In order to achieve this goal, we need intellectual and financial resources we could get by cooperating with other similar schools, which are French Lycée des métiers Charles Alliès and Italian Istituto di istruzione secondaria superiore Galileo Ferraris. Using this partnership we will develop a model of teaching based on the experiences of the French school involved in the real economy and connected to commercial banks. The French school offers students a more active model of teaching through training companies supported by commercial banks. The Italian partner has a lot of experience in information and communication technologies that will be used for development of the final project`s results. The project is based on the analysis of the current situation of education system regarding economic subjects and it indicates the lack of practical work at school, especially in modern environment including the prevalence of online teaching. The current model of teaching is not interesting to students and the students are not active during teaching. That is the reason why the level of students` competencies in vocational schools that educate students for economists are very low and they don`t meet the demands of employers in the financial and banking fields. The development and then the implementation of project results in vocational schools with educational programs for the profession of economists and similar programs will lead students to acquirement of specific practical knowledge and improvement of professional and digital competences, not only of students but also of teachers in these schools.<< Objectives >>We want to enable professional practice for students of secondary vocational schools in the fields of banking and finance in order to develop their professional competences not only for professional but also for their personal life.Regarding organizational level, the goal of the project is to enable the participating schools to gain experience in international cooperation, to strengthen its resources and to achieve quality innovative results. Students will get a picture of real life and work in the world of finance. Students who are educated for the profession of chef have practical classes in the schools` equipped classrooms. With this project we also want to develop a model of professional practice for students in the field of finance and banking which will replace students practical work in the banks which is not possible because of banks` policies. As for schools, teachers and students will achieve better way of teaching in accordance with world trends. Teachers will have up-to-date information from the world of finance, banking and insurance. All schools included in this project will strengthen the European orientation, the schools will be more competitive, they will attract more motivated students in future, the schools will develop modern, dynamic and professional environment and new methods of learning and teaching. Moreover the project will strengthen the schools` teams and enable development of new projects in future. As for the students, the project will enable better learning outcomes because the students will be more motivated for learning. The different learning methods (online and based on work), project-based collaboration, mutual learning, workshops and virtual collaboration will be achieved. During project our schools will stenghten its resources, relationship, information, job shadowing, researching (needs analysis), case studies. The schools will develop better quality of education, recognition and evaluation will be achieved (issuing of certificates for students working in the e-SB program; partner schools will be authorized to issue certificates and the applicant school will develop a certificate template). With this project we will develop new types of practical training programs and analysis of case studies; new teaching materials and methods including learning based on work will be provided, moreover virtual mobilities, open educational contents, using of ICT resources and teaching students for works according labor market needs. The objectives are to develop, examine, adapt and implement innovative practices by simplifying the process of transition from school to work, merging of digital contents for learning, developing school programs, teaching materials and tools for vocational education in economics.<< Implementation >>Through the project we will conduct 2 meetings for the development of project results, 3 piloting of the project and project results for students and teachers, 3 transnational meetings, 3 final conferences (one conference in each partner country), webinars for teachers and intellectual work of partner teams during 26 months which will result with 6 intellectual results. The KICK-OFF meeting will be held at the beginning of the project implementation, during this meeting the project teams members will get to know each other, find out all details of project activities, learn about possible risks during implementation, decide about splitting tasks and responsibilities in project and signing Partnership Agreements. The program called JIRA for project management and implementation will be presented, and the training of all participants for using this program will be organized. The first development meeting will be held in France in March 2022. During this meeting members of project teams will continue work on the development of e-SB programs and e-SB brochure. Besides the program, structure of the project website and concept of the digital brochure will be created. The aim of the meeting is to choose the platform for developing of digital brochure and to determine advantages and possibilities of the selected platform. The first piloting of the project results in France will be held in June 2022. As already mentioned, the e-SB project will conduct three piloting of the e-SB program and application, it will be organized as practical classes for partner school students in order to develop the best possible design and content of the final project results. Piloting will also be the basis for the development of digital brochure which will be produced by a team of 18 students - participants in this project. Student teams are composed of 6 students from each partner school and two teachers - mentors from each school. Students and teachers involved in the project team will be active in all project activities abroad and at home during preparation for and after mobility. After the first piloting, the second development meeting will be held in Italy in October 2022. The development of the e-SB program will continue. The partners will start with developing of application and digital brochure model created so far will be presented. The partners will also give suggestions for possible changes and instructions to coordinators of student teams in charge of brochure development. Since the four project results are already in the finalization stage, during this development meeting, most of the work will be done on cooperation between the teams dealing with final project results. The First CHECK-UP meeting online with the French school as coordinator will be held in December 2022. The aim of this meeting is to check the flow of project`s activities and to find out possible difficulties and also presentation of proposals for improvement.Next activity is the second five-day piloting of the project and project results, i.e student mobility with the aim of continuing the development of the digital brochure in Italy in March 2023. after students` mobility in May 2022 in France. Therefore, it will be a logical follow-up of this activity. All schools will present their ideas for development of a digital brochure and will discuss further procedures. The last, third pilot of the project and project results will be held in Dubrovnik in June 2023. Project teams will simulate final products of this project. One member from each partner team will be selected in charge of evaluating the team members and evaluating the activity itself. The hope is that the students enrolled in their Technological schools will be able to participate in a project that focuses on discovering the societal role companies play in Europe by visiting these same businesses.Essentially, the partner schools noticed several things . First, to foster the acquisition by their students of the necessary skills to remain competitive in the 21st century, they needed to have a more European and international perspective. Secondly, because of their socio-economic backgrounds, pupils enroled in their technological highschools had a limited access to international perspectives. Thirdly, the KA229 projects offered to their schools often had little to do with the technical study of business management that the students were studying (such as business strategies, marketing, supply chain mangement...).Thus, there are three objectives :-The acquisition of skills relevant to the 21st century, such as developing their abilities in English, developing their business management knowledge (for example, how a company works and its responsibilities regarding society), history, and their own national linguistic traditions, as well as skills like creativity, autonomy, self-confidence, collaboration, non-verbal communication, speaking to management, public speaking skills, group-work, and the knowledge of the tools to telecommute, -Putting forward the professional development of both students and educators as socially responsible European actors; bringing awareness to their social responsibilities and to socially responsible business practices. The students are already keyed into the movements of their time (gender equality and climate change for example) and it is important to have them become capable to have an impact on these issues once in the workforce.-Reinforcing what it is to be an European citizen through an active collaboration with apprenticeship programs, discovering the “other”, and discovering diverse national legacies. The project will involve 23 Italian, 23 French, and 25 Croatian students, alongside 6 accompanying foreign language and Economy and business management educators. The French students are in their sophomore year of General and Technological high school and, during the second year, will be juniors in STMG (Business Management Methods and Technologies). The students who make up the technological school are often from a less fortunate socio-economic background, with capabilities better geared towards interaction and communication, and who later will generally pursue a diploma from an IUT (University Institute of Technology) or a BTS (a technician certificate) oriented towards the business world. The Italian, who are sophomores, are oriented towards working in the hospitality sector, both in hotels and tourism and come from a less fortunate socio-economic background thereabouts of Rimini. The Croatian students are oriented towards tertiary level jobs in companies (things like accounting, sales, and middle management). They come from rural areas in the region of Čakovec. Some come from the minority Romani ethnic group and are supported in their academic careers by their families that are rural, and often composed of agricultural laborers.Description of activities:The activities of this study abroad will consist of cultural discoveries and on-site meetings with the upper management of companies supported by research and several presentations made beforehand, for example summaries of the companies and questionnaires made by the students, followed by various exercises to recap like exposes, reports, quizzes, or even documentary-style videos focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The methodology, that will bring to fruition the project, will be used by 7 transnational groups, made up of the students, on a eTwinning twinspace and will help develop four key skills :- exchanged-based cooperation and sharing;- the ability to critically analyze about the information one receives; - communicating using all available tools of language (verbal/written/non-verbal communication); creativity, because, thanks to being an active participant in the project. they will discover different ways of teaching and Learning. In the short term it is expected that students will be more invested in their language and management courses, with the expectation the students arrive at the B2 level (CECRL) in English. In the medium term, the project should help pupils orient themselves towards the appropriate studies in partner institutes. The long-term benefits of the “I TEKNO POSTIV” project is to make these youths aware of the international stage and lead them to further studies abroad, via programs such as Erasmus +.

MAJORANA,Ekonomska i trgovacka skola,AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DA MAIA,Tekirdag Namik Kemal LisesiFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-TR01-KA229-060013Funder Contribution: 98,082.2 EURAs the economic crisis was starting to take its toll on European countries Turkey, Portugal, Croatia and Italy were also among the victims where youth unemployment rates reached high percentages. Young people are still pessimistic about their future job prospects, lack confidence in job skills and are reluctant to work for a start-up. Having paid the same bill, as partner schools we have come together to work collaborately in terms of sparking hope among our students through making them believe that they could create their own chances by realizing their true potential and putting it into use.In this project 24 students from different partner countries aged between 15 to 18 will come together at international workshops and take the opportunity to develop soft and entrepreneurial skills which will act as a motivation booster. As for the teachers it will provide the medium for exchanging good practices and adding up new skills to their teaching career. The main aim of the project is to develop competences (knowledge, skills, attitudes) of high school students that will guide them professionally, personally, socially - in today’s fast changing world. In order to achieve this, some of our objectives are to promote the 4C's: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity; give students valuable insight into their strengths and weaknesses by engaging them in creative group exercises and stimulation activities; foster entrepreneurial skills to help them set up their own businesses in the future and build up mutual understanding, solidarity and intercultural dialogue between students and teachers coming from different cultural backgrounds. The planned activities will be carried out through 4 workshops embracing different skills in Turkey, Croatia, Italy and Portual: The 4C's: Communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity and entrepreneurship. Rather than theoretical content the focus will be on practical activities and games where students will be learning by doing. Online booklet, man-on-the -street- interviews, motivation videos, presentations about inspirational characters, SWOT analysis of students and TED talks about motivation are some of the products we would like to produce. The skills and competences aquired during the project will benefit students, teachers and institutions as a whole by creating a medium of cooperation and ensuring a motivational and satisfactory environment for enhanced learning and teaching. Students' soft skills may be improved by integrating the elements of these skills in the classroom or in extra-curricular activities. If we seize this moment and work together, we can help our students connect learning with real life and provide them with the necessary skills to prepare them for success.Teachers as well will have the chance to learn and use a wide array of skills which will guide them throughout their lives. The succesful relationships between teachers will lead to future collaboration and as for schools it will increase their European dimension. The most prominent scale in achieving success in the long run will be to see how well our students can use their soft skills in the future at university or in their working life.

The objectives of this project are therefore the reduction of the danger of possible present and future conflicts by furthering the communication between migrants and natives, by increasing tolerance and mutual understanding when the people get to know the different values and cultures better, by trying to increase the migrant families’ trust in local people and local institutions, and by helping migrant families and schoolchildren to cope with work at school.Four European schools will take part in this project: the Adolf-Reichwein-Gesamtschule Lüdenscheid (Germany) will be the coordinating school, IISS Galileo Ferraris from Molfetta / Italy, Escola Secundária Rainha D. Amélia from Lisboa /Portugal, and Ekonomska I Trgovčka Škola from Dubrovnik / Croatia will participate. The German and Portuguese schools are secondary schools, the Italian school is a high school for comprising courses for ICT, mechatronics or electronics, environmental biotechnologies, and applied sciences. The Croatian school is a vocational school which focuses on economy, commerce and business. The activities all the four schools have planned are interviews with people who have experienced migration first-hand (families, fellow students, single people) as well as with authorities, humanitarian organisations or private volunteers who are directly concerned with dealing with migrants and their daily lives, and using all the information gathered for the production of e.g. films and video-clips, brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations, contributions to our different homepages, photo exhibitons, possibly producing pieces of art (depending on our students’ different ideas and talents, which are so far not yet known). Students’ research will also shed light on the historical elements of migration in the respective countries. The project will be carried out in different ways: there will be face-to-face meetings once at each school (mobilities for 2 teachers and 4 students); the communication between the students of the four schools will take place on the eTwinning platform; the progress and the products of the project will be documented there as well as on all the schools’ homepages and on a special project website, and there will be a project newsletter and a video documentary about the project meetings. The creation of an eBook is planned. The public will be informed via articles in the local newspapers. At the beginning of the project a teacher training activity on eTwinning and the use of TwinSpace, conducted by an eTwinning expert, will take place in Lüdenscheid/Germany. At each meeting, one special aspect of the project will be the center of attention (meeting in Portugal: history of emigration / immigration of each country; meeting in Italy: present situation of migration in the participating countries; meeting in Croatia: steps taken to deal with the matter of migration in the participating countries; meeting in Germany: bundling up results, editing of final products, evaluation). We hope that this project will contribute to making people (all students plus their families involved, staff members, the school community as well as the local community) aware of the situation migrants find themselves in; that it will contribute to the development of new ideas on how to further mutual understanding and tolerance. The project partners will also learn from each other and from their different towns, successful ideas from one partner town might be implemented in the other towns. The introduction and intensive use of eTwinning will be very helpful in possible future projects of the participating schools. In the long run we hope to increase tolerance, respect, and empathy, not only as far as our students are concerned, but also with members of our community, and we hope to make all participants realise the value of a strong European community and of our political system of democracy. And we hope to make a lasting contribution to securing peace in our local communities and Europe-wide.
