    "<< Objectives >>The goals of the project are:- promote the capacity building of youth workers through exchange of knowledge, skills and improvement of innovative practice-oriented methodologies to foster positive mental health and inclusion- engage and empower young people with different abilities through the activities focused on mental wellbeing- foster positive mental health and inclusion of young Ukranians using cooperative art approaches and diologic techniques<< Implementation >>The participants from all organizations will gather in Amsterdam to attend varios informal learning activities such as seminars, drama activities, workshops and socio-cultural activities to achieve project goals. Stoc will host 30 youth workers from the participating organizations to the ""Mental Week""<< Results >>1) Good Practices digital platform: It will involve a series of good practices that can be used by youth workers at youth field,2) Mindfulness Training Module : This module will be include the best practical methods, techniques and approaches used in Europe and serve as a beneficial resource for youth workers,3) Simulation Scenarios for Mindfulness Training: It is going to involve prompts for encouraging youngsters to create meaningful and logical endings and scenarios"

    "<< Objectives >>The project will develop a series of intellectual outputs and activities that will contribute to the acquisition of many values, through international cooperation of organizations working in the fields of music, education, and youth, with a music-based approach, and will develop both hard (music-related skills, audio-visual skills) and soft skills (self-discipline, responsibility, tolerance ).<< Implementation >>In the first activity week, seminars, workshop, organizational visits, music camp and other relevant activities will be organized by STOC in Amsterdam. During these activities, three separate intellectual outputs will be produced.In the second activity week, the participant organizations are going to involve youngsters in the planned choirs, folk dance shows, concerts and music camp activities in Turkey.<< Results >>The following outputs will be created as a result of the activities:1. A ""Methodology, Material, and Curriculum"" for teaching and learning soft and hard skills through music.2.
