The Dual Vocational Training allows a contact between trainee with labor market through a real experience from the beginning of his/her internship. They can learn more about the job in more significant way, they are also more motivated, and, above all, increase their employability in the professional sector they have chosen.Trainers of companies, but also the teachers, students and the educational government in each country will be involved in this project. When the proposed actions will be carried out, competences and skills of everyone will be improved, creating also a feedback between all of them. This will benefit the flexibility of the VET system. It is tended to create and to develop different resources that will professionalize the work of the trainers who collaborate in internships and are the link between VET centres, students and companies. Therefore, main objective of Upgrading Trainers in Dual VET System (UpT2S) is to generate resources that will help the professionalization and improvement of trainers skills in Dual Vocational Training. It will mean more employability, insertion in the labor market and entrepreneurship of young apprentices people. The main objective will be specified as follows below:- To make the work relevant and improve the professional skills of the trainer in the process of training young people. For this, an accessible training course with didactic resources will be generated to improve its training role.- To develop tools for the evaluation of the students' competences and prepare trainers to carry out this process.- To generate a manual of good practices regarding the trainer role and skills. This will require a thorough investigation, in addition to the exchange of experiences and good practices that will be carried out throughout the project activities. The election of such diverse partners, but with similar backgrounds and needs in the upgrading of the internship system, will help us in order to study the Vocational Training model, its development ratio in each country and the role of companies in the teaching&learning process. The specific Intellectual Outputs will be:IO1: A structured online course for trainers who can use VET schools and educational institutions for this purpose. It will be elaborated by modules that will be worked in different meetings.IO2: An application or tool that trainers can use for the evaluation and appraisal of apprentices dual professional training.IO3: A guide to good practices and successful practices on training and the trainer role and their competences with an analysis of the existing practice and the introduction, through the project, of a specific focus on the role of schools, companies and public institutions in this task. All Intellectual Outputs will be online and available after the project. Both three will be embedded in the website-platform. IO1 will be a moodle course, IO2 will be an App and IO3 will be an interactive document with multimedia contents. Then, the possibility to be used is ensured. At national and European level, all partners will furthermore grant, after the end of the project, that external participants (VET schools, companies, trainers, educational institutions) interesting in learning or using the results of the project will receive a necessary attention, support and feedback. There will be a space in the platform for this kind of target groups which is directly linked with database. This project will have a high impact at local, regional, national and EU levels because is directly linked to the agricultural sector and business which is one of the main economic activities where the project is developed. All partners are located in rural areas so the project will be a step forward also for the local development. On other countries which there are internships in the VET studies, the same course and tools will be useful for schools and institutions and it can be interesting for stakeholders with similar profile to the one in the partnership. At the end, the upgrading of trainers, who will acquire and apply new skills and knowledge for their work, will have a real impact in the society and economy, increasing the employability and entrepreneurship of trainees. It is known farming is a primary sector that employs socially disadvantaged people with fewer opportunities but, at the same time, the sector is raising the competitiveness in terms of soft and hard skills, so UPT2S can have an important impact on population with fewer opportunities.

No European region or country can afford to lose its primary sector and therefore not be able to generate its own food. After these recent financial crises and this health crisis that we are suffering, it is even more obvious that a territory cannot depend exclusively on food imports. In all of them there must be a consolidated, profitable and sustainable primary sector that will enable it to face any kind of future crisis with, at least, the guarantee of guaranteed quality food.In a European situation like the current one where only 0.6% of farmers are under 25 years old and the generational change in the primary sector is in a very critical state, new approaches and skills are needed to increase this change and provide new actors with motivation and sustainability in their business approaches. The main reason for this situation is the lack of profitability for primary producers. Young people (also supported by their families) do not want to engage in an activity that, despite its great positive social and environmental impact, does not have the profitability that would allow them to live with dignity. It is in this vulnerable and critical environment that NewAgroNet emerges. We will provide added value to primary producers to convert their products into quality food, as well as food sustainability to European territoriesNewAgroNet is a project that will promote and consolidate the creation of new companies in the agro-food sector. In order to achieve this main objective, we are going to base on the following specific objectives, foreseen and developed in the proposal:- To use the new digital technologies present, open and available already in the market.- To improve student profiles by providing them with innovative tools and approaches based on real cases.- To increase the opportunity of students by helping them in their professional development. To change the paradigm of ""agricultural exploitation"" for ""agro-alimentary enterprise"".- To help create a more modern and professional environment in the basic schools that promotes entrepreneurship, business initiative and increases motivation for daily work in the agri-food sector. To achieve all these objectives we have:- 4 European countries where the development of the agro-food sector is in different stages of development. In France and Italy they know how to give added value to their agricultural products to turn them into quality food and in Spain and Romania they know how to grow agricultural products in an efficient and sustainable way. This complementary knowledge, based on real success stories from each of the 4 countries, will be the pillars of NewAgroNet results- 4 professional agricultural schools with different and complementary academic specializations that form a new professional profile totally focused on agri-food entrepreneurship. Some examples are: EFA - new rural businesses and forestry sector; VERGANI - agricultural and gastronomic tourism and biotechnology; MRF - agro-ecology and food and ELIAS - veterinary and agricultural machinery.- 3 partners of a more technical nature that will bring the basic knowledge to the project and will facilitate the achievement of all the expected results. As a summary we would have: CACV-coordination, modelling of success cases and sustainable and social approach, AREAE-new digital tools and business methodologies and FRMFR-agricultural and ecological businesses and communication.Based on the need described above and taking into account the objectives pursued and the tools used, NewAgroNet will achieve the following results:- In the short term (during the project). Innovative methodologies to create new sustainable agro-food businesses. Handbooks containing incentive and replicable examples. Teaching material that promotes entrepreneurship in the agrifood sector.- In the medium term (2-3 years after the project). New sustainable agro-food businesses in the territories where the project has been developed. Improvement and adaptation of the previous teaching material by incorporating the success cases generated in each territory. Replicability and transference of the teaching materials generated. Direct influence on local and regional policies.- In the long term (4-5 years after the project). Expansion of new sustainable agro-food businesses in other European territories. Adaptation of the teaching materials to each of the transferred territories. Influence on national and European policies regarding the sustainability of agri-food."
