    The project “Model of Youth Development for Employment” has been realized by 3 partners - 2 from Programme Countries - Poland and Romania and 1 from Partner Country from Western Balkans – Serbia. The project promotes high quality of youth work fostering the inclusion and internationalization of youth work and opening it up to cross-border cooperation. The main assumptions of the project were to educate youth workers from involved partner organizations about different ways of rising youth employment using different available resources, tools and mechanisms and to equip youth with competences needed for labour market by increasing European cooperation. The project is based on non-formal and informal learning methods stimulating creativity, active participation and initiative of participants.The project was framed within a longer-term perspective and planned with a view to achieve a multiplier effect and sustainable impact.Project Model of Youth Development for Employment aimed to:•foster cooperation and exchanges in the field of youth work with emphasis on increasing youth employment between Programme Countries (Poland, Romania) and Partner Country from Balkan country (Serbia), thanks to creation and improvement partnership among organisations active in youth work to empower young people on labour market, especially to assist NEETs in an integrated way;•improve the quality of youth work and non-formal learning in all countries taking part in the project, especially in Serbia thanks to education of youth workers;•promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between Programme and Partner Country, especially targeting young people with fewer opportunities, with a view to improving participants' level of competences and fostering their active participation in society thanks to creation of cooperation between Kolping youth organisations based on mobility activities;•empower youth organizations to rise youth employment thanks to realization of capacity building project and to cooperation, networking and peer-learning activities fostering efficient management and gaining new ideas, methods and tools.The following areas were identified in this project:• developing and strengthening cooperation between youth workers, inter alia the sharing of knowledge and expertise to promote high-quality of youth work;• supporting and innovative ideas and to exchanging good practices to promote empowerment, participation and the active citizenship of young people;• improvement the quality of youth work;Through previously listed areas the project enabled:• more and equal opportunities for all young people in education and in the labour market;• promotion of the active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity of youth.Planned project activities: 4 mobility activities: 3 Mobility of youth workers (in every country) and Youth Exchange (in Serbia) webpage dedicated the projectthe best practice manual “Model of Youth Development for Employment - practical guide for entrepreneurship education” in 4 languages – ENG, SRB, PL & RO movie promoting entrepreneurship among youth (5 minutes) in ENG, SRB, PL & RO 2 partner meetings (preparation and summary meeting)3 dissemination events The most important added value for all partners was the opportunity to gather practices, activities and ideas by considering the thematic area and to improve them as well as learn from each other’s realities.

    The project “Smart communication-smart youth participation” collects 4 partners in strategic partnership: Związek Centralny Dzieła Kolpinga w Polsce, Slovenia (Kolpingovo Združenje Slovenije), Kolpingwerk e.V. International, Organizatia Centrala Familiilor Kolping din Romania. The main aim of the project was to develop common, coherent communication and promotion Kolping system for increase quality of youth work and youth social impact in Europe by exchange the best practices in strategic partnership. Main target group of the project is focused on the Kolping staff, working with youth in their countries and young leaders of youth groups: coordinators of youth groups, communication and promotion specialists who are cooperating with youth Kolping groups, youth coaches and trainers, young leaders working in Kolping Youth Europe, members of boards responsible for youth work, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Slovenia, Romania, Germany.There was organised 4 meeting, one in each country. Topic of international meetings: • Poland- External communication and promotion tools and new technologies and social media tools in youth work • Slovenia- Internal communication and promotion tools to build identity of the groups and motivation and teambuilding• Germany (Kolping International)- International communication and promotion tools to enhanced links between different European youth groups.• Romania- National communication and promotion tools to enhance empowerment, bottom-up youth initiatives. As an innovative result of the meetings was developed publicity/manual Model of communication and promotion in youth work - created in order to exchange best practices and ideas and to share the tools and knowledge and other materials shared on the internet sites of project partners and shared with the participants of multiplayer events in each partner country. The manual will be avilable online after the end of the project for all interested people. In every international meetings participated representatives of each partner country, total number of mobilities in the project was 51.

    The project „Women empowerment“ connect in strategic partnership the following organisations: Związek Centralny dzieła Kolpinga w Polsce from Poland, Kolping Drustvo Srbija from Serbia, Kolping Familiior din Romania from Romania and Avangard Personal Conculting Ltd. From Bulgaria. The involved partners will develop their partnership and exchange wide experiences connected with work with woman from rural areas, livng in diffenrent social obstacles, low skilled and unempoyment. All partners have long-year experiences in this area which will be developed and evaluated now on international level. The main project goal is to support the setting of and acces to upskilling pathways for women in need and empowerment of women in society and on the labour market by acquiring and developing their basic skills and key kompetencies by cooperation for innovation and exchange the best practices in strategic partnership.The planned programme supports projects that aim to foster the development of social skills and competences, enhance the access, participation and learning performance of disadvantaged lerners, educating disparities in learning outcomes. Archivment of the project proposal contributes to the main priority because the project activities bring the chance to develop more efficient learning solutions and upskilling pathways related to the needs of project main target groups – women with low skills and in different situation in the society and on the labour market. During the project implementation are planned 4 Transnational Project Meetings and the main results will be the publicity “Women in Power – succesful stories of women and their ways to empowerment and employment“ Open Educational Resources (OER). Project will be implemented in period 01.12.2020 – 30.11.2020.

    The project “Smart development“ collects 6 partners in strategic partnership: Fundacja Dzieła Kolpinga w Polsce (Poland), Kolpingovo dielo na Slovensku (Slovakia), Kolpingwerk International (Germany), Organizatia Centrala a Familiilor Kolping din Romania, (Romania), Lietuvos Kolpingo draugija (Lithuania), Kolping Drustvo Srbije (Serbia). The main aim of the projest is to promote sustainable empowerment of adult education in order to the global climate challenges by cooperation for innovation and exchange the best practices in strategic partnership. Main target group- Kolping partners staff, adult education project coordinators, voluntaries of adult education projects and actions, coaches, trainers, members of boards responsible for adult education, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Germany, Lithuania, Serbia.Planned project activities combine innovation and complementary activities. There will be 6 meetings, one in each country.Topic of international meetings: • Germany (IKS)- Deep ecology, sustainable development and climate justice as guidelines for orienting Kolping self-help groups in their educational endeavours to transform communities (February 2020, place- Germany)• Serbia- (KDS)- Sustainable development social project - local Serbian input experiences for sustainable global impact (May 2020, place- Serbia)• Lithuania- (LKS)- Effective educational tools ensuring sustainable adult education (October 2020, place Lithuania)• Slovakia (KS)- Sustainable individual lifestyle and ecological sensitivity- educational strategies, tools, solution supporting sustainable daily life attitude shaping (February 2021, place- Slovakia)• Romania (KOR)- Protection of the diversity of species of plants and animals- educational aspects of social participation and cooperation for protect Romania wildlife (May 2021, place- Romania)• Poland (FDK)- Sustainable fundraising and social events- educational aspects of fundraising companies and social events supporting development of renewable energy sources and other sustainable aims (October 2021, place- Poland)As a result of the meetings the project will have in the end of the project the publicity “Sustainable education – guidelines for adult education on an example of Kolping movement” - Open Educational Resources (OER). It is assumed that in every meeting will be attended by two-four people from each country and host organisation, i.e. a total of 10-16 people will participate in a meeting. The total number of mobilities is 66.
