<< Objectives >>We want the trainees to grow on a personal level, through the development and acquisition of soft skills using the creation of podcasts, thus becoming protagonists of their future, thus empowering young people capable of being managers of themselves, increasing their employability from the cultural and mentality change. At the same time, we want to train innovative trainers who can adopt non-formal education methodologies in their institutions.<< Implementation >>The trainees involved will have the opportunity to analyze the opportunities around them, in their country and in the EU, but also to interact with their peers from the other countries involved, to broaden their vision and transform this new horizon into podcast products. There will also be a video guide for trainers, with the aim of transferring an innovative, non-formal methodology that can really work in different training and teaching contexts. The website will be the center of the project<< Results >>We will train at least 90 young people in the 24 months of the project, in total in the three countries involved. We will train 120 trainers and 90 territorial agents who, we hope, will be able to use the non-formal methodology and the website. The hope is that through Podcast for a Future without Borders thousands of students and trainers will be able to train new audiences in the years following the conclusion of the project itself.
