"In a context of internationalization of companies and teams, in a context where needs to adapt and know how change (with the coronavirus crisis), the local and global challenges of entrepreneurship can find solution thanks to intercultural skills as a possible source to answers the problems.Indeed, the basic principles for developing intercultural skills are: openness to otherness (curiosity, empathy), self-knowledge (and evaluation of one's own models), negotiation between one's own beliefs and those of others (without wanting to identify with the Other), interaction and analysis competence (to act together with a view to common objectives)They use four categories of resources:* interpersonal skills, such as the ability to center yourself, to review your distrust of others* knowledge on the functioning of social groups, on their values* a ""knowing how to understand"" aiming to correctly interpret foreign sources* a knowledge to learn new knowledge and to know how to mobilize them in real time in a communication situation. If intercultural issues are not taken into account, they can lead to failure of any cooperation, through misunderstandings and misinterpretations of different behaviors. Taking them into account means increasing your chances of becoming an innovative entrepreneur at local or international level.Through our ""ILE"" project we want to show that intercultural skills are ""bridging"" with the skills necessary to develop a sustainable entrepreneurial activity, which knows how to adapt and cope with change. Our project is the establishment of a training course on intercultural learning and the development of key skills for a group of trainers (4 countries, 2 representatives for each of the 4 modules) working in the field of vocational training for adults. The first aim of our training course is to provide ""learning trainers"" with tools to understand the challenges of intercultural learning, by truly experiencing cultural diversity. The second is to understand the mindset that an entrepreneur must develop in the face of change. To achieve our goals, we have defined 4 strategic modules to carry out an intercultural apprenticeship training for an entrepreneur.Participants will need to acquire and understand the basic skills of intercultural learning listed above. But also:reflect and acquire the meaning of intercultural processes in problem solving.• share skills and experiences on the use and place of interculturalism in the work of adult education.• learn and understand the concepts of learning methods used in educational activities.• be able to develop and experiment with new methods to improve daily work and more specifically in connection with interculturality.• be capable of creativity to bring out and animate activities. To acquire and develop these objectives we set up 4 stages, in the form of modules:- module for definitions of key words, creation of a semantic field in languages, linked to intercultural learning and the concepts to which they refer (Culture, identity, language, stereotype, prejudice, discrimination)-Module on ""resistances"" and obstacles to intercultural learning.-module on incentives and methods promoting intercultural learning.- ""tool emergence"" module and creation of new projects on intercultural training."

We must be aware that the social and economic impact of the current health crisis of COVID-19 in our environment and in environments with fewer opportunities, will generate a social crisis of which we believe that a good way to support youth, especially those in social disadvantage and the sectors of culture and creation, will be promoting social inclusion through the empowerment and active participation of youth in society, using art and creativity as a means to acquire skills. We will create a European network of youth organizations, from which to promote the development of a more structured cooperation, online and offline, in order to strengthen partnerships focusing on inclusive participation and the development of skills through creativity and the arts, with the aim of giving youth a voice and promoting their active participation using Collective Theater Creation as an educational tool in the field of Shadow Theater. The Collective Theater Creation is a method of artistic production that is based on the development of the creative capacities of all participants immersed in the creative process. It is a group method that highlights relationships and interactions on a horizontal level of cooperation.Once the project starts, a base group of young people will be created in each of the organizations made up of young people from the local community, guaranteeing the participation of socially disadvantaged young people, who, accompanied by youth workers, will design the basic lines of the local group of Collective Theater Creation of each partner entity. This group will try to involve the greatest number of young people in the development of artistic and creative activities and workshops, involving young people who are socially disadvantaged due to educational, social, cultural (migrant origin, minorities, ...) and / or economic issues. From the network we will carry out different activities at the local and European level with the aim of launching artistic workshops to promote creativity using different artistic techniques that we will later use in the Shadow Theater. Participants will be able to participate in the process of a theatrical creation from start to finish, as a way to foster their creative learning, their entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. We will use music, dance, body expression, plastic and digital arts, etc ... as tools that will promote creativity for the development and acquisition of skills. It is expected to involve young artists from the local community in the implementation of these workshops, as a way of supporting and reinforcing their talent and artistic activity, and different groups from the world of arts and culture. We consider your participation in the project as key as a way to help the culture and creation sector to recover from the crisis caused by Covid-19. Their presence will serve to promote youth employability and entrepreneurship in the cultural and artistic fields and to nurture talents and foster entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative fields. The project plans to:• Carry out three transnational meetings.• Launch three training / learning activities addressing key elements of the project.• Create a Shadow Theater Manual as an educational tool for social inclusion through Art and Creativity (Intellectual Output).• Promote activities at the local level as a means of acquiring skills using art and creativity and involving youth organizations with groups and agents from the world of arts and culture.• Promote the exchange of good practices. In the implementation of the project we will use an active and participatory methodology linked to non-formal education. We will also use an innovative methodology called Service-Learning. Service-learning is a methodology oriented to education for citizenship, inspired by active pedagogies and compatible with other educational strategies. In this project it is also conceived as a method to unite learning and social commitment: learning to be competent by being useful to others. It is expected that a total of 60 people will participate in the transnational training actions that appear in this project and that directly or indirectly in the project about 600 people will participate in childhood, adolescence, youth, youth workers, young artists in addition to volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner entities that will be involved in the different phases of the project. The project will involve 4 entities with extensive experience at the local and European level from France, Italy, Turkey and Spain and will have a total duration of 24 months, starting on June 30, 2021.

<< Objectives >>We want to create a website that will serve as a methodological support for youth workers to best accompany the digital artistic creations of young people. On this site, they will be able to follow 3 production paths (music, video and network content) intended to facilitate the implementation of workshops for young people on these themes. Thus, their artistic creations and their expression will be valued and the young people will develop digital skills.<< Implementation >>With the help of youth workers, we will test the digital creation pathways in concrete situations, locally, in France, Bulgaria, Turkey and Spain, with groups of young people between 12 and 25 years old. Between these courses we will meet in each country to evaluate the action, meet professionals, establish an assessment, prepare and set up the courses, with a meeting to launch the project and a closing meeting. << Results >>We want to make youth workers, structures and young people want to create, experiment, express themselves, and set up multimedia workshops, and we want our supports and support paths to be a means of fostering, encouraging and facilitating this creation. Because we are convinced that this is one of the best ways to enable young people to gain self-confidence and develop social, technical and digital skills that are crucial to their inclusion.
