"The aim of this project was to find common solutions among partner countries how to carry out properly educational (general education and professional competences development), social rehabilitation and psychological programs for prisoners, also to release the official major publication, containing the accumulated experience of international educators. Also an important part of the project was the teaching perspectives of foreigners, guidelines and strategies, which as the immigration grows and the amount of refugees in Europe keeps drastically rising, become more and more important in refugee centers, as well as in prisons. Another aspect – was to investigate personal connections between inmates and their families, because this is the most important thing if we are trying to succeed in social rehabilitation program. Successful communication among partners and sharing best practice and learning from difficulties that others has faced allow teachers, social workers and vocational training personnel to create a favorable environment for all socially vulnerable parties to integrate successfully into society and become a valuable part of it. Such point of view can help to protect the rights of people living in Europe to education and social security. The pivot of the project — partners efforts to learn how to create and/or improve the learning environment without discriminatory treatment to people with other nationalities or prisoner statuses. The equal cooperation among all the partners in all phases of the project helped to achieve this goal in different forms: the environment in the foreigners classes woukd be more friendly, if educators would pay the attention to the advices that we give in our final product ""Teacher's guide"", because in this publishment we were focusing on many different aspects of communication between our students, who usually are with various living experiences, that came from different backgrounds.. The collaboration of partner countries helped us to create the training, education and re-socialization guide for imprisoned people. The international experiences that are collected in this teaching guide allow successfully gain knowledge and improve the adults teaching skills in many areas of professionals working in prisons. Each partner country’s active proceeding in the project made a majour influence creating and systematizing the existing experiences into one publishment and it also gave to the project a nodge in the field of preparation of the imprisoned persons for life in freedom. This dedication will not only make the impact nationally, but also internationally."

"The objectives of the two-years project E.U. - COUNTRY ARTISANS have arisen directly from the general and specific objectives of the Erasmus+ programme. Project is in the line with the EU Parliament Resolution of 16 January 2008 on adult education, entitled “It’s never too late to learn (2007/2114 (INI))” which is a pledge to promote adult learning programmes. Considering the importance which the EU gives to education and training has been essential unlocking the potential of people, regardless the age or the background, partnership realised the project designed to follow the identified needs at the organizational level and the social needs identified at the national / regional levels. The idea to prepare and implement the project was created thanks to the identified need of adult training in the area of entrepreneurship and crafts at the EU dimension. The main objective was to strengthen and expand the competences of adults in entrepreneurship education, to enable people to find new entrepreneurial opportunities at the field of handmade production and crafts. For this purpose, the partners have identified the potential existing in the area of crafts and established ways to improve the social life of target groups. Through project we pooled two social categories of adults who practice traditional crafts at hobby or subsistence to those who want to learn these trades and to develop their own business by selling handmade products. Project was implemented within the partnership of four organizations. Co-ordinator the Educational Association, z.s. is non-profit association which aim is developing of the open educational society, information, consultation and guidance activities in the framework of the lifelong learning. They cooperate with wide range of local and international partners –especially in educational (schools, local and national educational authorities), business – association as direct organisations and other stakeholders. The project therefore helped partners to provide further and better services to their main target group, i.e. unemployed people at all ages and with all kinds of qualification. All the planned activities were implemented. The project was successful and met the predefined expectations. All target groups have reported on positive impact and that general awareness and understanding of entrepreneurship education are increased. We identified potential on crafts existing in specific regions / countries and established ways to improve the social life of target groups. THE ONLINE PLATFORM (www.euartisans.eu) is used to support established networking of craftsperson at EU level and pool together artisans and their craft products for commercial purposes; in the end, to improve their standard of living. This platform also includes the training programme/ course MY BUSINESS. An entrepreneurship course was developed in order to train adults practicing traditional crafts as a hobby or for a living and those who want to learn these trades to eventually develop their own business selling handmade products but lack basic details related to entrepreneurial topics. Alongside the entrepreneurship course, the HANDICRAFT CATALOGUE has been developed in order to bring together all the information regarding arts and crafts, traditional fairs and exhibitions in the countries involved at project, folk and tradition museums, the historical background and local artisans relevant for each country. The last products which aim was to facilitate learning of traditional techniques wide public, are I LEARN A CRAFT courses - Blue printing, Tablet weaving, Romanian blouse, known as ""ia and Birch Bark. As a result of the projects, a wide audience of artisans and handmade makers have been informed about the importance of entrepreneurial spirit in crafts in an attractive and interesting way. This contributes to raised awareness among artisans of entrepreneurship education and activities in the field of crafts. The purpose of this project was to support ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION in VET, EQF 3 in countries involved (CR, AT, LV, PT). According to the Lisbon strategy for growth and employment and Entrepreneurship 2020 Action Plan, issued in 2013, Europe needs to stimulate entrepreneurial mindsets among young people. Education in countries involved pays attention to entrepreneurship education especially in secondary schools with economic focus so far. The 2006 European Framework on Key Competences for LLL supports the acquisition of key competences including entrepreneurship competences and transversal skills such as creativity and critical thinking by all young people. We have focused on promoting this idea at VET schools and have supported the acquisition of those competences especially by pupils in EQF 3 level. First of all, it recommended, in terms of creativity, innovation and risk-bearing capacity to plan and manage projects. Sense is also in changing attitudes to entrepreneurship such as with all social, commercial and political aspects, especially in Eastern European economies. Our project encouraged exchange of experiences as well developing corresponding intellectual outputs in the area of the entrepreneur education. Effective and enthusiastic teachers/trainers are the most important factor contributing to student achievements. On the other hand most of teachers/trainers have not any experience with entrepreneurship and ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION is not yet included systematically in training programmes for teachers/ trainers in countries involved in the project. THE OBJECTIVE of the project was to provide teachers/trainers with the adequate competences to teach entrepreneurship. Teachers/ trainers gained experience from foreign partners, which are reflected in other ways and habits, characteristics of the country. They became familiar with the partner countries, the ways of doing business and part of the knowledge was used in their activities in practise. The project was realized within partnership of FOUR PROJECT PARTNERS. Educational Association, z.s. (CR), coordinator of the project, is non-profit association which aim is developing of the open educational society, information, consultation and guidance activities in the framework of the lifelong learning. The project partners have realized the analysis of the situation in the area of the entrepreneurship education in the countries involved (O1 - THE STATE OF PLAY REPORT OF EACH COUNTRY). On the basis of this report was created a specific training program for teachers/trainers of secondary vocational schools and vocational schools in entrepreneurship education (O2 - TRAINING COURSE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION OF TEACHERS/TRAINERS). This course consists of 5 modules (60 lessons). The next step was pilot testing of this training course and developing of the report from pilot testing. O3 - OER PLATFORM is an environment of knowledge and news from entrepreneurship education, there are documents and news from EU countries and projects, teachers/trainers can find “everything” in one place. OER platform includes also link to the moodle course for teachers/trainers (O2) as well teaching materials or Analytic report (O1).
