The dangers which threaten the students’ wellbeing during their studies are rather well identified: emotional or financial difficulties in the family environment, lack of exercise and excessive consumption of junk food, disconnection from nature, addiction to digital technologies, sexual and moral harassment etc. However, wellbeing is a priority for students to be able to feel happy and succeed at school. Some tools to improve this wellbeing exist and the goal of this project is to exchange some practices experimented in the 4 school partners: Turkey, France, Romania and Poland. In each school, around 30 students, aged 15-18 and 6 to 9 teachers will take part in the mobilities.Through activities done during transnational meetings, complemented with others via the e-Twinning website, the students and the teachers will discover and exchange some simple practices which contribute to empowering wellbeing: sports activities often connected to nature, training on healthy diet, discovering the benefits of drama practices, raising awareness of sexual harassment and violence at school and of the mechanism of addiction to digital technologies and initiation into meditation. From a methodological point of view, a lot of activities are designed to be done in international groups, in collaboration, in order to develop foreign language (English, French) and group work skills of the participants. Moreover, this project will give the opportunity to promote an opening to Europe in the 4 partner schools, which is absolutely necessary to fight against falling back on nationalist identity and to develop a sense of feeling of European citizenship. Several impacts are expected. Among them, more self-confidence, better health, more open-mindedness to the others for the students, a motivation to develop some new practices for the teachers, better ability, skills and experience to develop European projects for the schools. Some concrete indicators will allow us to assess the impact of the project on the participants. The content of the activities will be disseminated through different media, such as the TwinSpace of the project (Empower students'wellbeing).Through this project, we have the ambition to motivate everybody to use and develop the trails initiated in the activities. This will modestly help to make the school atmosphere more peaceful and to stimulate the pleasure of learning and teaching.

"In The Declaration of Paris, published in April 2018, a group of intellectuals and university professors studied the political and social state of Europe, and what it means to be European. Their conclusion was that we are facing a collapse of the cultural heritage due to deception, guilty feelings and fear of self affirmation. The members of this project, High school teachers from the Czech Republic, France, Italy and Romania aim at allowing students to discover the different faces of Europe. The project : ""Discovering Europe - yours, mine and ours"" will show that Europe is a melting pot but at the same time each member should thrive on their diversity. Our schools cater to students of different horizons, so this project will be a great opportunity to promote social inclusion as well as cultural diversity and exchanges. Social economic factors will be studied and we will reflect on gender equality in the different territories, culture, the history of Men and places. Thus, all the schools get a better awarenesses of European Cultural Patrimony .Our students will develop transversal skills, language fluency, ITC and art skills that will make them become the best they can be in one or more of those fields.About one hundred students will exchange their productions in French (in English if need be); These will be based on pair work, personal work or group activities. The aim will be to help partner students discovering one another territory and tell about their experiences as young Europeans. These activities will allow less dropouts and reduce social inequalities and promote European Exchanges, because partners will be interested in building more connections outside their countries. The very fact, that they are talking with native speakers will trigger their desire to learn more and better. This project aims at :- Promoting French use in Europe- increasing students's fluency in French (and English when used as a vehicular language)- Developing tolerance, fight discriminations and xenophobia - Discovering the patrimony of one's own culture and other places in Europe, including overseas territories - Curving school dropouts and fight against illiteracies - Learning to learn with technology and learning to use information- Allowing young Europeans to meet their peers in different parts of Europe, sharing their experiences whether similar or not- Developing artistic, computer, and cultural skills for a better employability This project will increase our potential to perform efficient team building activities within our schools, local authorities and partnerships with local and international companies. It will enable us to take up new challenges in our teaching methods. .Students will benefit from this exposure to become European leaders, since it's been proven that participationg in an Eramus+ projject, increase employabilty."

Adolescence is a decisive period in life. A teenager has continuous ups and downs, mood swings and insecurities caused by a wide range of situations: poor marks at school, social exclusion, discovery and acceptance of their own sexuality, lack of self esteem, personal appearance, relationship issues, etc. For this reason we will propose that groups of students aged 15 to 18 participate in this project. Every centre participating in the project will select their own students following their own pre-determined criteria, aiming to make them as objective as possible. To give the best results, the number of participants will be limited. Although this will depend on the size of each school, we would like to include 60-90 pupils in the activities, limiting the number in every trip to 6 students accompanied by 2 teachers. With the “Learning in Peace” project we express our will to highlight the problem of violence at our schools, especially where it stems from the use of social media because this is more difficult to identify and therefore more dangerous as it is less visible and in most cases it is kept secret out of a sense of shame. Teachers, families and students must become aware of the different types of violence in order to be able to create a safe learning environment, and to prevent and combat antisocial behaviour, reduce the rate of academic failure, reinforce self-esteem and prevent suicide. We are aware that this problem can only be solved by a plan which includes all the agencies involved in it: the educational establishment and our society in general, including teaching staff and families, but above all, the students themselves, who have an important role in the eradication of these harmful practices and attitudes. We will address the risks of the internet and social media; we will enlist the help of qualified professionals (police, psychologists, etc) to demonstrate different approaches to the problem through talks and presentations. We’ll guide our students in their investigations and creations. We’ll offer fun educational activities and we will promote contact between participants of the 5 involved countries confident that we are laying the foundations for a better learning environment. The Project will offer useful products and materials about the topic we are working on, such as brochures, videos, theatre roleplays, games, etc. These materials will made available on the ETwinning space created for this project and which will have the same name: “Learning in Peace”. However, the most important expected outcome of this project will be the most difficult to quantify: both teachers and students will find new motivation and energy for classroom innovation, we will also benefit from cultural and linguistic enrichment, an improvement of our digital skills and a unique experience. The “Learning in Peace” project is part of the curriculum of every school involved and of a number of our complementary projects and other activities. Information about our participation, how it is financed, the aims and the activities to achieve them, will be included in our school syllabus. We think that extending the project to surrounding areas, publicizing it to our society via the media is essential because our long-term objective is to change the mentality of our society towards violence in the school environment, an underestimated problem which marks many lives.

« To be or not to be addicted ? that is the question ! Am-I ? » is a project born from the common and known concern to understand better what is at stake with addictions, their consequences on our young population, teenagers mostly. By awakening our teenagers to the inherent mechanisms which « imprison » them and to the numerous and diverse consequences, often dreadful and painful, whether it be on a psychological, physical or social point of view, they are subjected to, we also wish to fight one negative and important result of addictions ; school drop-out which is most of the time the outcome of their consumption. An internal study and survey made in 2019 in our school showed this topic was at the core of most of our issues. We decided to open that topic on a large scale and we created and filed this project on e-twinning which enabled us to find and cooperate with 5 European partners who were thrilled at the idea of this theme and eager to answer and work on this project for the same reasons ; fighting shcool drop-out, promoting the European spirit, awakening our teenagers to their European citizenship which they tend to ignore or neglect, and to practice languages (French and English) ; This topic is the cement of our virtual cooperation first and maybe more !. Our main objectives are :-To awaken to the mechanisms and consequences of addictions in our modern society-To find the means to fight addictions-To develop transversal and interdisciplinary skills-To use the I.T tools -To exchange on our methods and share experience to improve our common skills-To awaken to their European citizenship-To promote integration and mobility-To awaken to the cultural differences and to the respect of other cultures-To develop the « European feeling » (being part of Europe)-To promote our students’ skills and social and professional integrationThe students will all be of the same age (13 to 19 years old) and from diverse fields of study. The French coordinating school is a vocational school training and forming students in the professional fields of sales and marketing, electrotechnics and logistics. The other European partners are either technical schools, general schools and vocational schools. They will bring diversity which will also be a force for this project. It will imply students, various social and professional organisations to manage and understand the addictions and the apprehensions they create in order to promote a common message of prevention. We will confront the different views and ways of living, the analysis and common critics will put an emphasis results which will be exposed and validated by professionals. In the end, these activities and common works will enable our students to become more responsible, more independent and more respectful of their well-being and of their body and mind, to broaden their state of mind and to increase their self-esteem by sharing and confronting with others. We will edit our productions on various supports for everyone to consult ; families, institutions and medias. The results will be posted on the e-twinning and Erasmus platforms. They will be fed with the productions as we get on with the activities. To reach these objectives, we plan activities on a two-year period. This experience will definitely benefit everyone and will open up new perspectives for our students.

VISConti is a network of 17 partner organisations from 9 countries including 3 universities, 7 VET schools, one network of schools, one association of professionals in education management, one policy maker, one IT company and three organisations engaged in research and promotion in industry. It is a partnership that has come together to create a virtual working space for structured interaction between students and teachers of science related subjects and IT and science professionals from industry. The project has developed and tested web based tools for the assessment of projects by students in VET that were then developed into a tool for use in a community of practice for creativity in science and IT, both in education and in industry. VISConti has introduced a new approach and a new methodology for the generation and presentation of ideas or projects. It provides tools that teachers will use to assess the technical viability, economic potential and scientific creativity of project ideas, as a new model for assessment of student projects and other co-created outputs. VISConti has created a community of practice in which students, teachers and professionals in science or IT build their own professional profiles and work their way towards better employability and mobility, through a structured exercise in sharing ideas and using peer assessment on creativity and viability of ideas in science and technology-based subjects. Members of the VISConti Community of Practice look at each others' projects from the aspects of technical viability, economic potential and scientific creativity using standard tools available to the members of the community.Assessment tools have been designed after field research within the network of partners of VISConti. The Community of Practice and the tools cover diverse geographical areas, in order that methodologies can be adopted and adapted to the precise needs of the target groups. The technological platform facilitates the use of the tools and interaction in the VISConti Community of Practice. It has been developed in a collaborative manner between a VET school and an IT company, in a perfect example of the kind of collaboration that VISConti is designed to create between schools and industry. The partners have benefited from training by experts from education and industry in two training events that provided them with the right orientation towards the creativity and viability aspects of ideas in science and technology. They acquired knowledge about different approaches to creativity and viability and its assessment . They learned about the criteria and right conditions for successful communities of practice such as tthat created by VISConti.Three major multiplier events brought VISConti to the attention of the education community in VET and to players in industry, besides the partnership wide effort to enrol membership of quality in the network and in the VISConti Community of Practice. The events were originally to be organised in conjunction with the Scientix Conference in 2015, but this proved to be impracticable due to the high demand for space at the event, and its timing at the beginning of the VISconti funding period. Alternative fora were provided through the intervention of partners in the network, ensuring ensure a successful synergy and partnership between VET and industry through joint activities in creativity in science, technology and IT.
