"<< Background >>The TECH TO TEACH partnership has been conceived against the background of the current crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lack of knowledge and implementation ofTechnology properly is a backbone of the future of education as well as all sectors. The European Commission Policy Article on ICT Research & Innovation, within the Horizon2020 framework, put an emphasis that Information and Communication Technologies underpin innovation and competitiveness across private and public sectors and enable scientificallyprogress in all disciplines. Digital Education Action Plan of the European Commission, released in 2018, we can refer to that '' Education and training are the best investments in Europe’s future. They play a vitalrole in boosting growth, innovation, and job creation. Europe’s education and training systems need to give people the forward-looking knowledge, skills, and competencies they needto innovate and prosper. The General objective of the TECH TO TEACH project is raised from the digital capacity of the world and the tendency of the European Youth in technology and their engagement.Digital technology has a huge, largely untapped potential for improving education. And more than 80 % of young people in Europe use the internet for social activities. The percentageshould be regarded as an alternative to education and innovative approaches. So ''Tech To Teach'' aims to uncover innovative practices in the digital era by collaborating with a rangeof education and training stakeholders; to strengthen the profiles of the teaching profiles who lack keeping up with technology developing without ceasing and lead to achievement andinterest in disciplines by putting active learning into practice with learner-centered teaching/learning methods; that is to say, active learners who control their own learning pace insideand outside the school alternatively. The period also showed us how difficult remote education is both for teachers and students. Students started to have health issues physically and mentally while teachers are having trouble with the right technological application for their lessons. With this project, we foresee the future of Education and we want to create a guide for teachers on how to use technological applications both remotely and in place and how to set students active with technology-based active learning.<< Objectives >>The project aims to develop teachers’ and educators’ competencies in technology usage while setting the students the real actors. Tech To Teach aims to develop a more digital and technology-based education environment where active learning happens. Active learning is problem-solving. Doing. Exploring. It is superior to passive learning because it forces your brain to connect information and work to understand. And Technology-based active learning is about the larger design of the lesson. By bringing active learning to courses through technology, instructors can promote “learning by doing” at scale and engage today’s technology-native generation in a format that harmonizes with their mentalities and expectations. Also, Technology-based active learning(TBAL)is an instructional strategy where students take an active role in their own learning, participating in activities and, reflecting on their learning. Students are fully engaged in the learning process rather than being passive participants.TBAL intends to significantly improve the learning process in both face-to-face and remote learning/teaching. This enables;1) Creating an environment of active and experiential learning.2) Enabling every student to participate in choosing a preferred technological device.3) Creation of collaboration and teamwork.4) Linking everyone to what takes place in class.5) Creating lots of opportunities for all students to actively participate and express themselves. It mainly depends on existing smartphones (or tablets/laptops) which in the twenty-first century, most students/teachers have.. These devices should be linked to a learning management system such as EBA or any platform that is applicable, existing in most educational institutions as well. Training of trainers will also be online courses.Combining Applicable technology, Teacher training on technology, active learning, setting the students as real actors in the learning process, and providing education with both remote and in place practices are what we aim to include in this project.Adding a transnational dimension will bring an international perspective and experience to what we face as globally.<< Implementation >>This Project foresees the future of education. Also recent pandemic of Covid19(Coronavirus) showed the need for alternative and online education in any case.In this project, we expect to change teachers' opinions about the teaching and learning environment. For this goal, we think that we can work on the structure of the teaching methods withuniversities and high schools and education directorates from different countries. By working together, we can create a new method, which guides the teacher on how to use, integrateand benefit from technology to teach and set students as active learners both inside and outside the classroom. Tech To Teach is planned with 5 Learning Teaching and Trainingactivities as well as local implementations and 3 TPMs. The LTT phase can be described as the ""heart"" of the project. Also sharing experiences among countries involved in the projectboth via technology and face to face.Specific Objectives of the project:-Offer teachers collaboration in creating innovative Technology-based Active Learning school curricula-Contribute to developing and implementing technology into education properly–to develop and integrate teachers’ and educators’ teaching skills with the technology-Develop a student-centered approach to technology usage in education with collaboration and active learning.–To explore new forms of teaching, learning, and assessment of students achievements–To guide teachers and educators, how to motivate children and inspire their passion for learning, implementing and taking an active part in learning in technology.–To share the experience of good practice on technology usage. The project consists of 3 TPMs and 5 LTTs as follows:<< Results >>The target group of the project; teachers and educators, who are interested in the future of education and are open-minded, communicative, and collaborative, and are ready to providemeaningful learning experiences for 21st-century students. Participants will be teachers from different branches from schools, directorates of educations and academics, and lecturersfrom the partner universities to create a multidisciplinary approach in technology use.Tech to Teach Guide for Teachers:•A theoretical framework of digital and technological education•Integration of disciplines and integrated technological education•literacy and thinking skills in technological education•Forming a technological unit/lesson plan•Innovative assessment methods in technological education•Self-assessments for students as active learners. TBAL modules for lesson and activity book: Teachers will evaluate the activities and they will choose the best activities in regards to TBAL education. Overall of the evaluation processchosen activities will be in the book. In this way, the activity aimed to ;-developing teachers' competencies in technology usage and TBAL education by the evaluation process.-providing a guide book for teachers to use in their professional life.A multicultural working environment and collaboration will bring Cultural awareness and European dimension to us. It is really important for education all across European countries. Our project will also give different opportunities to our educational systems. With this project, we will support, promote and encourage the use of themost innovative technological teaching tools, we will be able to increase the attractiveness of the institutions and decrease the school drop-out rates. For working together all overEurope and promote cooperation in the long term between national and foreign schools, we should use a language and our project will encourage teachers to the study of the Englishlanguaguage."
