While the right to work is a fundamental right enshrined in Article 27 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, it is far from being a reality for many people living with a disability or a long-term medical condition. The Europe 2020 strategy objective aims at reaching 75% employment rate in the EU. However, at EU level, about 47% of persons with disabilities are employed, compared to 72% of persons without disabilities. Women with disabilities, young disabled persons and people in need of high-level support are more likely to be discriminated against and excluded from the labour market. At the EU level, 19% of young people living with a disability are early school leavers compared to 11% of non-disabled young persons. The high rates of early school leavers among young people living with a disability can in most cases be related to accessibility issues and the absence of adapted programmes.Social entrepreneurship can act as an important bridge to inclusion for people on the margins of mainstream society. Online social entrepreneurship is an especially relevant area of endeavour for young people living with a disability or a long-term health condition. Sharing life experiences and demonstrating that living with a disability or a long-term health condition is possible; explaining how obstacles have been overcome; directing others to appropriate support services or networks; opening a forum for discussion and debate; connecting other young people in similar circumstances; are all potential social entrepreneurship opportunities that the INFLUENCER project consortium will explore.Technology provides opportunities to level the playing field for youth living with a disability or a long-term health condition like never before. It can support more equitable societies; more inclusive communities. It can help to build support networks for people of all ages who live with a disability or care for someone with a disability. It can help to demystify certain medical, physical or cognitive disabilities and create a more understanding and empathetic society. Partners believe that the areas where they work will be significantly impacted by the outcomes achieved by the INFLUENCER project. The key actions to achieve the aims of the project are:1. Developing an in-service training programme to introduce Best Practice Guidelines for youth providers on supporting the inclusion of young persons with disabilities through online social entrepreneurship while also guaranteeing their safety online2. Developing an EASY READ TOOLKIT for youth living with a disability on how to develop their social entrepreneurship idea into a sustainable entity. 3. Developing an EASY READ TOOLKIT for youth living with a disability on how to stay safe in online environments and a suite of media-rich resources to build digital and social media literacy.4. Developing an accessible, bespoke online environment to support the new young social entrepreneurs to launch their online careers where networks of youth living with a disability who are interested in developing their new social enterprise can congregate; build key skills; support each other; and exchange ideas and knowledge

In our days, migration of young people into the labor market raises big obstacles for Member States, since young people aged 15-24 have been one of the greatest victims by the economic crisis in regard to their employment prospects. The condition for young women at that age is much worse. According to the Eurostat figures for 2017, the unemployment rate has hit 16.2%. Taking a closer look at the statistics of 2017regarding the partner countries of the project, we would be surprised to find that the number of unemployed young people in Greece is 48.2 per cent, which means that around 1 in 2 women is unemployed; in Sweden, the unemployment rate was 8 per cent in 2013, but progressively decreased over the time considered and was 6.8 per cent in 2019. In 2019, however the rates was 6.9 percent among women, and that's why Swedish partner decided to be the leader of the project, bringing optimism and confidence for similar positive results. The Norwegian partner is also on the lead of the program as Norway present the percentage of 4,8%. In Romania 18,6%, meaning that about 1 every 5 women is unemployed and in Poland 15% with 1 every 6 women between 15-24 years old being unemployed (Eurostat, 2017). We all have to realise that young women are a fundamental asset for European economies and societies. Therefore, empowering young women, by creating the proper conditions to actively participate in the labour market, is considered imperative for the economic and social development and for the sustainability of European societies. The goal of this relationship between the five organizations is to encourage behavior and the sharing of common practices in the field of soft skills in order to foster the technical inclusion of young women into the labor force. The project will help, on the one hand, professionals working with young people to boost their soft skills and enhance digital education programs targeted at them (especially young women belonging to vulnerable communities, immigrants, migrants) in order to train them with soft skills and strategies to promote their employability and socio-educational and personal growth and to promote their progress. In the other hand, it would give young people the ability to develop their basic communication skills and core skills by engaging activities and learning environments, and to expand their prospects for seamless transition into the job force. The purpose of the project is an international synergy between 5 European organisations with the same need - TO DEVELOP THE SOFT SKILLS AND COMPETENCES OF YOUNG WOMEN TO INCREASE THEIR OPPORTUNITIES OF INTEGRATION INTO THE LABOR MARKET. Having as target groups youth workers, trainers, ICT and digital technology experts involved in youth education belonging to partner groups, as well as low-skilled women and young women belonging to disadvantaged groups (i.e. women living in remote areas, refugees, migrants), we propose a project having the following objectives:1.Tο increase the prοfessiοnal development in soft skills and competences of each partner by means of 4 Short-term joint staff training events,2.To strengthen the networking among partners by develοping a website named Skills4Jοb, including best practices in skill acquisitiοn, discussiοn fοrums, flipped classroom, flashnοtes, screen capture videοs of tutors giving online tutοrials, ebοοks, etc,3.To launch an awareness-raising campaign - SKILLS4JOB. The οbjectives will be achieved thrοugh:*4 Shοrtterm joint staff training events during which the target grοups will learn 4 TRAININGS in the fοrm of wοrkshοps:Training 1: Sοft skills literacy - Yοung Wοmen, Training 2: Cοmmunication advance for a better carrer, Training 3: Business simulatiοn , Training 4: Cοnfidence Skills. SKILLS4JOB website as digital netwοrk amοng partner οrganisations will οrganised, which will spread knowledge and training to the yοung women through asynchrοnοus methοds (forums, lecture materials, etc),*The awareness raising campaign, SKILLS4JOB, where οur target grοups will interact with the public and get οur project's message for the need for sοft skill develοpment οut to peοple and pressurise decision-makers, The transnational character οf the prοject helps all partners in their professiοnal develοpment in teaching skills,tο cοmpare approaches οffered by the 5 partner countries on digital skill development, to becοme more complete in their work with youth, more visible at natiοnal and internatiοnal level and mοre familiar with Eurοpean tοοls to implement a prοject.

The problem of violence and various types of abuse of power is more and more visible and present in the European society, in particular in the context of the citizens most exposed to it and often least protected from it: young people. Since the scale of the problem seems to be growing nowadays in the era of migration and economic stagnation, we decided to compare and analyse it in depth, developing a joint action plan that will take into account various European countries’ experiences on the subject. For this reason, our Strategic Partnership was created by the Estonian nongovernmental organisation working with youth and iyouth workers Seiklejate Vennaskond, a Portuguese initiative for innovation and integration in education Associação Nacional Educativa de Inclusão e Inovação us Escolas (AENIE), a Romanian organisation that unites, trains and continuously evaluates social workers Centrul de Formare şi Evaluare în Asistenţă Socială (CFCECAS) and Spanish non-governmental organisation for sustainable social and personal development Permacultura Cantabria: all this under the leadership of our Stowarzyszenie Aktywne Kobiety specialised in working with women and girls. The main objectives of our cooperation are therefore to share best practices in order to counteraddress the abuse of power experienced by young people which means the exchange of tools and knowledge relevant in this field. Socially, this should also serve as a form of raising of awareness about the situation experienced by young victims of various types of abuse and as a strategy of strengthening and broadening the partnership at the regional, national and European level between entities that are interested in the subject matter and involved in work with young people. In order to achieve the intended results within the Partnership, we will officially start our cooperation during the first transnational meeting in Spain. The first learning visit will take place in Romania where CFCECAS will share its tool for early diagnosis of violence and its best practices. In addition, we will also visit a variety of institutions operating to analyse the problem of abuse of power and violence among young people. Then, during the visit in Poland, Stowarzyszenie Aktywne Kobiety will share its best practices aimed at counteracting the abuse of power towards young women, we will visit local entities involved in the fight against violence and we will participate in the training in Non-Violent Communication. Next visit to Portugal will bring a presentation on cyberbullying among young people on behalf of AENIE organisation, as well as their best practices at work for young people. In addition, the organisation will share its experience in working on the dissemination tool, an innovative television channel awarded in 2017 by the Portuguese National Agency. The eight days long course in Spain carried out by the Permacultura Cantabria will allow us to explore the subject of various forms of abuse among socially vulnerable groups such as women, people with disabilities or minorities and both, partner organisations’ staff and youth workers and young people themselves will be trained in the emotional management necessary to adequately deal with violence and its effects and work with young victims. At the end of the course an additional meeting will be held regarding the partial evaluation of the project and its dissemination campaign and the final evaluation transnational meeting will take place in Estonia with Seiklejate Vennaskond as the hosting organisation.Youth workers participating in the project will acquire new methods of intervention in situations of abuse of power and violence against young people, gain knowledge about the state of this situation in other European countries and strengthen their interpersonal, cultural and language competences.Young people involved in the project will learn about the realities of their peers from other countries and will be equipped with the strategies to ensure a better response and resilience to abuse and repression and different ways to prevent it. Activities held abroad will also help them to appreciate the value of teamwork and intercultural context, a factor that is particularly important nowadays because of the growing wave of racist attitudes all around Europe.Organisations and institutions that participate directly or indirectly in the project will strengthen their international networks, increase the scope of social competences and expertise and gain insight in new methods of work, strengthening their position as leaders in the field of youth activities at a regional and national level.Within the societies of Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia and Romania, and in the European Union community in general, we strongly expect to increase the civic awareness on abuse of power and violence among young people, both through dissemination campaigns and by the direct activity of each institution involved in the project.
