The main mission of the project was to find ways to deepen cooperation and tolerance between the young generation of different nations. At present, the social inclusion of national minorities is a much-discussed pedagogical problem. At all levels of our institutional education system, we encounter the fact that the educational environment is a very ethnically, culturally and nationally diverse space, this trend has of course arrived not only in large but also smaller cities, such as Ivančice. This was the main reason for the implementation of the project. The main goal of the project was to deepen cooperation and tolerance between the young generation in different cultures. This goal is directly linked to the topic of social integration - it allows students and teachers of the school (through dissemination and the public around schools) to gain insight into international cooperation and knowledge of foreign cultures. The project was focused on individual subjects and the topic of tolerance and cooperation between nations was included in individual subjects so that we could support the set goals through activities. Thanks to the international cooperation of organizations from completely different backgrounds and mutual cooperation in various areas - whether in fulfilling divided tasks, fulfilling tasks together in online conferences or demonstration and interplay of activities in joint online meetings - the main goal - deepening cooperation and especially tolerance between the young generation in different cultures. Thanks to both implemented activities, pupils and teachers had the opportunity to realize the need to work for social integration within Europe. Other goals of the project will be fulfilled through individual project activities. Two online activities of pupils from both schools were implemented in the project, due to the spread of Covid-19, physical mobility could not take place. In the long run, the project will be beneficial on several levels. The material outputs of the project will be used by both schools for a long time in the promotion of schools at various school events and the acquired knowledge will continue to be used in the teaching of both schools. The cooperation of the participating schools will continue within other Erasmus + projects and outside the Erasmus + project in the coming years - we would like to send pupils and teachers on short exchange study stays, especially after getting to know each other and confirming positive cooperation. The results of the project will be disseminated throughout the project period and beyond. The whole dissemination process is in charge of Ing. Ivana Čermáková from the Czech side and Maria Gercheva from the Bulgarian side.

Before this project and during its implementation we researched current problems in schools with catering-related programmes, which are the following—early school leaving without receiving a professional diploma, which, in turn, threatens the employment chances of graduates later on, and the failure on the part of students to realise the wide array of opportunities that the chef’s profession and catering, in general, can offer. We reached the aim of project activities, which was to explore possible motivational tools that allow the students to realise the potential of their chosen profession in relation to catering. The new student generation geared towards developing their entrepreneurial skills, and cross sectoral competencies. Taking into account that the school is the one that offers practical training placements in the chosen profession and that early dropouts do not gain the necessary work experience, we emphasised the importance of education and its continuity – provided the opportunity for the students to get to know the real, successful examples (chefs, SME owners, baristas, etc.) so that they felt encouraged to have a career in catering. During the project activities two main aims were fulfilled: 1.we created the motivation and understanding with regard to numerous options that catering offers; catering, in general, and chef’s profession was also popularised;2.good practice examples were explored and experience was exchanged with the schools that carry out catering-related education programmes, in order to promote the acquisition of skills and competencies and to find appropriate motivational tools for potential dropouts. Learning activities and exchange of experience in the project were necessary, because each country has a slightly different situation with students who study catering. However, one thing was in common in all project participant schools – all students in each country have to raise their motivation not to drop out of the school, and to be able to see the path and potential of catering profession. We reached the aim of the project—to create motivation to study the chosen profession and not to drop out before the qualification is gained, which is very important to all project partners. During the learning activities (a week in each partner country) students and teachers were able to explore a common theme; they also improved their English language skills, teamwork and cooperation skills, their social and cross-cultural skills, and involved local students, as the workshops were open to all local school’s students.

"Life today is changing at an extremely rapid pace due to the new technologies and the contemporary socio-economic conditions. In order to respond to these changes, education institutions also need to change themselves in a timely manner to provide their students with adequate school preparation which in turn, will build them as young professionals highly competitive on the European labor market. This requires the introduction of new pedagogical training methods as well as ICT solutions in the learning process. In order to accelerate the adaptation processes to the new realities, three schools from Bulgaria (Profesionalna gimnaziya po transport I agrarni tehnologii ""N.Y.Vapcarov""), Italy (Istituto Tecnico Industriale L. da Vinci) and the UK (Sir John Hunt Community Sports College), each experienced in the respective pedagogical field, join hands and form a partnership within which they will exchange good teaching practices in the following areas:1)Implementation of ICT in the teaching process and development of digital competences2)Application of creative learning methods3)Inclusive teaching approaches for working with students from vulnerable groups (ethnic minorities, refugees)The main objective of the project is to enhance the quality of the training offered by the three schools, complementing it with new teaching methods reflecting the contemporary socio-economic realities. In this way, the young learners will be more prepared for the real life, more competitive on the labor market and will find better professional realization after their graduation. In line with this objective are the specific objectives of the project:1) creating a more attractive and more practical learning process2) enhancing the linguistic and digital competences of teachers and students3) strengthening the profile of the teaching profession by supporting teachers to provide high quality education and adopting new teaching methods and tools4) reducing the number of early school leavers5) promoting the European cooperation in the field of education and exchange. These goals will be achieved through 12 learning teaching training events (6 for teachers and 6 for students), in which the three partner organizations will exchange pedagogical experience and good practices in the area where they have proven expertise. The learning teaching training events will be aimed at both teachers and students in order to demonstrate better and from different perspective the new pedagogical training methods. Thus, the teachers' groups will observe, discuss and exchange ideas and good practices while and those of the students will test the effectiveness of the new learning/teaching approaches in a real educational environment. The events will be held as exchanges on a rotation basis in the three countries - Bulgaria, Italy and the UK - one short-term joint staff training event and one short-term exchange of group of pupils will be held simultaneously between one sending and one host organisation. The training methods that will be used during these events will be in the form of presentations, workshops, group discussions, simulations, case-studies, etc.The main groups of participants from the 3 partner organisations who will take part in the project will be the work teams of each of the schools that will administer and manage it, 20 teachers, 30 students and 6 accompanying persons who will be involved in the planned mobilities.Upon the completion of each event, the participants in it will receive a Europass Mobility Certificate to certify the knowledge, the competences and the experience gained. The expected results from the implementation of the project are:- improved language and digital competences of the participated teachers and students to work with the new ICT in the learning process - multimedia, interactive boards, virtual labs, 3D simulations- taken steps towards implementation of the latest ICT in the learning process- adopted creative teaching methods (learning games, role-play, visual associations, design thinking) as well as those for work with students from vulnerable groups (representatives of ethnic minorities and refugees) by the participated teachers and their subsequent implementation in the teaching activities- increased interest of the students from the three participating schools to the learning process- reduction of the early drop-outs after the first year of the project in the 3 participating schools by min.10% - developed ready-to-use pedagogical materials - presentations, articles, interactive tasks, etc. - on project topics and their distribution among other schools in Europe. The exchange of good learning practices and the implementation of innovative learning approaches will contribute to the updating of the learning process in the three schools, and thus benefiting not only the direct participants, but also current and future teachers and students, thereby achieving sustainability project results."

"Subjects such as clean energy, sustainable mobility and building are elements of the “Green Deal” promoted by the European Commission to tackle climate change and environmental challenges. The ""Fridays for future"" movement with its demand that ""something needs to be changed - now"" shows that young people want to be heard on ecological, political and social issues. The increasing ecological calamities worldwide make them not only think about the future of our planet but be ready to take action to protect the environment, e.g. by increasingly using renewable energy sources. At the same time, they realize the important role of civic societies and international cooperation in acting responsibly. The project “GoGreen” builds on these insights, addressing students and apprentices in vocational training at the three partner schools to provide them with knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of renewable energy (biogas, solar power, hydrogen) in the various professional areas (Germany: system planers and plumbers-to-be; Bulgaria: students in the agricultural and transport sectors; Czechia: apprentices in the transport sector).Along with increasing the students’ sensitivity and awareness regarding the environmental issues our societies are confronted with, the project sets out to increase their professional skills and stimulate their problem-solving competences when it comes to developing and applying practicable solutions. As the partner countries have very different presuppositions, information on and comparison of the similarities and differences in tackling ecological problems are vital to the project. The project comprises 4 interlinked phases of international cooperation with up to 30 students (10 from each country): In Germany we will focus on biogas, with work in international teams on theoretical background knowledge and hands-on application by building a model of a biogas plant and - at the end of the project - installing an aquaponic system in the school's garden. The exchange in Bulgaria will resume the results (e.g. by refining the biogas plant model) and focus on linking biogas and (re)afforestation, on how to use biogas e.g. in transportation, and on planning an aquaponic system. The third phase (in Czech Republic) will centre on solar energy and hydrogen, esp. hydrogen cells for cars. Her, some of the results of a previous Erasmus+ founded project between the Czech and German partner schools are taken up to share the insights and hands-on knowledge with the Bulgarian partners and to widen the perspectives for practicable solutions of using alternative sources of energy in various sectors of everyday life. The final exchange week (again in Germany) will sum up and join all results in a way to create synergies and investigate into solving the issues of energy supply by combining several alternative sources. As the added value of this final exchange the students will apply the insights when building an aquaponic system. All results will be presented to the wider public and the partners seek cooperation with organizations, companies and NGOs active in the energy sector (e.g. operators of biogas plants) as the topic is of major public interest everywhere.Along with gaining deep insights in renewable energy use, the students – who have to rely on English as a common language – will enhance their overall personal, social, intercultural competences and widen their perspectives and skills in cooperating in international teams. The coordinating teachers of all 3 schools bring their expertise in the various professional sectors addressed to the project and have a sufficient to good command of English so as to support the students throughout the project."

Our project is based on 'youtube' and 'enthusiasm to be a youtuber', which is an important part of our children born in the digital age, and that our students have spent a lot of time in these areas; This platform aims to turn into a positive course material and to reduce the failure of students with academic failures in these areas.According to the results of European Online Children's research, 59% of children spend an average of 1-1.5 hours per day with entertainment and video clips. In this context, as a project team; creating a form about the choice of profession (11-16 years old) by questioning the question of what profession you want to do in the future by doing a survey with the students 33% of the 'Youtuber' concept has been determined as the profession. When questioned the academic success of these students, it was determined that it was 40% lower than those who did not prefer this profession. It is observed that students behave like 'youtubers' who follow not only academicly but also culturally and socially via youtube channel and become insensitive to their own values. All these evaluations have led our project team to the idea of preparing a project in order to enable the concept of Youtuber to be transformed into a positive academic success by a systematic program and study on students. School Gateway has been contacted with the countries that have problems by formulating the idea of the project through Etwinning platforms. Similar findings were obtained by applying the above-mentioned occupational selection survey in Romania and Bulgaria schools. We aim to provide a positive concept and the reputable profession of the future by rescuing the concept of Youtberism from the negative effect of the project on our students. Moreover, it will serve to the Open Education and Innovative Practices and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship titles in the Digital Age mentioned in the EU Development Program. While achieving these goals, activities and competitions such as 'Story Making in Youtube', 'Creation in Drama', 'My Teacher in Youtube', 'Improvisation Short Film' will be organized in LTT works. Our Project Goals; Our project priority is to enable students to transform YouTube into a learning area that supports school success,To convert the concept of Youtuber as a profession by using this enthusiasm of individualsTo provide an audio-visual material to the course by integrating the Youtube platform with the course content. To increase the motivation of the students by using technology effectively in the courses,To increase the academic achievements of individuals who spend quality time in areas such as Youtube,To Increase innovative practices and digital competence skills in education,It will support the development of the students and increase the success of school by 10-25% and school attendance by 5-10%.In addition to 3 LTT activities, our project has been designed with 18 local activities and will serve a total of 1500 students, 127 teachers and 1,500 parents with 11-16 age group.LTT activities to be carried out;As a result of Turkey C1 1.LTT ‘I’mYoutuber', 'Who is Youtuber?' and 'Increase My Performance with Youtube' video contentC2 Bulgaria 2nd LTT as a result of 'I have a story on Youtube' improvised 'Short Film'C3 Romania 3.LTT results in 'Learning Language with Youtube', which will enable students to live in a permanent learning environment. With the project activities;Teacher-student-parent training modules will be created to convert the use of Youtube to course acquisition,Panel report, on Youtube and Being a Youtuber, booklets and brochures for teachers, students and parents will be prepared,Educational short films, posters and videos related to Being a Youtuber will be prepared and made available to all schools. Our project team will take care of the preparation, execution, organization, monitoring and auditing services of the project. Before our action activities, our project teams will complete all the procedures related to the travel of the participants within the scope of the preparatory works.
