It aims to enable adults to perform digital public services independently and integrate into the social process by increasing their digital competences. On the other hand, it is aimed to benefit equally from the opportunities and opportunities offered by the digital world.<< Implementation >>In our project, a Digital Competency Scale will be developed to determine in which subjects adult individuals are deficient and to what extent. The data will be analyzed after the digital competence scale is applied to adults enough to ensure reliability. As a result of the data analysis, it will be determined on which subjects a training program should be made and a training program will be prepared for these needs. The training program will be uploaded to digital platforms.<< Results >>With the help of the developed scale, the real needs of adult individuals will be revealed. However, the developed scale will be uploaded to digital platforms free of charge for scientists to use. With the preparation of the training program, adults will have the chance to develop their digital competencies by using them either by themselves or by their trainers. Individuals with increased proficiency will be able to prevent negative situations by ensuring their digital security.
