new EU Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027) outlines the European Commission’s vision for high-quality, inclusive and accessible digital education in Europe.We can see that our piorities and EU priorities are the same. It is highlighted the need to unlock the potential of digital technologies for learning and teaching and to develop digital skills for all.Education and training are key for personal fulfilment,social cohesion,economic growth and innovation.They are also a critical building block for a fairer and more sustainable Europe. Raising the quality and inclusiveness of education and training systems and the provision of digital skills for all during the digital and green transitions is of strategic importance for the EU.We have had studies and surveys in our schools .Our teachers,students,families and organizations have the following troubles and problems that we want to overcome and continue the education in every unexpected situations.Our problems /troubles; -accessing the technolgy (teachers,students)- communicaiton among teachers,students,families and school administrators-improving digital competences,preparing content and using the digital materials(teachers)- transforming learning content and assessment into distance education- motivating students to participate in the lessons,reaching them and their access to the facilities offered by schools- preparing digital tools according to lessons and needs- using the digital tools to help students mental health and pyscilogical problems-helping students how to develop their skills(healthy communication, cooperation, leadership, critical thinking,risk taking, teamwork, respect, self-confidence, etc.)- digital ethics and security-making digitally accurate and reliable measurement,assessment and evaluation-ensuring continuity of education under all conditions(Schools)All schools and organizations have a risk management plan but this covid-19 process has proved that we do not know how to manage the risk successfully.So we need to share good practises and adopt them into our schools and organizations. We have had online discussions with partners and one of our most important problem is about social discrimination and risk of social exclusion.During the Covid-19 process,teachers families and school guidance teachers have problems to realize the students who are in this group.Because we have not enough experience and knowledge how to find out these students using dgital learning materialsThe families have problems and don’t know what to do during the pandemic process.They have had difficulty in accessing the correct and reliable informnaiton about education.They need to be informed regularly.They also need to be educatied how to help their children about their personal development.The universities needs more surveys and researches to findout what the new ducation plan /methods and curriculum will be.They need to be in the real area ,see the activities and results .So they can suggest the best waysto overcome these problems and troubles.<< Objectives >>In this project our aims are to improve teachers,students digital competences and make them ready and successful in both distance and hybrid ecucation.We also want to decrease the social discrimination and exclusion risk .We want to achieve --to increase the digital competence of our teachers(from 48% to at least 60%) (designing courses in digital environment,preparing distance learning materials(from 34% to at least 50%),using ready-made materials according to their purpose,providing digital ethics and security,using digital learning materials for students' personal skills,using digital learning materials to assess and evaluate -to improve teachers’ skills about using digital educational materials to make the students more social,and support their mental health- to increase the readiness of our institutions in risk situations(55% to atleast 70%)-to help students especially disadvantaged students to get benefit from digital education(45% at least 70%),to reduce the risks of social exclusion and improve their digital competence (at least 50 %)-to increase students’ digital competences;accessing the online lessons,joining the lessons,using digitral learning materials,- to improve the language competence of the participants,to learn and respect other cultures, thus helping to create a common EU-to increase the communication among students,families, teachers and school administrators -to increase institutional capacity; increasing collaboration among schools and organizations in EU level,learning others’ educational programmes and getting good practices,modernising their systems -(for university)to have records on the subject,and use these records to prepare new digital materials especially to protect and strengthen the students mental health;help teachers to create their own digital learning materials-to be more conscious about environmental issues;all stakeholders will care about using ecolabeled and eco-friendly products, we want to raise awareness about environmental problems ,and they will behave more consciously -(PR1)Project Result 1- Website and e-material ;These website and e-book will be about our most common troubles and problems about distance learning.The websie will have parts;WEB 2.0 tools,preparing digital learning materials, digital ethic and security, digital assessment and evaluation,and guideline for teachers ,families and local people. There will be youtube channel and responsible teachers will introduce WEB 2.0 tools there.The e-book will include the digital ethic and security , preparing digital learning materials, digital ethic and security, digital assessment and evaluation,and guideline for teachers,families and local peoplePR2-Mobile Applicaiton.It will meet all the skate hollders and everybody will have correct and reliable information during the unexpected periods.Students,teachers school administratives families meet here.They can comminicateand reach each other It will be ready in the second year of the project-to reach as many people as with multiplier events.We will invite teachers,members of organizations related to edducation and introduce our results.So they will use our project results<< Implementation >>In the project we will have both local and international activitiesWe will have 2 TPMs LTTs and a multiplier events.The TPMs will be the most important part in the project.In the TPMs , we will -prepare and sign necessary agreements(budget,activity plan,dissemination and risk management)-share tasks and responsibilities-evaluate the activities,reports and results-take measures if necessary and replan the activites-check the budget,expenses,and Proejct Results and be sure that everything is going according to the timetable -prepare for final report and study on sustainabilityWe wil have 4 LTTs. 4 students (14 and 18 years old ) and 2 teachers will join each LTT.During the LTTs,students will have the planned/organized activities to improve their digital skills.In each LTT the students will also have different objectives;- improving students skills about digital ethic and safety; how to behave in social media and other digital platforms,how to be more safe and secure in digital platforms-improving students digital communication,digital collaboration ,realising the problems and suggesting solutions to the problems.The activities are about the environmental problems -improving their risk management skills and overcoming the troubles -improving their FCL experiences and learning the basic steps of entreprpeneurshipThank to LTTs the participants will learn and respect others culture,tradition,values,life styles and beliefs.We will be able to decrease the feeling of distrust and respect others.We will decrease the social discrimination and exclusion risk.The participant students will improve their personal skills too.These LTTs wil help us build a common EU and EU values.We will care about the environment,use eco-freindly andeco-labeled products.We will choose more environmental ways such as public transport, bcycles or walking.In all activities and presentations we will care about the environmental issues so we will increase environmental awareness among theparticipants.During the LTTs,the teachers will have chances to see,check the good practices in the school.They will experience these methods and techniques.So they can compare and create their own methods taking their schools, students and environment into account.The local activities are for students,teachers and families.The local activites will be completed according to the timetable.The responsible teachers will organize,complete and prepare their reports.The objectives of the activities are to increace the participants digital competences,get them ready to distance learning and LTT activites,help students more social and decrease the social discrimination and exclusion risks.The teachers will have metings,seminars to share their experiences and apply them.The activities for the families will be about informing them about the new educational systems and guiding them how to overcome the troubles and problems during the pandemic process.In all local activities and presentations,we will care about the environment,use eco-freindly andeco-labeled products.We will choose more environmental ways such as public transport, bcycles or walking.In all activities and presentations we will care about the environmental issues so we will increase environmental awareness among theparticipants.We will have multiplier events .We will disseminate and introduce ourProejct Results. The participants will have chance to experience the Project Results and wewill have feedback to evaluate.<< Results >>At the end of the project,we will have 2 project Results.D.D:A (Digital desk Applcaiiton).This applcaiiton will allow us to meet the students,teachers,administrators and school guidance teachers/psychologist in the same platform.The stakeholders will share the important information and documents here. The students will contact their teachers easily and fnd solutions for their problems.The teachers will be sure that they can reach all students in a safe digital environment.The planned activities will be announced here too.So this applciiaton will be easiest way to communicate ,plan activities,get feedback and take necessary measures.Website and e-material ;These website and e-book will be about our most common troubles and problems about distance learning.The websie will have parts;WEB 2.0 tools,preparing digital learning materials, digital ethic and security, digital assessment and evaluation,and guideline for teachers ,families and local people.
