This project is run by communities and schools in France, Italy and Spain. CIT'ART is related to the established european network of partners called ""NEUlakes"". It brings together actors located next to lakes and rural areas. Partners therefore share common issues that seek to promote the cultural, social and environmental development of rural areas, often considered as being away from globalization. The CIT'ART project want to dynamize these territories by stimulating a citizen dynamic. The theater scene ""Words & Stones"", which composed the beginning of the project, offers some ideas on the notions of governance, power and citizenship. The project try to invite childrens to develop various actions around these themes. The idea is to generate a better understanding of European governance, the guarantor of democracy on the continent. This project will involve a large number of actors and stakeholders from each territory (pupils, families, elected representatives, associations, etc.) in order to have a strong impact and to create a lasting commitment of young citizens for their territory. Deeply humanistic, CIT'ART aims the intellectual emancipation of young Europeans."

Even if these workshops will be especially focused on training young people to develop artistic and theater projects, these materials (Collected in a manual) will be suitable for any kind of young person who aims to promote him/her own internal development and acquire horizontal competences basic for any kind of position within the labor market and on the professional field.During the project implementation, partner organisations from the three mentioned countries will run together different activities such as:- Coordination meetings on the project partner countries in order to get to know the best practices and local projects related to youth education through arts and theater.- Design, creation, test and publication of a manual for organisations managing projects for young people, who aim to develop their skills and especially those related to the creation and implementation of theater and drama events for personal or professional reasons.- Transnational activities for youth trainers to capacitate them to use the project outputs.- Local activities for learners (young people) interested on improving their personal competences and professional profiles through the use of theater or by creating their own artistic projects and events.- Visibility and multiplier events on each partner country to disseminate the project results. The work of the partnership will give the opportunity to all organisations working with the education of young people through theatre and drama techniques to access to quality and innovative learning materials specifically adapted to their target groups, therefore ensuring that no one becomes a person at risk of social exclusion and promoting their professional and personal growing through local projects and international initiatives related to the theatre field.

After the youth exchange evaluation we could see a need for further development of the workshops and methods around working with mixed groups of people with or without disabilities. All the organisations felt that this was something that they wanted, and needed, to work better with to meet everyone's needs. The learning experience that we received and spread through the event and performances shouldn't stop once it was done. It becomes only an idea if you don't have the tools to implement it. To help other organisations with this process and to start including people with disabilities.<< Objectives >>Objects: Increase youth leaders' knowledge about disabilities, challenges and possibilities. What kind of possibilities you receive when working with people with disabilities and with mixed groups.Creating methods and workshops for youth leaders/teachers to use when working with mixed groups. Increase the young people’s knowledge, based on the Erasmus+ Key action; better awareness of the European project and the EU values, improved learning performance, increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, increased self-empowerment and self-esteem, enhanced intercultural awareness, more active participation in society and increased motivation for taking part in future (formal/non-formal) education or training after the project. To increase people with disabilities ability to take part in workshops.<< Implementation >>The activities the project will implement are the following: Create and develop 10 workshops from each country, each partner using their own expertise. They will have, as a measuring tool, the COD system (Sense of Coherence) to make sure that the workshops are meaningful, comprehensible and manageable. These 10 workshops will be tested in each country in 4 different mixed groups. The mixed groups will give feedback for developing the workshops further if needed. There will be one training course held in Spain for youth leaders/teachers, 4 from each country (16 total) reprepresenting 16 different associated partners. These youth leaders/teachers will help to spread the project and give valuable feedback to the project's result. The workshops will be transformed into helping tools/online guides using video as a tool. The mixed group will help develop these videos by “acting” and giving feedback. Develop a platform where the project result will be easy to access for youth leaders/teachers. A second training course will be held to implement the workshops/videos into real use at organisations/schools. And help to develop the platform to display the project in the best way. Making it easy, understandable and accessible for everyone. YOUmixit will be spread through 8 multiplier events, 2 in each country.<< Results >>The outcomes that will become reality through YOUmixit project result is:More youth leaders/teachers that can involve people with disabilities into new groups and organisations/schools.People with disabilities getting a richer social and active life. Creating new possibilities for organisations/schools nationally and internationally to develop new activities, projects etc.Making a more acceptable environment in organisations and schools.
