Each partner school will bring to the project their best practices. The main goal is to create a programme which will attempt to integrate mindfulness skills and strategies into today’s classrooms. Also, the project strong foundation is based on promoting health-related attitudes such as proper nutrition and physical exercise in our school communities and beyond. The exchange of experiences and working methods within the project and their expansion by new components (.b - stop breathe and be course for students, mindfulness training for teachers) will facilitate development of a totally innovative educational programme, which will help adolescents handle stress better and respond more skillfully to negative thoughts and emotions. In consequence, their attention skills will increase and learning efficiency will improve. Through the course of this project, our students will develop and enhance a range of entrepreneurial skills and competences that will enable them to be active and successful members and contributors to society and workplace. The project assumes additional goals:- Exchange of good practices and experiences of the staff in shaping attitudes and developing students’ individual abilities-Development of language competences for students and teachers- Professional development of teachers through the exchange of experiences with the staff from the partner school - Development of cooperation skills over cultural and ethnic differences, as well as over communication barriers. Both partners have agreed that the project will organize short- term mobilities attended each year by 12 students from each school. The criteria for their selection will include language skills, the degree of involvement in project activities and students’ initiative. The cooperation between the partners started a few months before the application was completed. The partners have been in contact by Skype and e-mail in order to discuss project actions. During the project the following activities are planned: - 2 international project meetings - 2 short-term mobility activities for students (combined group projects)- at least 8 virtual working (project) meetings for young people - Project management and implementation activities: creation of control tools for time and budget management, budget control and time management, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of project activities and results, evaluation of the achievement of the project objectives and results; mutual sharing of monthly reports- Prevention of potential risks - Ensuring the availability of the project results and the possibility of their use - Dissemination of the project results - Continuation of activities and results after the project funding will have finished. Methods used in the project work include:workshops, training courses, group work, discussions, brainstorming, visits to the partner schools, observation, interviews, activity and documentation analysis. The partners anticipate the achievement of numerous results, described extensively in the application. Here are some of them :- Acquiring new competencies through the exchange of experience with the staff of the partner school- Performing the tasks created by young people in the project (acquiring numerous competences connected with enhancing students’ wellbeing, video clips on healthy lifestyle and physical activities, etc.)- Breaking down communication barriers- Opening up to other cultures- Acquiring entrepreneurial skills-Personal and professional development based on acquired skills-Creation of the programme facilitating learning processes by increasing attention skills and lowering stress levels- Making this programme available to other schools and via the Internet to wider audiences. The impact of the project will be seen through the use of the innovative programme in both partner school and also in other educational institutions. The work on the project will bring long term benefits. The project will raise students’ awareness of the importance of taking responsibility for our own health and life. People who are today’s students will become future leaders in the communities and societies. As future leaders they will promote healthy life style, European cooperation, partnership and integration. In the times of globalization and mass migrations, they will have an influence on the shape and attitudes of the global society at the international level."

Considering the fact that in order to achieve a global change in this matter, we have to start locally and above all start taking small steps to gradually produce a change of mentality that will result in a greater environmental awareness in people’s behaviour. Regarding this premise and taking into account the relevance of the “Fridays for future” demostrations for our students, we have decided, as an educational community, to take these ideas and put them into practice, and thus take small steps from our school towards a global movement. Therefore, we want to create and implement a climate protection plan adapted to each school and each reality. Specifically, this means that five countries (Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey) will participate in the exchanges, in each of them, the host school will propose a measure that can be applied in the school, for example, how to handle with waste separation or how to reduce water consumption or how to foster regional product consumption and so on. During the time between exchanges all schools will test and discuss whether this measure could be applicable to their school and reality. So at the end of the whole project there will be five measures available, of which at least two must be applied in the schools. If possible, the second measure should be taken out of the five available ones. The two measures and their explanation will be brought out in a brochure to be available for the whole school community. In total, about 40 people are going to participate among students and teachers. The exchanges will be extended over a period of 24 months. Communication will be carried out through digital media, e-Twinning and e-mails, that will allow the formation of international teams to do the following activities: exchange on success and problems about the concret measure chosen by the schools. The language used as a means of communication will be English which will lead to improving the language competence among the particpants and to bridging the gap between cultures by using it as a means of communication.

We developed a new approach to the whole education process - provided personal Philosophy-based educational paradigm in the modern school.Achievement:- we developed a common position of the countries on project personal Philosophy-based education based on the selected theories and practices;- we searched and found ways and methods to reduce the gap between different generations of teachers and students to bring their expectations by making the greatest possible breakthrough in schools.2. We involved our students on realistic philosophy as the basis of personality development, learning, socialization, personal career and personal responsibility and commitment for the future.Achievements:- we offered students attractive ways to access with the different personal Philosophy, use it in life. They started to apply that and change and influence the people around them (students, teachers, parents, friends);- together with the students we explored the young generation approach to life and education, personality and learning, freedom and responsibility, their expectations at school. Students and teachers have come to realize that pursuing high goals is a combination of opportunities and needs, philosophy of science and modern lessons. There is a consensus that comprehensive education contributes to the release of intellects and talents, and that a variety of approaches create attractive learning environments and motivation to tackle difficult things;- now part of the students and teachers in our schools from different social groups, gather around common goals based on the philosophy at school and students' philosophy of life;- we created the final activities products that reflect on the three main fields of activities: research, training and self-expression. Some of them are published in Guide book ""Philosophy-based paradigm for a new generation at school"". LINK: https://issuu.com/home/published/philosophy-based_paradigm_for_a_new_generation_at_.3. We achieved synergetic effects in all project activities through the students integration of different social groups (ethnic minorities, immigrants, experiencing social or learning difficulties, etc.).During two years, direct to project we involved more than 300 students and teachers from 5 schools in deifferent countries: Lithuania, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy and Poland. 116 (75 students and 41 teachers) of them participated in international learning, teaching and training meetings in different activities and 28 teachers attended in Transnational meetings. We organized a lot of local activities, most of them - different types of lessons using modern and classical approaches, but with a focus on holistic education and diverse student self-expression. During mobilities students took part in special activities and workshops, such as GIS mapping, Philosophers’ Debate; peer to peer educators; Social Surveys; Performances; Emotional management; Learning strategies; Fiction and Fantasy Stories; Mindfulness-based stress reduction; Paideia/couching in education; Multiple Intelligent as holistic education background; Painting caricatures on pebbles; what's cool at school.AFTER the end of the project we are planning some direction of activities:- use and promote the use Philosophy-based education tools and instruments, new teaching material;- use and promote the use of eTwinning Portal and TwinSpace in direction to project dissemination content. LINK: https://twinspace.etwinning.net/51101/home.These activities will ensure the dissemination of results and using internal resources, including human, intellectual and virtual resources. Teacher motivation for such activities remains very high."

In addition to the aspects of environmental protection as well as the linguistic promotion of the foreign language English, the intercultural competence promotion of the pupils was also in the foreground: through stays in host families, visits to political institutions and discussions with politicians (e.g. Mayor of Klaipeda or a Danish MP) Political efforts to protect the climate also highlight the importance of the European Union and constructive cooperation between partner countries to solve global problems.Through classroom observations and discussions with the teachers, an exchange of the didactic-methodical repertoire of the teachers took place as well as an exchange of how the schools address the big issue of ""environmental protection and climate change"" in their everyday school life. However, also other everyday difficulties that teachers encounter in everyday life were discussed and different approaches of the schools were discussed (e.g. room hygiene or dealing with student delays). The goals and results of the project included:- a photo novel with fictional and real people- Raising awareness among schoolchildren about climate protection and the protection of the Baltic Sea- Development of measures that students and schools can implement to support climate protection- a beach cleaning in Klaipeda- Creation of different project results on the topic (e.g. project logo, water painting, quiz, message in a bottle, theater performance, mathematical models, water studies, assessment of water quality ...)- Visit to museums, scientific institutions and sewage treatment plants, which among other things deal with the consequences of climate changeAround 80 students and 20 teachers took part in the project. The students were aged 14-16 and had different profiles. The majority of the students had at least average knowledge of English, showed willingness to accept guest students at home and expressed interest in the project topic. Some project participants had weaknesses with their spelling and reading skills, had no financial means to travel abroad or had never participated in a student exchange before. The teachers came from almost all departments of the schools. There was a mix of teachers who had many years of experience with EU projects and some for whom it was the first time. The school management also took part in the project and the project activities. The effects achieved:Surveys and discussions with students have shown that they have a very positive attitude towards the project, friendships have developed from different countries that still exist and that they have reduced prejudices about individual countries. Many of the project participants are still committed to climate protection (Fridays For Future) and strive at school to live more environmentally friendly. Some students have passed their final exams based on the context of this project (MSA).The schools have discovered cooperation partners with whom they want to work in the future or who want to use them for individual projects. With three partner schools from this project, a new Erasmus + project is planned in which the aim is to draw up a school-specific climate protection plan."

We, as educational institutions (Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece and Spain), are extremely concerned about our responsibility towards this situation and aim at raising our students’ awareness about it. Hence, we truly believe that our project will highly contribute to this purpose. The main objective of our project is to make our students conscious of the need to take care about our environment and its sustainability. This will be done through a common thread: a natural park research. This main task along with others will contribute to achieve these objectives: foster key competences for lifelong learning; raise awareness about environment and current climate emergency; improve linguistic and ICT skills; increase knowledge of environment and legal terminology; raise awareness of our natural heritage; highlight democratic participation; develop ability to take initiative, problem solving, collaborative work; boost European citizenship feeling; increase knowledge of European legislation on natural environments protection; foster critical thinking; showcase recycling and reusing. Our selected priorities are: Environmental and climate goals; Common values, civic engagement and participation; Social and educational value of European cultural heritage. Our objectives are directly linked to them as the main one is make our students conscious of the need to take care about our environment. We also mean to create common values by developing the feeling of European citizenship. Finally we aim at sharing our European heritage by getting to know our natural parks. Our project is mainly addressed to pupils (from 15 to 17) because its objectives mostly focus on them. Five students and two teachers from each country will participate in each mobility. However, the project is designed to involve a wider number of participants. As there will be activities before, during and after mobilities, a great number of participants will be able to participate, and most activities will be integrated in normal lessons. Besides, through eTwinning, the project will be accessible for all participants. The managerial staff will also be involved, supporting project management aspects, mainly. Concierges or administrative staff will also get involved in some stages of the project. Another important group of participants is the families. They will be informed and get involved from the very beginning, as they need to know all projects’ aspects deeply so that they are confident to let their children participate. Finally, we will count on other local participants: authorities, experts, media…There will be a leading activity for each mobility, along with minor tasks. For C1 a research about a natural park will be done. During each mobility we will hike in the natural park chosen by each country. For C2 we will investigate on the European legislation on natural parks and check whether it is applied in each country. To improve knowledge of environment and legal terminology, a multilingual glossary on this topic will be made. The next step will be to agree on a list of commandments for sensible behaviour regarding our natural surroundings and environment sustainability (C3). We will also focus on the importance of recycling and reusing our rubbish by making a piece of art of recycled material. For C4, we will have a meeting with the staff in charge of managing the natural park so as to find out what is done for its promotion and maintenance. For C5 we will record a short film to raise awareness about the need of sensitive behaviour towards our environment and the sustainability of our planet, and design a contest to check how much we have learnt. For project implementation active learning methods will be applied: collaborative work, task and challenge based learning, peer learning, critical thinking and problem solving tasks…All activities will end up in tangible and intangible results. There will be digital documents with the research of each natural park and photo album of the visits. We will record videos of the meetings. A digital multilingual glossary will be produced. We will keep record of each activity, which will be shared mainly in eTwinning. Regarding intangible results, our students will be more aware about our planet, more motivated to speak English…Considering the aims and planned activities of this project, a considerable beneficial impact is expected on all participants. At the end of the project the experiences and insight gained will continue to be used by all target groups. The institutions will use them in further projects. The schools will continue to use the products and benefit from them as part of our school routine. The project results will be active on dissemination platforms and developed with further experience. Pupils will broaden their mind as European citizens and grow as human beings with critical and conscious thinking.
