<< Objectives >>Integrating people through work is vital to welcoming them into broader society and will benefit all of us and our whole economies in the future. Project Re-Start is designed to answer essential questions of refugees wanting to embark upon opening their own business. A comprehensive Manual and Website based on extensive research will be developed in the course of the project to give information and guidance to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers and support for operators who work with them.<< Implementation >>Entrepreneurship Guide for Immigrants and Refugees is thought of as an instrument to support and guide people with a migrant background, especially refugees, to understand their competencies and the chances to initiate their own business in the host country. The Website will begin as the multilingual dissemination site for the project. Site pages will be devoted to information references and links to relevant organisations and associations regarding national legislation and business start-up.<< Results >>The expected impacts of the activity are:- the strengthening of competencies of operators in charge to orientate the migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the labour market and business start-up;- the improvement of job searching by immigrants;- the improvement of entrepreneurial competencies;- the deep knowledge by migrant people concerning the business start-up;- raising awareness of refugees about the importance of vocational training.

<< Objectives >>The MindLand intervention will use serious games and mindfulness activities to help youth cultivate self awareness, specifically by:- Becoming more mindful of the beliefs that influence them and their automatic patterns of behaviour- Building self-esteem and confidence to make important decisions that honour who they are- Choosing what influences them- Working with difficult emotions<< Implementation >>The following activities will be implemented during the project:1: Curriculum on mindfulness training focused on self awareness (Leader: MFL)2: Development and Integration of serious games and activities (Leader: TRI)3: Localisation and translation of intervention's content (Leader: WHI)4: Launch and Evaluation of intervention (Leader: ASSOCIAÇÃO MY MADEIRA ISLAND)<< Results >>The outcome will be a Mindfulness Training intervention for youth that will be accessible, interactive, engaging, inclusive and self-paced. As a digital intervention it will make mindfulness accessible to all individuals that have access to a computer or smart device regardless of socio-economic status and geographical location, religion, abilities or gender. It will be available in 4 languages (English, Greek, French, Arabic).

<< Objectives >>With a free digital learning platform, we are aiming to provide integrational courses for Roma people and migrants. The platform will offer courses in identified areas by the consortium and will be translated into Romani, Arabic, and Farsi. The platform will be disseminated to organisations working in inclusion and integration of the target group and will be provided with a good-practice handbook and research in adult education for relevant stakeholders.<< Implementation >>Educational materials will be developed and integrated into the e-learning platform. Research will be conducted on the barriers and needs of the target group in the field of adult education. The results of the research will be part of a handbook for professionals working with Roma and migrants. For the purpose of implementing the activities, three LTTs will be organized, and for the purpose of disseminating project results, a multiplier event.<< Results >>We expect that about 500 users, members of the target group will be motivated to use the platform and attend courses. We also expect wide dissemination of the platform and handbook. In this sense, the platform and the handbook will be presented to relevant stakeholders who will be encouraged to use it as an additional integration tool. We expect that organisations and other bodies dealing with the integration of these target groups will use the platform in their work

<< Objectives >>Main objective of the project is to reduce the unemployment rate of young refugees and migrants providing training material and webinars on entrepreneurial skills and essential knowledge on administrative and legal requirements to become self-employed and enhance their chances to have a job. Providing them with tools to create and strengthen professional networks. The ultimate goal is to foster inclusive entrepreneurship; social economic and cultural inclusion of young refugees and migrants.<< Implementation >>ACTIVITY 1: Creation of customised Training Guides for Entrepreneurship for young refugees and migrants with a common part on soft and entrepreneurial skills needed to run a business and information about administrative-legal requirements and business culture on each partner country. << Objectives >>The aim is to improve the welcome of migrants/refugees in our European countries thanks to a multilingual digital website that provides informative and practical tools for professionals (social workers, educators in particular). This website offers devices to forge kind links with migrants/refugees by taking into account their linguistic and cultural heritage in order to guarantee a safe, respectful and caring welcome.<< Implementation >>Activity: collection and analysis of testimonies from migrants and professionals from several countries and cultures on the concept of welcome and its current practices over the world. Activity: design and creation of an interactive website equipped with awareness and practical tools useful for the professionals and that guarantee a warm welcome, open to diversity. Activity: dissemination of the website and training of professionals.<< Results >>We wish to improve the practices and postures of professionals when welcoming migrants/refugees and to equip them with approaches open to linguistic and cultural hospitality. This will allow migrants to feel better accepted and recognized in their linguistic and cultural identity, and therefore to feel better included. In return, this will help them to open up and understand the values and customs of their host countries.
