Therefore, this project aims to meet the needs of graduates, young European citizens in secondary schools, helping them to choose appropriate misconduct according to the right professional and personal choices. Graduates should be aware of their personal potential and access information from the economy and the European labor market. The project focuses on the concept of sharing experience and good practice. According to a report by the World Health Organization, 17% of 11-year-olds admit: they assaulted colleagues at least three times the month before the study. The proportion increases to 23 percent for the age group 14 -16-year-olds. Last UNESCO 2019 survey says that in Europe 25% of the school kids have suffered from bullying in the last year. The consequences include: missing classes, avoiding school activities, dropping out of school, getting down into a serious, long depression... International learning assessments highlight the impact of bullying on learning outcomes clearly show that bullying reduces students' achievement in key subjects. This has an adverse impact on future education and employment prospects. The worrying situations and effects led us to act and get committed into a 2-year partnership which aims to banish bullying in our schools, for the mental and physical health of our students, for their well being, to give our youngsters the opportunity of being humanitarian, responsible and respectful European citizens in a growing diverse social and cultural fabric.OBJECTIVES1) diminish the level of bullying, discrimination and violence at partner schools2) increase students' sense of belonging to the school and thus reduce the rate of early school leaving3) increase awareness on bullying in parents, schools and local communities4) reinforce students' understanding and sense of tolerance, equality, empathy and mutual respect towards peers and other cultures5) enable teaching staff to effectively deal with bullying, conflict among students, discrimination and violence6) enable students to get to know and gain awareness of foreign cultures7) enhance communication, interpersonal skills, cooperative learning and peer education8) help students develop English language and ICT, self-confidence and self-expression skills9) develop various academic knowledge through inclusive and innovating pedagogical approaches10) emphasize the civic consciousness of our pupils and link it to their European citizenshipPARTICIPANTS- The target group will be students between 14 to 18. After returning from international mobilities, they will have an active role in the dissemination of activities and results of those mobilities among their peers. Also, around 2500 students will be indirect participants and these students at partner schools will contribute to local activities at schools.- 40 teachers in total 5 LTTAs will directly join 4 LTTAs to supervise and guide students during mobility activities and join 1 LTTA as direct beneficiary.Their responsibilities will be to plan, implement, record the specified activities; organize and ensure the implementation of and participation in LTTAs and local meetings they will actively work before, during and after LTTAs. Around 200 teachers at all partner schools will also be indirect participants and help other teachers, participants of international visits and will benefit from the dissemination and products of the Project.-100 families in total will be involved in the Project and direct stakeholders of it. Because the students will stay with host families of that country, families will take an active role in introducing culture, lifestyle, traditions and meals of that country. Around 350 family members will be indirect participants.- Local police authorities as well as municipal authorities and the local Medical Center and local social solidarity associations will give their contribution to design prevention and awareness campaigns against bullying at each school.DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESNL) C1 PHYSICAL (AND SEXUAL) VIOLENCE, unacceptable attempt to our integrity and Project websitePT) C2 PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT, the silent torture and eTwinning projectFR) C3 CYBERBULLYING, an increasing contemporary threat and final product e-bookRO) C4 KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND REFUSE PASSIVITY (political and social answers) and sharing final results on Erasmus Plus Result PlatformTR) C5 TELL YOUR COLLEAGUES AND HELP YOUR STUDENTS (the collective responsibility in fighting school bullying and social resilience) / Facebook and InsTANGIBLE RESULTS- Guide on How to Tackle Bullying, E-books- Virtual multilingual exposition “FOR Peaceful Schools, AGAINST Bullying”- Questionnaires at the beginning, middle and end of Project as well as after each LTTA- eTwinning platform, Facebook page, Website- Logos, Videos and Pictures/Collages- Reports on the LTTA and press articles- Europass mobility- Certificates of attendanceLONG TERM BENEFITS Each partner school will create new eTwinning projects on similar topics to our Project with different schools and partners so that we will maintain the sustainability of our Erasmus Project.
