Biomimicry is learning from nature and then emulating its forms, processes, and ecosystems in order to create more sustainable designs and address design challenges in creative ways. Also, brings collaboration, rapidly renewability, sustainability inside. In the context of this project, the challenge we will address is how to be better entrepreneurs. The quality, quantity and speed of solutions that will address these challenges and risks will shape the future. Raising better entrepreneurs will increase the chances of our species to continue its existence more gracefully on this planet. And also, helps economically and socially development of countries. Nature is the greatest entrepreneur of all times – it creates continuously, takes risks, fails, and regenerates. The cycle of life on Earth is a cycle of entrepreneurship. Turning to nature and asking questions such as “what kind of an entrepreneur is nature?” and “what makes nature a good entrepreneur?” will reveal valuable insights that will help entrepreneurs pursue their endeavours towards designing a more sustainable future. Combining biomimicry knowledge with entrepreneurship education is the realistic and effective way of creating future generation ideas, start-ups, designs, products, business models and specialized economies.“Biomimicry for Entrepreneurs” project realized with the collaborative hard work of 8 partners from 5 different countries; Turkey, United States, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. It lasts 22 months.Young people need to have a sound sexual education that covers various aspects of reproduction and sexuality. Sexuality education isn't mandatory in all EU states. In some Europe’s more conservative societies in general sexual education still hasn’t managed to deliver these promises because of a number of unhealthy culture-oriented beliefs and tradition-based practices. Many young here has weak and misinformed knowledge and skills about the protection against HIV/AIDS and STIs; management of relationship-emotions; mutual respect within relationship; prevention against teenage pregnancy; and contraception possibilities, among others. And many keep quiet when face sexual abuse. We still witness a relatively high rate of STD including HIV, high rate of unwanted pregnancies of underage girls in some countries. Even if the causes of involuntary teenage pregnancy can be various, they are mainly due to a deficient sexuality education. In the same time parents are shy or equally non-informed. Services for support are rare and media send wrong inputs for gender roles. In this project we offer integrative and holistic approach to the whole area of sexual and reproductive health, starting from gathering sexual identity, to sexual development, sexual intelligence, sexual preferences with reproductive health and ending with the development as well as sexual abuse and sexual-reproductive rights in one place. The training offers both science-based knowledge and expert hand-on practice skills development that will answer all topic-related questions, without masking or hiding details that are traditionally or religiously known as taboo; and within school textbooks are considered as “too much” - actually supporting existence of taboos too by hiding behind the “bee and flower” story. Due to the fact that many young people prefer ask their peers or resort to social media platforms to search for answers to their questions related sexuality and health, we decided not to struggle against Internet as a source to educate young people but to use it for our new platform. Project has: kick off meeting in Serbia, 3 mobility trainings for youth workers in Montenegro and Spain, as well as study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We created web site www.allaboutsexeducation.com, adjusted to all devices, then educational brochures in 15 languages, round tables with decision makers to propose policy to involve sexual and reproductive health in regular school programs, workshops in youth centers and schools as well as establishing the on line and off line counsellings. Trainings cover: sexual health and identities, reproductive health and development, sexual rights and abuse and include 120 youth workers and at least 500 peer educators.Additionally, thanks to co-funding sources, we created video in Montenegrin language and Bulgarian partner organized competition for the best essay in the topic of sexual-reproductive health. All products and results are used as dissemination tools as well as tools to raise awareness about importance of education about our sexual development and sexual-reproductive health without taboos and prejudices.

This project was designed as an open learning process based on active and collaborative learning, on sharing experience and ideas, on implementing the gained knowledge in practice and on involving all participants in decision making based on consent to achieve the best results. This Project aim was to bring together young people from different partner organizations for the promotion of their aims and achievements and empowering them with the skills of Public Relations and Communication in youth work to recognize that they can be active agents of change, to build constructive relations with their partners and target audience; to make their organisations and daily work public, popular, progressive and productive. The entire project had 4 activity stages: we met in Italy for a contact-making and preparatory meeting, where we had an opportunity to discuss the issues we have, the expectations we have from the project, and design the upcoming stages of the project. The next stage was a training course in Germany. Members of the participating organisations were trained on the communications and public relations topic, gained new skills, discussed with the experts the issues they face in their countries. At the end of the TC, all the organisations had a draft plan for local awareness-raising campaigns. During the TC several visits to Communications museum and organisations were implemented as well. After the TC, it was the time to implement the draft plans in practice. The organisations had to evaluate their work, find out the objectives and goals and promote their work and organisations. For that each and every organisation designed their own information and awareness-raising campaigns. Only the promotion of the project was with the same style. The final activity stage was the evaluation meeting in Armenia, to evaluate all the stages of the project, to find out the outcomes, and to think about future steps. The objectives of the project were:A) To strengthen awareness and understanding of the significant role of Public relations and communication. The primary rationale behind this innovative project stems from the growing recidivism rate across Europe and poor social inclusion of young people with disadvantaged backgrounds in Eastern Partnership countries. Majority of these people suffer from re-integration to society, as there is a longstanding prejudice, psychological issues and deteriorated enthusiasm and young ex-offenders’ self-confidence. All the misconceptions and challenges on inclusion of young offenders pave the way to reconviction that results with growing crime rate, inequality, discrimination and extremism across the EU countries and at its neighborhood. Despite cultural, political and geographical differences, all member organizations of our consortium (consisting of partners from the UK, Germany, Georgia and Azerbaijan) strongly believe, adhere and strive to advocate the philosophy that the proper social inclusion of former young offenders is feasible through enhancement their employability and level of confidence by developing a range of transferable skills. In rather precise terms, our established international cooperation will seek to instil a spirit of entrepreneurship to help them in the transition from prisons back to society and raise their self-sufficiency. This project will set out the arrangement of number of educational mobility activities such as study visits, Training of Trainers, several local training courses. The “Start Up Again” promises cutting-edge and tailor-made entrepreneurship T-kit for young (ex)-offenders, which will be design and constructed upon thorough field researches in Georgia and Azerbaijan to ensure that local realities and needs are well captured. Developed T-kit will be released in English, Azerbaijani and Gergian languages, and will be utilized as a primary education manual during the international ToT and local TCs in Azerbaijan and Georgia. For the first time, former young prisoners of Azerbaijan and Georgia will be involved in educational activities that will empower their certain entrepreneurship competences and reveal ‘out of box’ business ideas. The local TCs will be groundbreaking opportunity for former young prisoners come together with youth workers and civil society acitvists in an informal initiative groups and develop their start-ups. Subsequently, a novel small-grant program of this project will provide modest financial supports to realize start-ups of former young offenders in Azerbaijan and Georgia. This innovative endeavor will be the first and great leap forward cultivating young offender of successful entrepreneurs in the South Caucasus region, as long-term consultancy service desks will be established to support and empower these people’s self-sufficiency attempts.
