    "The project ""Youth innovation for social economic cooperation"" was an idea of students from Łódź Province and initiated by cooperation with the Zwiazek Młodzieży Wiejskiej and young people from Italy. The idea of the project is to improve the situation of young people who starting adult life and have to confront with the realities and requirements of today's labor market. The main objective of the project was the activation of students of agricultural schools from Poland and Italy in order to support and promote social entrepreneurship in local communities. The project involved a group of 10 young people from the School of Agricultural Education Centre in Wojsławice (Lodz province) and 10 youth from Istituto Professionale per l'Agricoltura e l'Ambiente G. Fortunato school, located in the town of Potenza in southern Italy. The main activity was the implementation of a comprehensive system of informal education which links civic education with teaching social entrepreneurship. The process was divided in three training modules for project participants. Trainings were supplemented by advisory support and work of self-education group between workshops what lead to the improvement in knowledge about social cooperatives. The result of the project is a system of informal education which supports the increase of knowledge about local communities, their problems and possible solutions with the support of social economy initiatives. Moreover, the trilingual platform which has the tools useful for future young entrepreneurs was created. The portal is equipped with functionalities for generating a statute of social cooperatives, caring out a test defining own predispositions and generating a SWOT analysis of the initiative."

    According to statistics and forecasts, the number of young people in Africa is expected to double in 2050 to reach 1 billion people under 18 years of age. The number of young people in Africa will continue to increase over the next century. Fewer than a quarter of the more than 350 million young Africans entering the labor market by 2035 will find a job and receive a formal salary. The number of unqualified young people has increased rapidly with each passing year.In this context, we are focusing the current project on capacity transfer in specific areas, using modern technologies and approaches to work, in particular the field of youth work, youth entrepreneurship and initiative, the development of competencies for the realization and management of a business company.Objectives:• Improving the quality of youth work in the partner organization;• Optimizing and documenting youth work at local level;• Creating a capacity and program to supplement the formal education system and the suitability of young people for the labor market;• Creating and developing a program for non-formal learning and acquiring competencies for personal development and realization of youth and companies at the local level in the field of environmental entrepreneurship;• Implementing standards for high quality training for youth workers and the use of ICTs and digital technologies.In this project, the main innovative elements are:• Transferring European experience and capacity in the management of youth activities - through innovative software and organizational development following the latest developments in the field of business and youth work. Practical development and development of the organization to maintain the high-level training program in the future• Combining and creating up-to-date research-based training materials, following innovative work methods proven with good practice awards and thousands of highly trained professionals and young people;• Implementation of innovative software for working with the program in hubs for youth work at the local level, combined with practical work. The software enables fast and high-quality access to a database, creation of a portfolio of completed youth training and follow-up of mentoring by youth workers;• Mobility and exchange of experience in a real environment in Europe, meeting with young people, eco-entrepreneurs, bio-farmers, processors, etc. Visits to youth centers will deepen and develop the capacity of participants.• Reaching disadvantaged and marginalized youth who do not have access to the labor market, education or training.The uniqueness of Future Friendly Africa's employment program lies in its highly innovative and sustainable model, which enables CASCUP to leverage local resources to empower young people and to transfer to more organizations, support companies and transfers in more Senegal regions and countries in Sub-Sahara Africa.

    << Objectives >>We want the trainees to grow on a personal level, through the development and acquisition of soft skills using the creation of podcasts, thus becoming protagonists of their future, thus empowering young people capable of being managers of themselves, increasing their employability from the cultural and mentality change. At the same time, we want to train innovative trainers who can adopt non-formal education methodologies in their institutions.<< Implementation >>The trainees involved will have the opportunity to analyze the opportunities around them, in their country and in the EU, but also to interact with their peers from the other countries involved, to broaden their vision and transform this new horizon into podcast products. There will also be a video guide for trainers, with the aim of transferring an innovative, non-formal methodology that can really work in different training and teaching contexts. The website will be the center of the project<< Results >>We will train at least 90 young people in the 24 months of the project, in total in the three countries involved. We will train 120 trainers and 90 territorial agents who, we hope, will be able to use the non-formal methodology and the website. The hope is that through Podcast for a Future without Borders thousands of students and trainers will be able to train new audiences in the years following the conclusion of the project itself.

More Ss and teachers will participate in local activities. There will be regular&extracurricular activities.<< Results >>We expect to have an innovative digital book, film archive, video library, a brochure&newspaper as concrete outputs.There will be interactive materials in project outputs which include project website and other network platforms, links, articles and photos. Also we expect to see intangible results such as more skills among Ss and teachers: communication, ICT,democratic awareness, respect for HR, responsibilities of active European citizenship,self-confidence, open-mindedness, team spirit etc

    << Objectives >>We intend:- Improve employability through the action of non-formal education that we offer.- Generate synergies with expert partners that allow us to achieve intangibles that improve our training as trainers.- Generate an e-learning platform that collects the main topics so that young people can train.- Work with a target group that allows, on the one hand, to improve our action thanks to their feedback and, on the other, to measure the increase in their knowledge.<< Implementation >>Six activities have been planned, the first three correspond to the three modules of 6 topics each and a workload of 30 hours per module. The three modules will make up the STARTKNOW e-elearning platform that will be presented in SPOOC format (online courseopen at your own pace).The other three activities are management and implementation, dissemination activities, and a final seminar, which will be replicated by each partner in their country and for a minimum of 30 participants.<< Results >>Tangible results:- The STARTKNOW Platform.- All the tutorials created downloadable from the project website.- The improvement of the skills of the “focus groups” with whom we will work during the project.The intangible results will be produced in the participants who develop the project since they will improve their own skills by being able to learn from the tasks carried out by the other partners, thanks to the complementarity of the three partners.
