MGs are an opportunity to learn in an operational and managerial context, really similar to a firm. The participants from the five European countries, which have been chosen as representative of quite different economic areas in our continent, simulate the creation of a company that should operate as a real firm in a real European framework (laws, constitution, competitiveness, business plan, marketing, etc.). Future European citizens should get to know different countries' legislation and economical policies. Besides, taking part in activities carried out in firms and companies abroad, should teach them to operate and work in an international framework. This could help them to get used to their possible transnational mobilities once looking for a job. By mocking the business world, this experience enhances the collaborations between school and both local societies and organizations. Through MGs, a formative process is developed, not only within classrooms, but also in a social-economical context, adapting itself to the students’ personalities and skills. The main activities and their outputs will include: - three transnational project meetings (kick off, mid term and final) all of these meeting objectives were met and completed culminating in another joint project application. - analysis of theoretical aspects (national and international laws ,apps and games for mobiles, environment and development languages) - this activity was completed in Italy 2019. All partner agree that it was a successful contribution to the overall project. - conferences with experts of the different issues dealt with (international law, computers, advertising, web communication, business consultants and administration). Most of the conferences were achieved during the project, only those that were disrupted by Covid restrictions were not applicable. - visits to places of interest (a national Chamber of Commerce,a firm selling software, a local firm producing software, a company creating websites) - this criteria was met at the meetings that took place thought the project. Only in instances where there was unforeseeable disruption to meetings was this not completed i.e., the website was meant to be completed during the fifth meeting. - creation of a business plan, both in its descriptive part and in its quantity part - this was achieved before and during the third meeting with the Spanish partner in October 2019. - creation of the product and writing of an instruction handbook - This was achieved before and during the meeting in Iceland in May 2019. - creation of a web site - as already noted, this was not achievable because the students were unable to attend the meeting in Finland in late 2020 due to Covid restrictions and other time constraints. - writing of an advertising campaign (billboards, flyers, banners, videos), its translation in the different languages and its adjustment to the different national markets - this was unachievable as it was meant to occur in spring 2020 in the Netherlands. Again, this wasn't completed to the Covid restrictions and time constraints. Our MG project aims at the personalization of the learning strategies. As a consequence, the main strategies of our MG are role playing, problem solving, learning by doing, selflearning, cooperative learning and peer collaboration.. By means of the above mentioned strategies, this project aims at including, along with students with a regular school curriculum, other types of pupils, e.g.: students with less attitude at studying, affected by attention and specific learning disorders, disadvantaged ones (economic or social problems of their families, etc.). The target is made of two groups of students: - a number of directly involved students, attending different courses of the partners' high schools, including disadvantaged subgroups. These pupils will participate in mobilties and in all steps of the creation of the mock firm. - a larger number of indirectly involved students, that will take advantage of the work of their peers to enrich their skills and curriculum, both during the period of the project and later on. Indeed, the project is meant to be analysed and used by future pupils in our schools as well. The results expected from the whole project are: - Increased interest in the less motivated students leading to a possible decrease of ESL.

Stein in Gavirate (Italy), Skofiska Gimnasija in Vipava (Slovenia) and IES San Isidoro in Sevilla (Spain). We will analyse and debate with the students about the school and jobs systems of the partner countries as well as their social inclusion policies or the issues of E.U. citizenship, gender issues.. This way, we hope that, in developing a growing awareness of the political, social... issues, we will contribute to their knowledge of the E.U. and build a real European citizenship in our schools and a new generation of European actors.Students will come from 5 high schools for 5 international meetings. They will prepare each mobility by studying -with the help of their teachers and with other students- the current topic characteristics in their country, then they will meet, exchange, compare... with the help of experts. Reports will be drawn in the form of oral presentations to classes, special issues and articles in the schools newspapers and other supports (videos, exhibitions). Coming back, they will communicate with their fellow students and- when possible- with students from neighbouring schools, on what they learnt during the activities, and so increase the number of interested parties. Students will develop their communications skills: preparing and delivering speeches, organising debates and interviews, reporting..., increase their interest in the E.U and discover the cultural treasures of the partner countries while improving their practice of the English language. We hope this project will be an example of what cooperation, good will and personal involvement can achieve and so reinforce the European Identity and Institutions."

The aim of the project is to raise the level of key competences and skills, especially the ability to speak mother tongue and German language, which are permanent elements of our cultural heritage and thanks to those to we want to awake an interest among young people from Europe and their local communities, in issues of national and ethnic minorities and promoting tolerance, openness and empathy towards representatives of other cultures. In this project, the students will discover cultural heritage of national and ethnic minorities not only in form of tangible materials such as buildings, monuments, clothing, artefacts, historical and archaeological sites in the area; but also intangible ones those very well known and those already forgotten or entirely unknown such as customs, expressions, knowledge, abilities and oral traditions and through the proces of digitalization (videos, records, images) together with the acquisition of journalistic skills to revive them and save from oblivion. The active involvement of the young people in interactive workshops, simulation games, preparation of city presentations and exhibitions, creation of photobooks and interactive guides, project will make local communities aware that national and ethnic minorities living in our neighborhood in various historical periods have significantly contributed to shaping the cultural heritage of our regions. All activities have been planned so that the direct and indirect participants of the project, during each local and international activity, acquire and deepen basic and key skills, in particular the ability to communicate in a foreign language, use of TIC, the ability to consciously use the media and acquire knowledge about regional heritage. Participants will gradually learn the secrets of journalism. They will learn what the journalist's work is all about, how information is built, what distinguishes the gossip from the news, what journalistic ethics is and how to critically receive the media message. They explore the ability to ask difficult questions and conduct interviews, take part in photo workshops and improve their ability to write articles. At the final stage of the project, they will create an inter-school editorial and set up an online newspaper in which they will publish their articles, photos and interviews, also after the end of the project. Discovering the significance of European cultural heritage will contribute not only to raising awareness of common history and values, and to strengthening the sense of belonging to the European community and social integration, but also helps to develop the initiative and entrepreneurship of young people, which will lead to the development of skills necessary for later professional activity. The application of a holistic approach to learning languages based on diversity, learning and applying innovative teaching methods by teachers and including teaching digital skills in curricula will be the key to counteract the poor performance of writing skills in both a foreign language and native language. The project will have a positive long-lasting effect on all participating schools; the teachers and students will benefit from the project by improvement of ICT skills, flexibility of the pedagogical framework and internalisation of the schools.
