<< Objectives >>As far as climate, social, economical and political change of mountain areas is concerned, AFRAT and Fondazione Montagna Sicura propose this project with the aim of understanding better the impact that climate change has on those who practice a profession in mountain areas. New professional training courses will allow participants to improve their knowledge on ecological transition, to adapt themselves and their practice in a context that has been strongly affected by climate change.<< Implementation >>1 The production of a transalpine inventory on the evolutions of the professions linked with mountain areas and the evolutions of the professional training courses.2 Sharing the inventory with the organization of a multiplier event opened to professionals, trainers and public institutions of the two territories.3 The organization of two collaborative workshops in order to write guidelines for the creation of different training courses referred to the evolutions previously detected.<< Results >>The main results will be:-the formalization of a transalpine inventory concerning the evolutions of the territories, the professions and the training system. This deliverable will allow partners to understand better the impacts of climate change on the professional education system.-the redaction of guidelines for the creation of professional training courses that will be able to accommodate the new labour market needs on the two sides of Alps.
