    << Objectives >>The aim of the project is to involve as many participants as possible in its various activities since it intends to: - change the mindset in education by promoting the STEAM approach in a non-formal structure through the use of Sustainable Development Goals 12&13 - to activate the authorities of the municipality, local educational institutions, and NGOs in order to strengthen their relationship with the youth sector and boost the capacity of youth workers in the context of inclusion.<< Implementation >>In working with educators, the project aims to transform learning environments globally and make the hubs of education and leadership on the SDGs, ultimately empowering young people/young refugees to prioritize sustainable development in their lifestyles, behaviors, education, and professional careers. There will be offline and onsite activities combined with training, study visits, local activities, workshops related to creative writing, presentations, drama, infographics, and comic strips.<< Results >>The implementation of the project activities and the LTTs give the young people a better opportunity to understand the need for communicative skills in another language, improve them and also get a better understanding and knowledge of other cultures and countries. The project offers an interdisciplinary approach to subjects such as Environment (documentary, visits, interaction with invited speakers), Language (creative writing, presentations), English, Arts (poster), ICT (using digital tools)

    << Background >>Frequent changes are present in all domains of society, and are especially visible in the field of employment, where today, more than ever before, there are transformations in the structure, scope and types of jobs, while the labour market no longer guarantees permanent employment. Under conditions of ubiquitous competencies and mobility, transferable skills are one of the ways to ensure market mobility and increase professional competitiveness.<< Objectives >>- Know & understand the meaning & domains of key competencies & T-skills- Develop to a certain extent, the transversal skills and be able to use them in different context- Develop a positive attitude toward T-skills their development and use- Increased the employability skills of youth workers- To support proactive attitudes of young people on the issues of youth employment- Fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, attitudes and culture<< Implementation >>In this stage we carried out all the activities described in our application form. All partners participated in the implementation of project activities. Participants have been involved in the process of implementation once they are selected through task related preparation and possibility to conduct selected part of the programme themselves when they felt confident to do so.<< Results >>As one of the results of the project, a Brochure “Guide with tools for fostering transferable skills” was created. The brochure includes exercises and workshops that young people can apply on a daily basis, which will enable them to foster theirs key competencies and transferable skills. The brochure also presents - training resource material - because it was created as a result of conducted activities and workshops.
