    The project “European Youth Work Academy” was implemented by CET Platform in Belgrade, Serbia during October, 2015 – October, 2016. It has included 3 activities with 29 participants on each of them. The participants were coming from 24 partner organisations from Erasmus+ Programme countries and Western Balkans. Objectives of the project refer to the objectives and needs of involved organisations, target group – youth workers and staff of involved organisations, EU policies, problems and issues of countries of involved organisations and general objectives of Erasmus+, specific objectives of youth activities of Erasmus+ and aims of Capacity Building Projects. Three training courses that were implemented during the project are:Training of Management (TOM) that has gathered 29 participants, staff of youth organisations, and provided them with knowledge and experience related to fund rising, project management, communication with young people and inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, along with the space for project planning within Erasmus+ and other funds. This activity provided organisations with time and space to exchange examples of good practice and work on strategic partnership plan, as well prepared for another stages of the project including following mobility activities, follow up, dissemination and evaluation. This activity has also had elements of partnership building projects. Training of Management took place during 30/11/2015 – 07/12/2015 in Belgrade, Serbia.Training of Leaders (TOL) involved future or youth workers with limited experience that are and will be in charge in their organisations for working directly with young people in local community or on international projects, including youth exchanges. The activity prepared participants to plan and implement youth exchanges, provide high quality work as youth leaders on youth exchanges, able to recognize and ensure support to young people with fewer opportunities in order to enable their undisturbed participation and involvement in activities. Training of Leaders (TOL) took place during 12/02/2016 – 19/02/2016 in Belgrade, Serbia.Training of Trainers (TOT) has involved more experienced youth workers and staff from partner organisations in order to provide them with trainers skills and knowledge that will be used in sustainable education of other youth workers and young people about topics concerned with youth organisations and their activities and cooperation. Along with practical work, trainers have gained knowledge about trainer’s skills, tools such as Compass, Salto, T-Kit, and ETC Competence Model, UK NA Trainers portfolio, etc. Training of Trainers (TOT) took place during 22/04/2016 – 29/04/2016 in Belgrade, Serbia.

    """Training on European Values and Active Citizenship"" was the multiple action activity with the participation of 8 partner organisations from Western Balkans (Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania) and Programme countries (Poland, Croatia, Turkey, Romania).According to the current issues, identified needs of participants, participating organisations and local community, as the main objectives of the project were named the following: - to educate young workers about the history and concept of European values;- to research the situation, attitude, the key values of the participating countries, and the needs of local communities;- to develop methods and tools for European values education;- to promote the importance of European values on a local, national, and European levels;- to support social inclusion of people with fever opportunities;- to foster cooperation between organizations in the field of youth;- to raise the capacities of NGOs in the field of non-formal education;- to promote the European Programmes, particularly the Erasmus+ Programme, recognition of non-formal education, and transnational mobility programs for youth.The project included two types of activities:1. Mobility activity. A training course with the participation of 24 youth workers from 8 partner organisations hosted by CET Platform Montenegro. During this activity, participants have improved their knowledge on the topic of European values, and also develop their own tools for working with young people. The activity took place in Bečići, Montenegro, during 16-24th of March, 2018.2. Capacity-building activities. Those were local workshops that were planned by participants during the mobility activities and later implemented in their local communities with the support of partner organisations. The aim of the local activities was to transfer the knowledge that participants have gained during the training course to young people in the participating countries, and also to apply the newly created tools in the activities of the organisations. It has also increased participants’ skills as youth trainers and developed their expertise. The local activities have took place in the participating countries in April – May, 2018."

    """Leaders of Future' is capacity building activity involving 8 partner organizations from Western Balkans and programme countries, gathered around the need to assure sustainability of international component of their work, by improving competences and supporting learning of 24 youth leaders and youth workers of the new generation. The objectives of the projects will be achieve through 3 mobility activities - a training course for leaders and organizers of international youth activities (in Albania) for 32 participants, as well as two youth exchanges (in Albania and FYROM) which will gather in total of 82 young people. These youth exchanges represent the practical phase for participants from the training course, and an opportunity for them to put their newly obtained competences into practice, by leading groups of young people and helping them tackle on-going European problems regarding refugee crisis and xenophobia. Another aim of the project is to create an Internet portal for exchange, learning and support, as well as mentorship process for participants in the project, but also other young people who are willing to create and implement a youth exchange in future. Further visibility of the project, dissemination of its results and outputs will be achieved through large-scale final youth event, that will gather all partners, participants and other youth organizations, institutions, networks and public authorities in Balkan area This project strives to achieve long-term and sustainable support for new generation of youth leaders and youth workers in partner organizations and as such will serve as an example of good practice and starting point for advocacy for greater support to other capacity building programs for youth workers."

    The main aim of the project is to improve the employability and competences of young people in partner organization through youth work and non-formal educational methods. The RAISE (Raising the Advantages of Youth through Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship ) project will involve three activities:- Training of Trainers on Entrepreneurship Education, notably the See a Game Manual and Living Lab methodology, A Youth Exchange for young people to experience entrepreneurship education in an intercultural, Seminar for youth workers and entrepreneurship educators, focusing on exchange of good practice and identifying solutions to common challenges. The proposed detailed objectives, having been drafted jointly by consortium members, correspond fully with the main project aim. Specific objectives of the project are: - Developing youth workers’ social entrepreneurship skills, including exchanging experience of young people’s entrepreneurship initiatives implemented for the benefit of their communities and their peers, using the ‘See a Game’ handbook and the Living Lab methodology – the ToT course will focus on how to use the manual, what competences are used etc. - Developing youth workers’ innovation skills – the project will be based on innovative and creative non-formal activities, including games and social theatre- Fostering a sense of responsibility and initiative in young people through social entrepreneurship and innovation – we will discuss active citizenship principles and practice and how social entrepreneurship can help young people to address local and European problems- Building a network of organisations and projects developing innovation and social entrepreneurship using ‘See a Game’, Living Labs concept and opportunities presented by the Erasmus+ Programme – we will present Erasmus+ Youth, assist participants in developing projects and also help in networkingThe project directly links with a key Erasmus+ objective – youth employability.     H(Youth)MANITY aims to raise awareness of European citizenship and European values, against Euro scepticism, radicalization and violence, by promoting solidarity towards crisis immigration in the EU; by empowering youth workers and youth leaders in the field of prevention of radicalization and extremism among young people by analyzing local realities, exchanging practices and developing sustainable activities aimed at promotion of culture of peace. Through a training course, two youth exchanges as its practical phase, following objectives will be achieved: Know European values and analyze how they materialize in Europe;• To analyze and discuss the responses of each country to the refugee crisis and increased immigration policies and support mechanisms that the EU offers immigrants and refugees;• Share Opinions and experienced by participants in situations of exclusion in similarity to the experiences of immigrants and refugees;• To campaign against xenophobia in social networks to promote European values, the integration of migrants and refugees;• To increase amount of quality projects in the field of peace building; To foster and improve transnational cooperation through staff and youth workers exchange, through innovation and the exchange of good practices in the area of combating and preventing extremism and radicalization against migrants; to increase the competences of youth workers in the field of prevention of radicalisation and violent extremism; to enhance international dimension of youth activities by planning cross-border actions focussing on intercultural dialogue as a counterbalance for extremism and radicalization; to empower youth workers and NGOs involved in the project to become stronger actors for current problematic and to contribute to the resolution of the crisis through youth work and promotion of culture of peace;• Increase leadership capacities of 45 youth leaders and youth workers and equip them with competences needed to successfully mobilise young people in their community and motivate them for active participation in international youth projects and activities;• Increase capacities of organisations participating in the project for tackling important issues of young people;• Enable sharing of different experience, good practice examples, tools and methods during mobility activities;• Foster mutual understanding of certain topics among youth from different cultures, promote intercultural learning and support youth organisations in strenghtening international and intercultural aspect of their work;• Provide space for networking and developing mutual projects and strategic cooperation between youth organizations form Western Balkan and programme countries (also improving sense of initiative);• Promote Erasmus + as a tool for European cooperation in the youth field, increasing of youth mobility and fostering their intercultural learning.
