    << Objectives >>Main objective of the project is VET lector's competencies enhancement and increasing of their qualification for the vocational trainings of low-skilled operating staff. We manage it by the pedagogical-psychologic training of VET lectors in accordance to improve their andragogic skills. We achieve this objective through methodologic guide book publication. It supports the inclusion of low-skills into the vocational entrepreneurship education and rises up their life-long learning motivation.<< Implementation >>The implementation includes 5 Transnational Project Meetings, 3 virtual events as workshop, seminary and conference for VET lectors, andragogy specialists and HR managers who are focused on vocational trainings for adult low-skills in enterprises. Moreover, 2 methodologies are created and in accordance to them the „Methodology Guide Book for Entrepreneurship Education of Low-Skilled Staff” is presented on the international Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and 1 EPALE article is published.<< Results >>Expected results are following:Enhancement of VET lector's qualification required to teach low-skilled participants.Increasing attractiveness of VET.Improving quality assurance in VET.International promoting of VET inclusion.Methodology for teaching of low-skilled operating stuff creation and the „Methodology Guide Book” publication.Presentation of the final contribution on EPALE and on Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.Long-term international cooperation formation and futher development.

    << Objectives >>Main project objective is to create Concept maps concerned to Plastics, Machinery, Electrotechnics, Logistics, Quality management, Production planning, HR management andInformatics for young emloyees of enterprises in 6 languages, create the Metodology od Concept maps use and creation and to verify their practical use in the processesof inclusion of young employees into intercultural working teams of enterprises by on-line activities and e-learning.<< Implementation >>The project is going to implement Concept maps in 6 language forms into the enterpreneurship praxis, including methodology of its use and creation publication. Moreover, we realize 1x on-line seminare, 1x on-line conference a 1x on-line workshop, finally the e-learning course is provided.<< Results >>By bridging of intercultural divide in the work teams of the industrial companies according to creating Concept maps and Methodology of its use and creation verified by intercultural on-line activities and e-learning, we expect to reach main results of our project as innovation ofyouth work, strengthening the employability of young Ukrainian people, bridging intercultural divide in business processes and inclusive democratic participation of young Ukrainian people in European democracy.

    << Objectives >>The main goal of the project is creating 2 new, innovative curricula as well as 2 new courses overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the labour market named „Trainer of VET Skills in Production “ and „Enterpreneurship VET Instructor“. We achieve the main project targets by creating new curricula and courses, methodology for HR managers as well as through both qualification courses verification and evaluation by pilot courses realization and on-line course in English preparation.<< Implementation >>During project implementation, there are 4 international project meetings applied to intensify cooperation. At first, 2 new qualification curricula are created and their English version is placed on Erasmus+ PRP. Moreover, on-line conference and methodology for HR managers how to use the VET Qualification System are prepared. Two new training courses and on-line course in English are supposed. Finally, 2 papers, 1 promo contribution and 1 article are placed on EPALE platform.<< Results >>We expect following results of the project:Creating new, innovative or joint curricula or courses. Overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the labour market. Entrepreneurial learning - entrepreneurship education innovation contributing. Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training. Adapting vocational education and training to labour market needs. Corresponding to inclusion and diversity in the field of Enterpreneurship education and training.

    "<< Objectives >>Transferring technical and liquid skills to trainers that strengthen their own profiles (and later those of employees) through:- Updating the curricula of trainers to increase their employability- Strengthening and promoting experiential learning and the use of virtual methodologies;- Improving their forecasting and employability skills;- Define the behaviors to have for the digital transition in the company.<< Implementation >>The project includes 3 priority activities:1. Construction of Curricula of trainers that understand the V-Methodologies and V-Settings related to NFT for the company;2. A training course on digital citizenship education in the company;3. A training course in resilience to change with the use of Mental Dynamics applied in the company.<< Results >>At the end of the project it is expected to:- have trained at least 70% of company personnel in the concept of ""digital citizenship in the company""- a 30% increase in investments for training trainers in digital innovation and digital transformation- a 50% increase in the skills of adult workers in managing organizational changes and training processes in the use of new digital technologies."
