    << Objectives >>We live in a time of constant development. We are face with increased digitalisation, the benefits of which have been particularly evident during the Pandemic. The development of technologies and the trend of even greater digitalisation can consequently be expected in the future. This brings new professions in the future. It is necessary to adapt to this both privately and professionally. With the project we want to achieve a greater connection of vocational education with the needs of economy.<< Implementation >>As part of the project, we will carry out three mobility activities for students and staff, which are designed to lead to the final goal in three steps: developing a handbook for more transparent and easier access to the competencies needed for the professions of the future. The end result will offer wide opportunities for dissemination with all target groups and further expansion of the project and partnerships.<< Results >>The project will provide clear information to educational institutions as well as employers. The result of the project will ensure that the allocators of funds perceive the need for even greater funding for such projects. The effects of these projects on individuals and society are great at both individual and group level, as their effect is to adapt education to the needs of the labor market, thus ensuring better training of learners to pursue the professions for which they are learning.

    There are three schools from different countries engaged in project: Latvia, Italy, Lithuania. Each school organizes mobility in its own country and accept students and teachers from partner schools. In result people from all three engaged schools will consecutively visit all partners.Main idea of the project is to encourage young people to be more active, creative, to strengthen self-confidence, identity, increase willingness to collaborate - it will be done via practical tasks and games. Learners will increase existing skills and abilities or learn how communicate, learn English language and how to collaborate in teams using special methods. Young people from three schools will unite in international project - to create different original works - to show in exhibitions and compile as photo books. Results of activities will be following: works in visual arts, photographs, prescription collection, survey, study - respondent response processing, a map of recommended sites for viewing, video of dance, radio broadcast.All partner schools after completion of activities must present results: visual arts exhibition must be created in school, photo book and collection of recipes must be created and printed regarding each of mobility.The Objectives:1) Promoting a comprehensive approach to language teaching and learning.2) Social inclusion.3) Social and educational value of European cultural heritage.

    << Objectives >>The main goal of the project is to raise environmental awareness among employees of 3 sectors of the economy during 24 months through the cooperation of two schools and a non-governmental organization operating in the field of vocational education.<< Implementation >>1. Creating a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior in the workplace in the following industries: catering, construction and electricity.2. The use of the so-called green means of transport, implementation of project activities using ecological methods.3. Development of an ecofriendly worker certificate.4. Raising the level of the so-called ecological skills, encouraging behavioral changes in individual preferences and habits.<< Results >>- developing a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior in the workplace in the catering, construction and electricity industries based on the knowledge and experience of members of the project consortium- increasing environmental awareness and developing ecological behavior in the workplace,- increasing knowledge in the field of: green management, green environment, recycling, paperless and digitalisation.

    << Objectives >>- Participants to get acquainted with new trends in jobs in various sectors of the economy and their inherent skills- To develop a tool with which candidates can look ahead to the future, assess how their chosen profession is changing and assess its prospects- To update the offered curricula- To define the possibilities for applying the micro-credentials approach for revision of the existing courses- To improve the skills of the participants to study trends<< Implementation >>We plan to develop a digital compass for the new professions and the skills they need. Through it, each of the partners will be able to evaluate the available trainings and expand the offered specialized services such as counselling, motivation, career guidance and vocational orientation.<< Results >>As a result of the project a platform with data for selected sectors of the economy, new professions in them and the necessary skills for their practice will be created. Within the framework of the established partnership, experiences from different European countries will be exchanged, meetings will be organized, as well as events to promote the results of the project in each of the countries.
