""Creative industries"" are those industries which use culture as an input and have a cultural dimension, although their outputs are mainly functional. They include architecture and design, which integrate creative elements into wider processes, as well as subsectors such as graphic design, fashion design or advertising. At a more peripheral level, many other industries rely on content production for their own development and are therefore to some extent interdependent with CCIs. They include among others tourism and the new technologies sector. (Green Paper. Unlocking the potential of cultural and creative industries. EU Commision.2010) The rise of this new sector over the last years has led to a significant amount of opportunities for the economy and its entrepreneurs. However, the different nature and innovativeness of this industry gave rise to a number of new and difficult challenges (SRA, 2009). As a result of these challenges, there is a DEMAND FOR SUPPORT IN CREATING (NEW) BUSINESS MODELS AND FOR GUIDELINES FOR COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE INVOLVED PARTIES Open Innovation and Co-Creation Platforms can boost collaboration within Creative Industry , among Creatives and also among Creatives and Customers On the other hand, Sharing Economy Platforms can also play a powerful role in boosting co-creation and collaboration in the Creative Industry. The ‘collaborative economy’, ‘gig-economy’ or the ‘sharing economy’ are only a few umbrella terms currently circulating in the scientific and non-scientific literature to describe a new form of work organization, where work or services are being mediated through online platforms. There are specific Sharing Economy Platforms in the field of Creative Industry are; “99designs”, “Fiverr”; “Designcrowd”; “Crowdspring; Sharing Economy approaches can boost the implementation of Co-Creation and Collaboration within Creative Industry. However, Professionals of Creative Industry lack of skills for ; - Leading or participating in Co-Creation and Collaborative Business Models - Exploiting Sharing Economy Platforms as a way of managing their Co-Creation and Collaborative Business Models ;COL-CREATION is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences (attitudes, skills, knowledge) of Professionals in the Creative Industry on how to exploit Sharing Economy for developing Co-Creation and Business Models through an innovative training program The project has the next specific objectives: • Increase Co-Creation, Open Innovation and Collaboration Business Models to be implemented. • Show the potential of innovative Sharing Economy Platforms to be used as tool for boosting these Collaborative Models • Promoting the proper use of these Models and Platforms as part of global and sustainable Self-Employment and Entrepeneurship projects • Focus in specific challenges like Labour conditions and and Property Right Issues Through the execution of this Project the next results will be obtained; • Co-Created Methodological Guide will be developed, with the direct participation of End Users, with the main objective of determining the key contents, methodologies and tools needed for creating and improving the critical competences of Professionals of the Creative Industry on how to exploit Sharing Economy for developing Co-Creation and Business Models • Training Materials addressed to of Professionals of the Creative Industry, for enhancing on how to exploit Sharing Economy for developing Co-Creation and Business Models • Design of Experiential Training Activities; They will be the core of the Training Program and they will for enhance the practical and experiential training of Professionals of the Creative Industry, including the optimal and oriented exploitation of aforementioned Training Materials within real environments. • Development of an e-Training Platform, for supporting the implementation of the Training Methodology, including Training Materials, Workspace and links to applicable NFPSE Platforms. • Creation of 3 COLABOR-DISABILITY UNITS in the Associations directly working with Professionals of the Creative Industry in order to ensure the sustainable exploitation of the project after the project lifetime. • Development of Dissemination Actions addressed to the European Creative Industry COL-CREATION will benefit a number of persons during the project lifetime: • 45 Professionals of Creative Industry persons will directly participate in the Pilot Validation Actions for validation of the project results. • 2.000 stakeholders of Creative Industry will be aware, through multiplier events and dissemination actions to be carried on through the project website, newsletters, leaflets, etc"

EU-27 people older than 65 and than 80 will be 103,2 and 29,3 million in 2020 (DG Ageing Report 2012), placing additional strains on the EU welfare systems (EU 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth). Active Ageing (AA) is “the process of optimizing opportunities for health, PARTICIPATION and security in order to enhance quality of life as people age” (World Health Organization, WHO). COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION is a pillar of AA (WHO). SHARING ECONOMY (SE) (also known as collaborative economy or collaborative consumption) refers to economic and social systems that enable shared access to goods, services, data and talent as opposed to ownership Not-for-Profit Sharing Economy (NFPSE); It provides opportunities of exchange of services or resources without a remuneration. Examples are exchange circles, time banks, online talent platforms and neighborhood networks as a way of putting neighbors in touch with each other, using people’s skills and imagination and building a network of neighborhood support (www. timebanks.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/KeepingtheGPAway.pdf). A common is that they use time instead of money as their common denominator. They are a useful tool for work-life balance, ACTIVE AGEING and neighborhood regeneration (Del Moral and Pais, 2015) and can help members to acquire new skills (Dubois et.al. 2014). Nowadays, NFPSE is enhanced by ICT Platforms that create an open marketplace easily connecting users. Many of the new ones NFPSE Platforms, have been launched combining the traditional face to face spaces with digital platforms to facilitate communication among members and registration of exchanges. NFPSE and their related ICT Platforms is a powerful tool which can connect Elder Persons with their communities, making them to be more active and integrated. SHARING-ACTIVE is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences (attitudes, skills, knowledge) of EPs and their Communities, about how to enhance AA through NFPSE through an innovative training program The project has the next specific objectives: • To raise awareness and motivate the full collective around EPs about their capacity and potential for participating in the Community and deliver added value. • To transfer knowledge and guidelines to EPs about collaborative models and supporting ICT Platforms. • To transfer knowledge and guidelines to Communities about how to engage EPs in such collaborative models. • To develop Digital Skills of EPs for exploiting ICT Platforms supporting NFPSE. In order to cover the needed competences, the Consortium includes 6 partners with the next main competences: • 4 entities working in the field of AA and ICT Literacy of EPs (POLIBIENESTAR, IAT, E-SENIORS, IED), involving a big collective of persons, families and professionals. In addition, IED is specialized in the development of e-Training Platforms (IED) • 1 Research Centre (FORBA)and 1 consultancy company specialized in SE (COERH) • All partners have experience in Social Innovation and Training Through the execution of this Project the next results will be obtained; • Co-Created Methodological Guide will be developed, with the direct participation of End Users (Elder Persons and their Communities) with the main objective of determining the key contents, methodologies and ICT Platforms needed for creating and improving the critical competences of Elder Persons and their Communities for increasing their Active Ageing through Non-for-Profit Sharing Economy • Training Materials for creating and improving the critical competences of Elder Persons and their Communities for increasing their Active Ageing through Non-for-Profit Sharing Economy • Designed Experiential Training Activities for enhancing the practical and experiential training of Elder Persons and their Communities in implementation of Non-for-Profit Sharing Economy for Active Ageing purposes, including the optimal and oriented exploitation of aforementioned Training Materials within real environments. • Development of an e-Training Platform, including awareness, training contents and references or links to existing ICT Sharing Economy Platforms solutions for facilitating the implementation of Non-for-Profit Sharing Economy approaches, concepts and tools for Active Ageing purposes. • Creation of 4 SHARING-ACTIVE UNITS in the entities of the Consortium directly involved in Active Ageing in order to ensure the sustainable exploitation of the project after the project lifetime. • Development of Dissemination Actions addressed to the European collective related to Elder Persons. VALIDATION ACTIONS will be organized on each country, based on the practical implementation of Training Materials, Designed Experiential Activities and e-Training Platform, involving about 40 persons, including Elder Persons and their communities. Emergence of community dynamics and the use of ICTs are main agents of transformation guiding the Sharing Economy. It´s accompanied by a conceptual transformation that sees the collaborative work or participatory consumption as an important potential source of employment in the coming years, giving access to the labour market for those who have failed in finding a job through conventional ways.New Forms of Employment have also emerged characterized by unconventional work patterns and places of work or by the irregular provision of work that have transformed the traditional one-to-one relationship between employer and employeeOBJECTIVESThe project has achieved the most of the objectives initially pursuedMain objective of the project was to increase the competences of Long Term Unemployed Persons and Young Work Seekers, and Human Resources (HR) Directors or Technicians, about how to exploit the Sharing Economy and New Forms of Employment to increase Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship opportunities. The expected impact of the project is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and contribute to the creation of safer and healthier workplaces by providing innovative instruments for work-related stress management and prevention.<< Implementation >>The objectives of the project will be achieved by implementing a number of activities with the main aim to determine the real needs of the end users. Based on this, the most important outcome of the project will be created - the StressOut Training Course, to help them build up the skills and competences they need for healthier mental wellbeing and resilience. At the end, all results will be embedded in the innovative StressOut mobile application.<< Results >>A Policy Recommendations Report, meant to provide an impetus for a EU-wide action on work-related stress prevention & management will be created. Training course on Stress Prevention & Management, Stress Assessment Tool and First Aid Kit will be also developed to provide skills and tools for healthier mental wellbeing, facilitated by innovative mobile application. Stress Awareness Days will be also organised, to engage stakeholders and raise awareness to the project and its topic.

The APPETITE Project’s objective was developing training and practical education on enduring business models among an innovative training course addressing on experienced agri-food entrepreneurs and youth seeking for new work opportunities.APPETITE project focused development of a training aimed at awareness rising of experienced agri-food entrepreneurs about their need for adaptation and innovation to make a transition toward a sustainable business model; development of new competences for youth and unemployed to apply innovation and sustainable schemes to the agri-food sector.For this reason, project partners developed the learning journey in the project. The classification of the training contents in the 3 parts of the training course (Discovery, Incubation, Acceleration) and 1 part for optional (Transversal) developed structure of the course and allocation of the topics through ideas about how business models were created based in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. According to partner’s decision, the structure of the training course created the same for entrepreneurs and youths, but the contents of the course were different. Within this scope, under O1-A1 and O2-A1 (Researching course modules) were distributed training subjects to all partners by the leaders. Under O1-A2 and O2-A2 (Creation of a structured learning journey) learning journey was created. Under O3, the intergenerational contents created the expected dialogue between the two-target group and their collaboration toward sector innovation.The subjects are training activities; Introduction to Sustainability and CSR; Sustainable Development; Agri-food Value Chain 1 (value chain management); Agri-food Value Chain 2 (stakeholder management); Creativity and Innovation Skills; Stakeholder Management (Engagement); Stakeholder Maps and Prioritization Matrix; Sustainability Context Matrix; Business Modelling; Market Analysis (SWOT); Materiality Matrix; Sustainability Report; Action Plan; Change Management. Also, some modules are optional, the trainees have the possibility to improve their skills regarding: Circular economy; Industry 4.0; Globalization; Servitization; Open innovation; Social innovation; Social media and reputation; Cooperation and Team-working skills. Project partner, TATICS, created a project web site and training platform. All the training materials were uploaded the platform on each partners’ own language except Danish (www.appetiteproject.eu). The course contents aimed to test via two technical meetings in the application form; one of them was for the entrepreneurs under O1-A4 activity and the other was for youths under O2-A4 in each partner country. These two meetings were organised together as structure of the learning journey. So, it was decided that this structure would be well-organised and more useful for both entrepreneurs and youths. In the technical meetings, modules of the APPETITE course and functionalities of the platform and the decision that took the consortium to elaborate the course that way were explained during the events. Totally, 26 students, 20 entrepreneurs and 9 stakeholders were attended the technical meetings. Feedbacks were collected from the participants (Annex 1 – Technical Meetings Report).After the completion of all training materials, project partners organised a short-term blended activity (C1) for 5 days in Rome. The main objective of this activity was to test the intergenerational methodology developed APPETITE training and made pilot practice.Students, entrepreneurs and partner representatives, totally 20 participants, were attended the training activity. After the activity, all the participants filled the “Trainee’s competences questionnaire” and “Trainee’s satisfaction questionnaire” for evaluate and give feedbacks according to Validation Methodology. Also, project partners fill the “Trainer’s assessment” forms (Annex 2 – Minutes of C1 activity, Annex 3 - Validation Reports).Then, each country organised Multiplier Events (E) which targets a local territorial scale and FEDACOVA organised the final conference in Valencia, to present the conclusions of the project and to collect the feedbacks. Totally, 104 students, 57 entrepreneurs and 45 stakeholders attended these events; with extra 8 project partners participation to final conference (Annex 4 – Report of Local Multiplier Workshops). For the project sustainability and long-term impact, Exploitation Plan and Collaboration Agreement was prepared by SETBİR. After the project completion, the new competences and supporting Learning Management System will be completely developed, and maintenance activities will be sustained after the project end so that the delivered outputs can generate the expected positive impacts and spin-offs on the target groups (Annex 5 – Exploitation Plan and Collaboration Agreement).
