"Many school aged children have experienced the brutality of bullying. As students' sophisticated use of technology in the changing and developing world a new kind of bullying, cyberbullying has come out. And it calls forth extra challenges for the school staff. Our project which will last for 2 years will improve with the help of 5 partners in total; Italy, Turkey, Spain, Poland, Romania. During these 2 years we will use active listening, reformulation, peermediation and dinamic team understanding methods to form our outcomes. We have seen our main reason under our academical failure is bullying and its variations by our swot analysis. The question ""How do we teach the students that ""put online"" is more permanent and they can think?"" made us create this project in which as teachers we can find how to instill our pupils the awareness of the dangers of being online thoughlessly. We as representatives of different countries' policies in education have used different methods. With our project we will be able to exchange our good implementations and create a practical programme to prevent bullying online and offline. We all know the only way to take bullying down is to connect strong partners in the community who know how to realize intervene and prevent bullying from occuring in the future. Our initial aim is to awake awareness on cyberbullying and bullying as it may target anyone at any time. Of course we aim to disseminate a programme and our good practices with our experiences in our own areas. Improving social networking safet skills, understanding how cyberbullying can harm people, learning how to keep social media accounts private and assuring that people don't see personal information on social media are among our prior aims. While fulfilling all our aims we will improve our professional competence, gain new and sustainable competence and improve supportive school life for disadvantaged students. With preserving our values we will have also reduced early school leaving ratio under 10% as set in both EU and strategical plans. Being 5 partners we will arrange 5 LTT activities first of which will be with only teachers to prepare our framework and for the readiness of our project. For the 1st LTT activity 5 teachers from each country, in total 25 teachers, for the other LTTs 2 teachers and 5 students from each country will be included. The participant teachers and students will be selected through determined criterias. In the 1st LTT in Italy "" The importance of being well informed:strategies to fight bullying and cyberbullying"" we will focus on various aspects related with project management with the teachers. We will enhance the awareness of being well informed on teachers and make teachers adapt at creating programmes and techniques about fighting bullying and cyberbullying by improving skills using a variety of innovative teaching methods and techniques. In the 2nd LTT in Romania "" Emotional Intelligence to prevent bullying"" we will promote emotional awareness and decision making, understand how the behaviours towards bullying affect pupils and develop peculiar classroom activities to improve cooperative work. In the 3rd LTT in Turkey ""How to protect personal data and what is digital footprint"" we aim to educate the users about the potential risks while surfing the net through social networking, downloading apps...etc. We will be able to promote cyberspace and virtual skills of he participants and understand what a digital footprint is. In the 4th LTT in Spain "" Different roles in the situation of cyberbullying"" we will be able to identify what types of bullying are widespread in the classes and what skills are beneficial for teachers and students to help avoid bullying. We will learn the terminology describing bullying and learn to determine new methods and tactics dealing with bullying, cyberbullying and conflict through peculiar approaches such as manaaki. In the 5th LTT in Poland ""Understanding victim's situation through self esteem"" we will help students identify their own positive traits and accomplishments. They will learn to continue a healthy self-esteem for the rest of their lives through various techniques such as kindness matters...etcOur project will contribute to the effectiveness of education, ss' improvement as being European citizens and prevent unwanted behaviours lifelong. In the long term our students will improve their self identities both in their future school career and vocational area. They will be respectful to human rights by developing their emphaty competence. As all participants we will be aware of being safe internet users and build opportunities to get maximum help from it in every field of our social area. Our activities, products and concrete results will enable our project's sustainability. With our annual regional and national events with our project outcomes we will visualize our capacity and publicity with new and innovative policies and curriculums."
